We have been staying here for the week and we absolutely love it here. The service is absolutely fantastic.. all of the staff have been so friendly and welcoming, particularly with our 19 month old. The rooms are a good size, and the cleaners come every day. Any little amount of clothes that were around, they would fold neatly and place them onto our bed which is so lovely. The food is amazing, particularly the green & grill as I highly recommend the beef burger .. it was absolutely delicious. Lunch choices are a little more difficult, particularly for children as not many options for them but still spot on. There are so many pools and bars to choose from, and our little boy thoroughly enjoys ending his night at the mini disco! The private pool was definitely worth it, especially over the weekend when it was a little more busy. However, even when busy, there was always loungers to sit on, although, you do feel the amount of people when you enter the buffet at dinner. Our only small criticisms is the amount of ants that we appeared to have in our room. They went all over the high chair and our bed and tonnes on the floor. Also the pools are absolutely freezing, even the paddling pool for the little ones. It can take a bit to get used to and start swimming. This place is for those who just want to lounge about and relax, as there is not much to do around the area. However, that is exactly what we wanted, considering it was our first time abroad. The slight criticisms would not stop us from returning!! Thank you so much for such a lovely holiday :)

Lovely, quiet hotel if you want to get away from it all. Nothing much in the area to walk to. One warning there are no disabled toilets on the ground floor - all are accessible via dark stairs or lifts but not ideal for somebody with visual issues.

Just stayed for a week here and everything was perfect and was so smooth the bus collected us from the air port its about 45 mins to the hotel. The check in was very busy as many people had arrived at the same time. The room was not quiet ready so we grabbed lunch at the green and grill the food was fantastic and I belive the curries are all made in house they deffinatly seemed like it they were delicious. We were called as soon as the room was readdy and we were taken with the bags to the room via a caddy every one is so friendly and welcoming they honestly can't do enough for you. The pools are lovely and the green areas there are flowers everywhere its really well kept very clean tidy and modern. The grounds staff really do a great job. The beach is basically just off the site like you just cross a road and your there its a sandy stony beach which I expected as Rhodes was the same. There are plenty of activities for younger children in the evenings there is live music every night cocktails are fantastic there is a one larger on tap with the all inclusive. Over all 10 out of 10 Staff go above and beyond friendly chilled and relaxed environment Would deffinatly return to this hotel again for a Greek holiday Thank you for the perfect hospitality tui blue lagoon princess The Court Family

The service and location was absolutely amazing the staff was always polite and friendly. The room was a little disappointing as the master bed was two singles pushed together. I was disappointed they didn't have rooms to accommodate family's bigger than 4 people. We had to separate into two rooms for the full holiday due to having a family of 6.

A very pleasant week spent at this hotel. We came as a family of three with an infant. The childcare facilities are excellent, the entertainment really good (children's entertainment and lounge singers etc.) and we were made to feel incredibly welcome by everyone at the hotel. The only minor issue is that the on-site mini-market is not particularly well stocked and some items are relatively pricey, which is to be expected given location. I'd happily recommend this hotel particularly if you have young children.
