This is all-inclusive resort perfect for families with kids. Resort has wide range of rooms for everyone- double rooms, suites, family rooms with or without direct entrance to the outdoor pools, also rooms with private pools. Food was nice, good variety in the main restaurant. Service was always friendly and helpful. I also did massage at the hotel spa, a bit pricey, but professional and relaxing. I remove 1 star for their small warm gym. 5 people could barely fit in. Limited equipment capacity. Completely not what you would expect from 5 star resort. Good private sand beach. However, if you like to discover surroundings, this place is not for you. There is literally nothing around. No authentic Greek villagers or towns, just dusty wastelands, villas and abandoned half-ruined buildings. I wouldn't stay in this hotel for more than 1 week. We took 10 days, and in the end we and our 8-years old were very bored. There is some entertainment in the evening for kids and adults, but we didn't really like it. I don't think we will be back

A relaxing stay with room for improvement I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the people—whether staff or fellow guests—are genuinely friendly across all areas of the resort. It creates a warm and relaxed vibe that makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Highlights: Activities: There’s a wide variety of well-organized activities to choose from, catering to different interests and age groups. Whether you're into sports, wellness, or entertainment, there's something for everyone. However all the entertainment is more focused on the kids than adults. Food: The food was consistently tasty with a big range of options available. From local specialties to international dishes, the buffet choices were impressive. A bit limited wine range. During Greek evening there was no local Greek wine available. Pool & Beach Comfort: One of the biggest positives was the availability of sunbeds. No matter what time of day you arrived at the pool or beach, there were always free loungers available—something that’s often a challenge at other resorts. Areas for Improvement: Smoking Zones: As a non-smoker, I found the lack of designated smoking areas frustrating. People were smoking freely on the beach and in café areas, which made it uncomfortable at times. Outside Options: There’s not much to do outside the hotel if you want to explore or pop out for a change of scenery. It’s quite isolated, so you’re mostly reliant on what’s offered within the resort. Late Checkout Experience: I had requested a late checkout three months before arrival and was told it was added to my booking. I stayed in touch with reception throughout my holiday, reminding them and following up several times. However, when the time came, I was simply told “no, it’s not possible” without any explanation or effort to check availability. What made this more frustrating was that at 4 PM, the room was still unoccupied, and no reason was given—such as cleaning staff shortage or high demand. This was not during high season, and the late checkout was important due to a night flight and a long drive home. Departure Day Service: Mondays seem to be particularly busy with guest turnover. We waited 30 minutes for help with our luggage and ended up carrying it ourselves. It would be helpful if the hotel increased staffing on peak check-in/check-out days. Transfer to Airport (iTUI): The transfer experience was unacceptable. After being picked up from the hotel by van, we were dropped off in the middle of a busy street near Nea Moudania around 9 PM, with no information on how long we would be waiting. The area was poorly lit and full of traffic, raising serious safety concerns. After 45 minutes, a bus finally arrived, and we had to load our luggage from the street side while cars were constantly driving past. If someone had been hit, who would have taken responsibility? This part of the journey was chaotic and poorly managed. Final Thoughts: This hotel is a great place for a relaxing holiday, especially if you’re looking to stay within the resort and enjoy its amenities, and if you have children. However, it seems the focus is more on impressing new arrivals than ensuring departing guests leave with a lasting positive impression. A few adjustments in service, guest care, and coordination with transfer providers would make a big difference. UPDATE after Hotel Management reply related to the activities around the hotel as I think there's a small misunderstanding. By there's not much to do outside of the hotel I didn't mean places within 15-20' driving distance or organised by TUI. My husband and I organised few activities by ourselves. I meant more that when leaving the hotel, abd going by walk, there is not much to do. We went out by walk to check the area. Hence the reason for the above feedback from our side.

We booked 2 weeks here for our wedding ceremony. Whilst I no longer recommend TUI itself I have to say this hotel is beautiful. The food is lush. The kids even had their own buffet section at child height which they loved and the staff are wonderful. . Nothing is ever too much trouble... multiple pools means there is always a sun bed available and it's not overcrowded. The beach is within distance and again the beautiful views are breathtaking! Definitely take the time to have a massage or 2!!! The spa treatments are worth every €uro!! We didn't use the kids clubs but we did see them most days and the kids always looked happy and constantly interactive! We had 4 different rooms, ground floor, first floor, a suite and lastly a room with jacuzzi on the balcony. None of these rooms can be faulted! We had a Tui rep at the hotel called Nicola. . . She helped us book all of our excursions. If we could take her away from Tui and to every future holiday destination we would do it in a heart beat! We booked the following: Afytos by night 4x4 Safari Experience Thessanoliki return ticket Mt Athos Cruise with Lunch and swim stop Waves and wonders Nikiti village market Halkidiki village market and caves tour Now for our wedding part of the package... Fotini was our wedding coordinator and she made our day perfect!!! She is by far the best part of this hotel. She genuinely cares, goes above and beyond and puts in the finer detail for every last part. Our youngest Blake absolutely adores her as do we... I had doubts about booking my hair and make up but honestly after speaking with Fotini, I took the plunge and booked it. I'm so glad I did. My hair and my make up was perfectly done and looked exactly like the inspiration pics I gave them. My make up artist took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. Our photographer was fantastic. He took his time taking our pictures and we went to multiple places, the gardens, the beach, the restaurant, we booked the package with the sunset photo session too. He made sure we were positioned nicely (no odd hand placements, double chins etc 😂 We loved out candle lit dinner the following day and the waiters and waitresses were superb. Fotini beautifully decorated everything and made it match what we wanted. Simply romantic.

We recently stayed here with my family & my parents. The place was lovely, the rooms were modern and clean. The buffet was amazing, food selection its great, all fresh and tasty. The pool was clean, the gardens are well kept. The beach was close. We really had a lovely time, with all the excitement and staff looked after us very well. Will definitely recommend this place. Would give if more then 5 star if possible

Lovely hotel with a really chill vibe. Food was varied and delicious, staff friendly and facilities spotless. Only issue we're the cocktails as whilst there was a varied menu, staff often made them not quite right. For example, margarita made with lemon juice not line juice. Another point to note is that the hotel is very isolated (which we knew before booking). However, if you enjoy going to restaurants, pubs etc then this isn't really the place for you as this hotel is literally the only thing for miles. Top tip: If you like cats, take some treats or food. There is a colony of stray cats living on the complex (cared for by the hotel) who would really appreciate it!
