I can't find the words to describe this amazing stay. My partner and I have had a wonderful time, the attention is very personalized, it is very impressive all the animals that are seen inside this hotel, among those we had the opportunity to feed "Pepe" who is in the cenote waiting for fruit. The view is very beautiful, having breakfast on the terrace of the restaurant is extremely incredible to lose sight of the amazing colors of the sea and being able to have lunch on the beach is great. The rooms are mealy and spacious.

Just got back from a week stay and had a really good time. Hotel has nice big rooms, our suite came with an upper deck but was closed off for maintenance. So we were given another room with a private upper deck and once that was resolved thanks to the front desk manager we were content with our stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we had Israel taking care of our needs around the resort - sweet kid. The food was top notch and definitely better than most inclusive resorts. The food item that quickly became a favorite for us was the rib eye steak tacos 🌮🌮...had them every day for lunch! The only complaint is the beds were on the hard/firm side so wasn't too bumped about leaving. It's on the quiet side which we wanted and an older crowd for sure, we definitely brought the age average down.

My husband and I came here to relax and if you’re looking to do that then you’re in the right place ! It is very ,quiet and peaceful here! We booked for 7 days and after 2 days I feel a little bored , I feel there should be more to do! Service has been good! Nice people , beach has strong currents AND a lot OF seaweed so we did not go into the beach ! So basically eat and relax if that is what you’re looking for ! Food has been good and available at all times pretty much as well as drinks ! The pool and bar/ restaurant is nice at night time .I don’t think k I would come back at this location but again it is nice to relax !

Staying there now as i write this. Service is pretty pathetic. The servers at the restaurant( aguamarina) were extremely slow and didn't care about service.
There is a wedding going on and the service becomes really bad.. no golf carts available and you have to wait.
The rooms are old and furniture and doors etc need to be upgraded. This should be advertised as a 4 star and not a 5 star resort. Only two or three restaurants with not much food choices.
We have to keep asking them for extra towels, mats and water bottles.
Today because there was a wedding, they told us that there would be no beach chairs available all day long.
If this is a resort only for weddings then why are you not advertising it as such?

What an amazing experience my wife and I had. The Cenote is stunning and swimming in it was so refreshing.
We also had the pleasure of meeting (and feeding) a few of the friendly iguanas “Pepe” and “Camila”.
Would recommend this experience to everyone.
