A relaxing time in laid-back surroundings awaits at Bitzaro Palace, a fabulous getaway near the beach in the sun-kissed island of Zante. The hotel, which is close to the delightful resort town of Kalamaki, oozes Greek charm with its terracotta roofs and whitewashed buildings. The modern rooms are tastefully-designed in soft tones with a host of amenities to ensure total comfort and gastronomic delights can be savoured in the hotel’s excellent buffet dining restaurant. I would totally recommend this hotel. It is a small hotel but with clean, well maintained rooms. The food is nice, fresh and plentyful. Snacks during the day are delicious. The pool is a nice size however VERY cold. We went out of season which I think made it very nice I'm not sure how I would like it during a busy period

My husband and I stayed here last week for our honeymoon. Our room was kindly upgraded. Our flight was delayed, so when we arrived late evening the staff had kindly left some dinner for us in our room. Overall, the visit was very pleasant. The hotel is exceptionally clean and staff are very friendly. Every morning around 6-7am the pool, decking, sun beds and bean bags are being cleaned. Cleaners, waiters and waitress's are always smiling and say hello. There is only entrainment three nights a week, usually a live band that starts around 9 and ends at 11. The pool and jacuzzi area are very nice and are also clean. We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is tucked away but is about a five minute walk from restaurants and supermarkets. If we were to visit Zante again in the future, we would stay here again.

This is our second stay here this year and we love the way the staff fall over backwards to accommodate you. We came early in the season when everything was new and fresh. To be honest we have now come at the end of the season and everything is still as spotless as it was before. The good is really nice but if like us you want to experience the local restaurants there's plenty on offer. You'll probably need to budget about €70 for a meal for 2 if you're having a drink with it. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and for €10 you can hire a couple of loungers and a sturdy brollly for the day. We are already looking at booking for next year.
