A relaxing time in laid-back surroundings awaits at Bitzaro Palace, a fabulous getaway near the beach in the sun-kissed island of Zante. The hotel, which is close to the delightful resort town of Kalamaki, oozes Greek charm with its terracotta roofs and whitewashed buildings. The modern rooms are tastefully-designed in soft tones with a host of amenities to ensure total comfort and gastronomic delights can be savoured in the hotel’s excellent buffet dining restaurant. There’s a superb swimming pool with a terrace and comfortable loungers for chilling out and catching some rays. If you assume hotel is wonderful wait till you meet some of the stuff. We had an amazing stay there with many attractions and breathtaking scenery but what really made us feel welcomed here was the people working there - especially my man named Chris. Chris if you are seeing this you are a champ, you were so funny and entertaining to chat with and always had some tips and tricks for us - you just made our vacation a whole lot better :) GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

I would totally recommend this hotel. It is a small hotel but with clean, well maintained rooms. The food is nice, fresh and plentyful. Snacks during the day are delicious. The pool is a nice size however VERY cold. We went out of season which I think made it very nice I'm not sure how I would like it during a busy period

This is our second stay here this year and we love the way the staff fall over backwards to accommodate you. We came early in the season when everything was new and fresh. To be honest we have now come at the end of the season and everything is still as spotless as it was before. The good is really nice but if like us you want to experience the local restaurants there's plenty on offer. You'll probably need to budget about €70 for a meal for 2 if you're having a drink with it. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and for €10 you can hire a couple of loungers and a sturdy brollly for the day. We are already looking at booking for next year.

Rooms are cleaned every day. Food is good for a all inclusive. Snacks were brilliant. Service very good. Downside. You will struggle to get a sunbed after 8am and the bar closes at midnight and they try and push you out 10 minutes later. Location is brilliant if you want quiet. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to a smallish strip with plenty of restaurants and bar's

We stayed at the Bitzaro Palace and loved our time there. The rooms were cleaned every day as well as communal areas. There was variety of food and snacks throughout the day and staff were attentive to customers needs. It's situated in a peaceful location but not far from local amenities. We have already booked our next stay!
