Our accommodation was so far out of the way of the food and slides and we never knew this to be a possibility. We thought the slides and food were good. But staff were quite rude on occasion and woke us all up at 5am with no reason, and one lady on the reception desk was rude also. They also don’t let you have food or drinks on the day you check out (except for breakfast) even though you have paid to stay there? Have never experienced this before. The hotel was alright but a few let downs.

Firstly, don’t listen to the reviews, come with an open mind! My partner and I have had the best 5 days! Food- Each day there was something different available. We loved trying new things and felt they put a lot of effort in to make sure there was something for all dietary requirements. Rooms- Simple but clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and towels and bedding were changed daily. Pool areas - you have many options available, all were lovely and plenty of sunbeds. Outdoor Gym - AMAZING!!! The equipment is looked after and monitored each day. Massive fans are on also whilst you work out. Drink allowance - options could have been better - beer, wine and Prosecco. You could buy more at the bars though. Overall, we had the most amazing time and gutted we only booked for 5 days! We will definitely be coming back!

We were in Club B apartments, very clean and tidy, views out to the mountains which was lovely. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Didn’t know what to expect as was first time abroad and we in our 40’s. We had the best 3 days away food was good weather was fantastic staff are lovely the town was amazing. Didn’t feel out of place coz of our age. The wide range of ages is great. Can’t wait to book again next year. Even recommended to our young adult children togo there. The beach was amazing

The hotel itself is great, Very big, there’s a few different pools within the hotel, along with slides. The room was good, it had 4 beds in total. The bathroom was good too, nice large space. The balcony view wasn’t too good, it faced the outside area, and it wasn’t good for sleeping as you had all the noise from outside, there’s bars outside that don’t close till 5/6am. So you’d have to listen to all the drunks coming out LOL. It wasn’t that much of an issue, but if you’re looking for a quiet trip away, this isn’t the place for you. It’s more for younger people who like to party. If you go all inclusive there’s decent food served, you get free soft drinks all day. 3 beers/wine per meal. That’s down to the government, not the hotel. All in all, it was a good stay. You have the beach close by, just a 5min walk, and there is plenty of shops and bars outside. You don’t have to walk far for stuff.

Location, people, service is all spot on. At no point have I felt unsafe being in the hotel or for example leaving our belongings at the sunbeds as we went for a swim. (That’s thanks to the many security guards patrolling the hotel) Few issues though, this hotel’s depiction of “all inclusive” is not what we expected. We were made sure of the drink laws which is fine, but going to the bar and asking for a protein shake or smoothie at the BHealthy bar is chargeable. I stated to the member of staff that I have paid for all inclusive, meaning I get everything what I paid for, no? But no, €6 for a smoothie! Food was subpar, good that there was a slight variety every day but not to a good standard. Rooms were okay, air con was horrible and barely worked, and what’s up with the beds? 2 single beds put together to make them look like a double. I’ve paid for a double bed room, I expect to get one.
