I recently discovered this hidden gem of a leather bag shop, and I must say, it's a true treasure trove for bag enthusiasts. There are lots of reviews that claim Beyond Kata is run-down and the staff is not friendly. Don't believe them. This is a really nice resort on a beautiful beach, and the staff gives great service. The breakfast buffet looks really good, but we unfortunately left the hotel before it opened both mornings we were here. The restaurant has great food, but is expensive. There is a shopping street and night market across the street with several restaurants ans lots of street food options. Try a banana cake. They are yummy. They had entertainment on the lawn with a Polynesian show and several singers. We were there on Saturday night, and I don't know about other nights.

Great place!! The beach is beautiful & pool is super nice. Staff were friendly. Only downsides were that the walls are very thin and you can basically hear everything from the rooms next to you (lots of families staying here including babies - so we woke up from them crying all through the night). The beds are extremely uncomfy. If you have food allergies, the staff at the hotel don’t have any understanding of allergies so eat elsewhere. Overall, would recommend due to the location, beach and friendly staff.

A fantastic resort to stay. Beyond Kata was a great place to spend our 9-day anniversary holiday. Courteous staff, assortment of local cuisine to choose from. Direct access to the beach with plenty of sunshine. Our room was fabulous overlooking the beach and local fare.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to (and I travel frequently), the price-performance ratio is absolutely adequate and it is worth staying here even for a few days. Rooms are specious and nicely furnished, you can find everything that’s needed for a good stay there. Breakfast is rich, freshly cooked and tasty, even coffee from the coffee machine was great. Pool is exceptional, clean, beautiful and refreshing. Love it!
