We really enjoyed our time at this resort. The location is great. Absolute beach frontage and nice village with local food shops. The food at the resort was really good and the pool and rooms were also good. The atrium is spectacular and the band in the evenings were top class.

The hotel is located at a convenient location for food, massage, night market. We stayed at this hotel for trying out surfing, and the surfing lesson area are right on the beach side of the hotel. The room is spacious just a little bit of smell when we walked in. After few min of air cond it was fine. The breakfast is good, just the table is a bit odd. It is an older hotel but maintained well. Good for its price and location. Hotel charges extra for kids over 4 yrs old not 12.

We booked an ocean view room, and it was fabulous, nice and clean, and very spacious. The resort is clean and tidy and close to shops and restaurants. The only negatives would be that the resort is extremely slippery after it's rained, so be extra careful and that the pool swim up bar never actually had staff there and you'd be waiting 15/20mins for the staff to come around. Buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and was nice and fresh. Staff were friendly and polite, We would choose to stay here again.

The hotel's main advantage is its location. Unfortunately, the staff seem uninterested and lack the warm hospitality typically expected from Thai people. The buffet breakfast is basic and unexciting, merely fulfilling minimal requirements. While the rooms are clean and pleasant, there is no information provided about hotel services or events unless you scan a QR code. The pool area is nice but lacks ambiance, and getting service at the pool bar is a struggle, with staff being unresponsive. The policy of only accepting credit cards and no cash is also a major drawback. Overall, the hotel lacks atmosphere and cheerful staff, and it needs a significant overhaul.

This hotel is ideally located for shopping and walking about. Close to the local bus (Smart Bus) pick-up point. The room was spacious and the aircon was working it's magic. Loved the sea-view. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our breakfast (included in our package). We had an absolutely fantastic spa-treatment within the hotel. For our wedding anniversary, the room was decorated picture perfect and the complimentary cake was very nice. We could not find fault with anything. If you want to look through a magnifying glass and look for faults, you will probably find some, but surely, if you are on vacation, enjoy yourself and be positive and joyful. Thanks Beyond Kata, our holiday was absolutely fantastic, we hope to see you soon again.
