I recently stayed at Best Western Premier Bangtao Resort and had a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed—Golf and Tom at the door were always there to help with a smile, making check‐in seamless and hassle‐free. The room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. One of the highlights was the breakfast: a generous spread of both local and international items, fresh fruit, hot dishes, great coffee—it gave the perfect start to each day. The pool is another big plus. It’s beautiful, well maintained, and peaceful—a perfect place to relax, whether you want to swim laps or just lounge by the water. Overall, service here is excellent; the staff are attentive, friendly, and clearly take pride in the guest experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing resort stay with good food, great amenities, and warm service, Best Western Premier Bangtao is a lovely choice.

Its an old hotel so don't expect fancy luxury rooms but the hotel is well maintained, beautiful grounds and pool areas the beds were very comfy and the rooms clean and cool. Lots of mosquitoes but spray and the mosquitoe mats they providr helps. Bathrooms were also clean and neat with all amenities. Staff are amazing and attentive. I loved the location...you cant better value for money..best of beach life at Bang Toa and city life of Patong 20min away. Lots of shops and a 7/11 across the road was just amazing convenience. You dont want for anything. The hotel helps you with everything you want to do as well but we used Tour East and were so impressed by the tours.

Had a great time, the best time at this resort. ALL staff were friendly and very pleasant. Would highly recommend and come and stay again. The all inclusive option was well worth it, great quality food, easy transport links if say you wanted to go Pa tong for a great night life street food. Otherwise if you’re not big on the big party atmosphere the local bars and restaurants nearby/ along the coast etc will suffice. Thank you best western.

Stayed here for a week and had a great time. The staff really do go above and beyond, every single day.! Gulf and the rest of the staff made the atmosphere very welcoming and enjoyable :-) the location isn’t the worst, just at least a 30 min drive minimum if wanting to go downtown (example- patong beach). Only issue with the room we had was an odd smell in our hotel room one night (propane gas) but was fixed by their maintenance right away.! Overall, our stay was great and would return here.!

Hotel had excellent facilities. Located adjacent to the beach. Rooms were spacious with good size balconies. Staff so polite and helpful. We only had bed & breakfast. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice & ample fresh fruit. All in all, it made the holiday even more enjoyable.
