Best Tenerife

Just got back and I can not fault this Hotel. We stayed for 4 nights with our sons partners and grandsons. Two of our grandsons are only 3 and they loved it all. Pool area was great for them but the main pool was very cold. Lovely water play area set away from the main pools as well where children can play and parents are able to watch them and chill on the sunbeds at the same time. Food was plenty and we had no complaints. All the staff were so friendly always smiling and greeting us each morning. I was walking with 2 crutches and a hinged knee brace as we entered the restaurant there were tables that had been set-up for people with disabilities and the staff were there to show you to a table nothing was to much trouble them. They have a large charging room for mobility scooter. The hotel do not hire them to you but they are happy to arrange a hire one for you to be dropped off at the hotel and picked up from the hotel on your departure. Accessible bathrooms are great with large walk in shower and there is plenty of room in the bedroom to move around. We will defo visit again hopefully next time I'll be fully mobilising independently. Easy access to local bars and shopping centres but to far for people with mobility issues to walk but great for mobility scooter users so not a problem.

We had a lovely time in best hotel. I was surprised how lovely and helpful all the stuff was, especially restaurant menager Edvardo making evrey restaurant vist memorable experience for are 3 year old son Niko, who was so excited to meet him every day. Everye evening 20:30 we did mini disco with our son and animators girls Pilar and Daniela wear fantastic yet another great experience for are little one. Room cleaning ladies yet another example of outstanding service. Over all hotel maybe not the youngest in tenerifa but people making up for it.

We stayed here in 2023 and returned in 2025 because we thought we knew what we were getting. We valued the fact that inflatables were for the kids pool only and there were no ball games in the main pool however when we returned all this had changed. We had no personal space in the pool because inflatables were just drifting on top of us and the ball games were so aggressive at times that I had to actively shield my wife and young child from potential injury. This is no exaggeration, we stayed for sixteen nights and witnessed many people take a ball travelling at excessive speed to the face, thrown by absolute idiots with no consideration for those around them. Twice I almost ended up in a physical altercation when I checked someone for the rough play. We and others brought it to the attention of the hotel manager but heard absolutely nothing back, no follow through whatsoever which was very disappointing. We love this hotel, the reception staff are extremely helpful, the housekeeping staff are so pleasant and the kids club staff were great. We are so very disappointed that we find ourselves unable to return again for 2026 owing to the rough play going completely unchecked which is a safety matter so reluctantly we will likely book down the road at the H10 Conquistador instead who have a strict policy around the issues I raised above. When you pay out for a holiday like this, you should not have to worry about whether you are likely to be injured while relaxing in the pool. Tenerife Best Hotel sadly did not live up to it's name for us. Please do better.

Very clean credit to this hotel for keeping it fresh. Very friendly staff food is ok. But that’s just me. Plenty to choose from. Entertainment is more for the kids not as much for adults from what I saw anyway. Tv is not fire stick friendly. Gutted as like to watch Netflix and Paramount plus. Amongst other things to watch. You do have at least 3 channels to choose from. Rooms are exceptional beds are massive to be fair. Cleaners are there every morning to doing there thing so clean they do a great job well done to all them. Supermarket on the front stone throw away if you like us and want milk coffee and some goodies to chill with. Having a great time here at best hotels defo would come back and recommend.

We all had a brilliant time at the Hotel Best Tenerife, we arrived and checked in then headed to our room. We'd requested 2 travel cots (3 year old twins) which we were told we would have in our room but we only had two double beds and the beds are high with tiled floors, we went to reception to ask for them but was told the room couldn't accommodate them so we asked if we could pay to upgrade to a different room. To our surprise the brilliant reception staff took us to view a family suite and it was perfect, two bedroom with beds and cots and a living area with access directly to the pool and bar area. They kindly let us have this suite for no extra charge and it absolutely made our holiday! The food and drink options in the all inclusive was perfect, plenty to choose from and everything always looked fresh! All the staff were so kind, polite and friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. The only thing that I will say is, we went at the start of December and the swimming pools were absolutely freezing, didn't stop us going in but took some time for our twin toddlers to give it a proper go 😅
