Excellent hotel - fantastic location and customer service! Rooms were clean, lovely and spacious. Food was good and plenty of choice. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend Hotel Best Tenerife to anyone. Thanks again for a lovely stay and we will certainly be back 😊

Hotel Best Tenerife is a decent hotel. We went as a family of four. My children were 11 and 9. The rooms are very small. We had two twin beds to sleep the four of us. Both beds were in the same room. Not ideal. The rooms were cleaned each day to a decent standard.
The food was okay. Would have been better if it was a little hotter in temperature as the buffet style tends to leave it all a little cooler than I'd like.
The pool was lovely. Plenty of sun beds and the snack bar was perfectly fine.
The hotel lacked a lot of things for the kids to do. They had a very small arcade room with mostly broken machines and the entertainers came around maybe twice on our 7 night stay.
The location is ideal. Very close to the beach and plenty of dinner places locally. Not to mention but Siam Water Park is nearby so getting there for park opening is no issue at all.

Recently stayed at Best Tenerife for 5 nights and we couldn’t fault the hotel! After reading the reviews we were a little nervous about visiting the hotel but don’t always believe the reviews!
Great location and very close to the beach!
Staff at the hotel very friendly, great service!
Restaurant especially as soon as your finished straight away they are collecting your plates, ready for you to get more, very clean restaurant - we found there was plenty of choice but everyone’s opinion is different, the cake choices were the best!
Our room was a little outdated but didn’t impact the holiday at all, rooms very clean and beds were comfy!
Pool area - very clean, we had lots of choice for sunbeds but did notice as the week went on it was a lot busier, there is a gate for the sunbeds no towels can be put down until 9am which is great!
Snack bar was great offering chips, pizza, burgers, hot dogs and toastie, self serve drinks great especially with children!
All in all we enjoyed the holiday and will be returning!

I had a really good 10 days in this hotel, the staff were very friendly towards all our concerns that we had during the 10 days. Pool area smelt a bit weird at times due to drainage issues but nonetheless I admired the pool area. The room we stayed in was very surprising as we got to our room we discovered it was over two floors which was a very good discovery as we had plenty room to relax. Our patio/ balcony was very spacious aswell with two deck chairs and two normal chairs. The hotel is very wheelchair friendly also as there's several lifts within the vicinity to get you down to the pool/ dining area or to get you to various levels of the hotel. I would reccomend this hotel to stay and I would stay in the hotel again.

The food is dreadful, you are wasting your money. We spent a lot more than expected because we couldn't face the food at the hotel. The rooms are fine but the hotel is loud from early in the morning until late at night so bring ear plugs. I didn't find the general attitude towards customers was anything to be particularly proud of but it was fine. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired and the hotel is in bad need of a renovation. The lifts are a nightmare too, I feel like I spent half my holiday in the lift stopping at every floor and we also got stuck in it on one occasion. If I wasn't pregnant I would just take the stairs which would have been more convenient. I am leaving a review because I think people save hard for their holiday and there is better out there for this price. They are taking advantage of families paying full board and half board prices.
