Hotel Best Tenerife is a decent hotel. We went as a family of four. My children were 11 and 9. The rooms are very small. We had two twin beds to sleep the four of us. Both beds were in the same room. Not ideal. The rooms were cleaned each day to a decent standard.
The food was okay. Would have been better if it was a little hotter in temperature as the buffet style tends to leave it all a little cooler than I'd like.
The pool was lovely. Plenty of sun beds and the snack bar was perfectly fine.
The hotel lacked a lot of things for the kids to do. They had a very small arcade room with mostly broken machines and the entertainers came around maybe twice on our 7 night stay.
The location is ideal. Very close to the beach and plenty of dinner places locally. Not to mention but Siam Water Park is nearby so getting there for park opening is no issue at all.

Overall great holiday, the hotel was always clean and tidy. Sometimes food was a little cold with the buffet style but mainly good food and a great variety.
There is a waterfall Stream in the lobby that I think was in the process of being cleaned and had a funky smell.
The kids arcade was bad. 1 pool table, foosball and air hockey. A claw machine, a bike video game. There were also tattoo transfer machines, these jammed constantly. The machines would work one day then broken the next and we had to go to reception to get any money back.
There are three lifts in the hotel, a couple of our party got stuck in one for 15 mins before they could get help. One of them was out of order for two days. They seem a little old.

Room is pretty basic but has all you will need. In our case we had a balcony with no view because it was in a corner so room did not need air con on as did not get too hot. Sound proofing was quite good as could not hear much noise from outside entertainment area.
Room contained double bed, flat screen tv, safe, kettle but no tea bags??? Shower/bath, hairdryer, toilet and bidet. Built in wardrobe and full length mirror.

Unlike the last review that was left by joy, think she needs to change her name. The room was fine exactly what I expected from a big hotel. The food was lovely there was lots to choose from and it was very edible. The staff where friendly and very helpful. If I go back to Tenerife I would book that hotel again. Thank you best hotel for my lovely holiday

the hotel is old - common rooms need to be repaired. rooms are normal. The air conditioners hum but tolerable. large balconies - they have deckchairs, chairs and a table. there is tv the bathroom is spacious, really neat, renovated. however, the cockroaches scared the crap out of me. We found him in the bathroom, running on the floor, plates in the dining room... it was scary to think what they were doing in the kitchen
the food is varied. in the evenings, cuisines from various countries are inserted - they don't succeed with sushi very bad. drinks: coffee catastrophe, diluted juices. husband drank sangria - liked it. beer for nothing😅
summary: apart from cockroaches and old corridors with leaking ceilings and old carpets, the country itself redeemed everything. oh, we didn't go to the swimming pools, because just like in Turku - whether you lie down or not, you stop before breakfast, and those who really want to lie down have no room left. in the evenings until 22:30 there is karaoke and other performances, live singing.
with all inclusive includes 1 time allcarte.
