spent about a week at the hotel, and the stay was very pleasant. The hotel is located on a cliff with a stunning panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and about a fifteen-minute walk along the beach from the center. The room is not modern designed, but it is large, the bed is extra large and comfortable and the view from the balcony is stunning. The hotel has pools, a gym, a reading room and sitting corners .
The hotel staff is courteous, doing everything they can to be helpful to guests. The dining room has a relatively good variety of food, including cheeses, cold cuts, and vegetables and more.

We are just back from one week holiday at this hotel. We were all inclusive and really enjoyed it. The food was very good, plenty of vegetables, salads and choice of fish, meat and pasta etc for main dishes. Good variety of sweets too! There was also a chef making food in front of you, omelettes and fish being fried. All the staff were very pleasant and attentive whilst eating.
The rooms were spacious and we could hear the sounds of the ocean which were a good sleep aid and very relaxing. My only complaint was the outdoor pool was very cold but the indoor pool was heated and available with a jacuzzi too.
All in all, a very nice experience and a welcome break from cold Scotland! The staff at reception were also very helpful and friendly! I would definitely go back 👍

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week, expecting a luxurious five-star experience, but it was far from it. From the moment we checked in, issues started to pile up.
Firstly, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially at night. The shower was also temperamental, switching from scalding hot to freezing cold.
To make matters worse, I ended up with food poisoning from one of the hotel’s restaurants, which completely ruined part of my stay. Hygiene also seemed to be an issue, as there was no hand wash in the bathroom—when we asked for some, the staff casually told us they don’t stock it and suggested using shower gel instead. We had to go out and buy our own hand wash just to keep basic hygiene standards.
The spa experience was equally disappointing. The place wasn’t properly cleaned, and while I was having a massage, I noticed bugs crawling on the floor—absolutely unacceptable for a so-called luxury hotel.
Overall, this was nowhere near a five-star experience. The hotel seriously needs to improve its facilities, cleanliness, and customer service before claiming to be of such a high standard. I would not stay here again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it.

Just got back from a week's stay here. Location is beautiful. Beds comfy. Rooms need updating and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I'd say it's a 4 star hotel in reality. Breakfast was good. Staff at pool bar friendly and helpful. Cleaners lovely! Some reception staff could be verging on rude at times, definitely not a 5 star service from them! Basic advice/help offered begrdgingly. I have a fairly loud voice and was shooshed at by reception staff numerous times?! I don't expect to have to whisper all the time on holiday and am also courteous of others in a hotel after 9pm. Main pool is lovely but bitterly cold. Hotel is most suited to an older clientele that want a quiet holiday, in my opinion. I debated over a 3 or 4 star review and decided on a 3, mainly based on lack of decent service and rudeness from reception. If I could, I'd give a 3.5 star. I wouldn't return to this hotel but the area is beautiful.

Love this hotel! Me and my husband just finished our week's stay there.
Not had a single unpleasant experience there.
Rooms are a bit outdated and shower takes a bit to warm up, also had to pay extra for the kettle BUT the excellent customer service, stunning views, lovely food - absolutely make up for it.
There was a different theme for dinner every night, always a big variety to choose from.
Breakfast was also a bit different every day, always delicious.
Felt welcome from check in to check out.
All staff we came into contact with were friendly, helpful and professional.
Loved that there's two ways to enter the hotel (one being very close to town centre).
Honestly felt sad to leave, can't wait to come back here.
Thank you for an amazing experience!
