This is a top notch resort. From the room, to the service, to the food, and the value, it’s unmatched. We loved the convenience of the resort shuttle, the complimentary room bar that gets replenished daily, their breakfast buffet, the outdoor yoga, and spa services. The workers are pleasant and treated our needs with utmost importance. This is the spot if you’re coming to Langkawi! The price is affordable, the rooms are magical. Their efficiency and shuttle system exceeds expectations as the shuttle arrives to your room 24/7 and within minutes of you calling. The lobby has 4 service desks to schedule restaurants, tours, activities, yoga, experiences. Their breakfast has 4 service stalls that are ready to make fresh roti, donuts, eggs/omelettes, soup of the day, and fresh juice. If you call the front desk, they’ll have fresh towels/umbrella/etc in your room in the blink of an eye. The pool, beach, ocean is easy access and the reason you’re here in Langkawi. Please book this place.

Excellent stay at Berjaya Langkawi! Even though we experienced a water leak from the roof during the night, the staff handled it superbly. Within an hour, we were moved to an upgraded room, and they even gave us a dinner voucher as a gesture of goodwill. Truly excellent customer service—fast, professional, and caring. On top of that, the resort is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Berjaya is a nice resort but the rooms are in need of a serious upgrade. I would say its more of 3 star hotel if you are staying in the rainforest chalet.If you want to get a better experience, the sea view chalets are much better. On the second night we saw a cockroach which I recorded and showed the manager. He only seemed to be more concerned when he saw that we had a video I think. After Spraying the room the manager said that we could stay in the room or alternatively move to a joined room which had another family on the other side of the conjoining door. That was a downgrade offer since it means less privacy. I was disappointed since we saw a cockroach!!!! After a bit of push back we were upgraded to the sea view room which was amazing. It was available so not sure why it wasn’t offered straight away. However, the assistant manager did get us into the sea view chalet really quickly after, which made up for it in the end. Other than that, the food options were really good and staff were overall friendly. Beach is really nice and the buffet dinner at Dayang cafe was always lovely. They change up the menu each night which kept things interesting.

Exceptional Experience at Berjaya Langkawi Resort My stay at Berjaya Langkawi Resort was nothing short of outstanding. The level of service provided was truly above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team for their dedication and attention to detail in making our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made every effort to ensure the comfort and happiness of me and my family. Due to a personal preference, I was not entirely comfortable staying in the rainforest chalets. Understanding this, the team kindly arranged for not one, but two room changes — eventually relocating us to beautiful seaview chalets that made our vacation even more enjoyable. This gesture alone speaks volumes about their genuine care for their guests’ well-being. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Mr. Farez, who personally checked in with us throughout our stay. His warmth, professionalism, and constant willingness to help made a big difference and left a lasting impression. Thank you again, Berjaya Langkawi Resort, for such a remarkable experience.
