We had a lovely stay at Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino. While the hotel isn’t the newest on the block (we didn't expect it to be), it offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff truly stood out — always friendly and eager to help. When we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, the team was quick to respond and had it fixed efficiently, which we really appreciated. One of the biggest highlights is the location — just a short stroll to the beautiful Beau Vallon Beach, which made beach days effortless and relaxing. It's also convenient for exploring the local area. Breakfast was solid: a mix of familiar staples that repeated daily, alongside a few new dishes to keep things interesting. We also appreciated the decent selection of fresh fruit and vegetables each morning. Overall, a very good value for the location and service. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly place near the beach with everything you need, this is a great option.

What an amazing experience we had at the Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino Hotel in Seychelles. The accommodation was excellent. Our breakfasts were amazing. The staff were super friendly and the Reservation Supervisor LISETTE MARIE went out of her way to assist us with our queries in every way possible. She responded immediately to all our queries and her service was excellent. We can’t wait to go back there🙏

We stayed for 3 nights (family with 5yr kid) and had a great time in the beach next to the hotel, beautiful sunset. Good buffet breakfast. Resort as such is big and well maintained but rooms are not up to the mark, even bathroom was smaller for the resort and the price paid. Special mention to Mr Prem Singh, Mr Tikaram and team. They gave us very useful recommendations and assisted us wherever possible to make our stay comfortable

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort. Our experience started off on a high note with an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long and tiring flight—it allowed us to freshen up and relax with a much-needed shower and quick nap. The staff stood out for their exceptional friendliness and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, they greeted every guest warmly and were consistently attentive throughout our stay, making sure everyone felt welcome and at ease. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering everything we needed. While the decor felt a bit dated, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort and functionality of the space. A nice added touch was receiving two complimentary bottles of water in our room each day—something small, but very appreciated, especially in the tropical climate. The property offers ample parking for rental cars, and we felt secure knowing there was 24/7 security at the gate. This was a big plus for us as we explored the island by car. Breakfast at the buffet was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. It was a great way to start the day. One of the biggest highlights is the resort’s beachfront location. The views are stunning, and the sunsets were truly unforgettable. The area around the hotel is also a bonus, with a selection of lovely restaurants and other beaches within easy reach. During our stay, we noticed that the east coast and south-side beaches of the island weren’t suitable for swimming, so we were especially glad to be based in Beau Vallon, where conditions were much better. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort for its location, friendly service, and thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable.

Rooms were okay and friendly staff. Perfect location for Beau Vallon Beach and relaxation. We tried Parrot, Indian Restaurant and Chinese restaurant which was very good especially the staff member Upendra who explained and showed us what food items are served and also suggested few activities which the Resort offers. Thank you Upendra. Later my Air Seychelles flight got cancelled 6 hours before departure then Nexi (Communication Manager), Prem and Tikaram helped us a lot by providing information, phones to call and support needed to talk and reschedule the flight to Indigo. Thank you everyone for helping us to get through from this situation and i had a wonderful stay here too.
