Overall, our stay at Berjaya Seychelles was decent and enjoyable. Positives: Tess, the reception supervisor, was very helpful and ensured we got a room as per our requirement. Bakhtiar was extremely courteous and proactive, always ready to assist guests. We also appreciate Shareefa for the late check-out, as our flight was in the evening. The Indian restaurant, Parrot, is excellent...great food and very good service by Mr. Pradeep. The property is nice and well connected to the beach. Negatives: Housekeeping needs improvement as were told there are not enough towels for the room, and there was no assistance at the pool area and no towels. Lizards entering the room was uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic, repetitive and had limited vegetarian options. We also had a poor experience with a car rental recommended by their security guard (Tikaram)..charged for an AC car but provided a non-AC one, with no support from Tikaram later. He is very unhelpful guy.

Exceptional stay at Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay and Resort. The stay was perfect comfort with spacious well lit rooms. After a full day of exploring returning to the rooms was a real pleasure. The food was superb! The amazing breakfast spread was a great start to every day, and I especially appreciated the inclusion of delicious authentic Indian dishes. Every meal I had was tasty and high-quality. The location of resort is far away from chaos and has easy access to beach which is as good as a private access. Check-in was quick and seamless. A special thank you to Mr. Prem Singh/Tikaram, who was incredibly helpful and assisted us smoothly throughout our entire stay. Raj the pool guy was always nearby and catered to all our needs. Nexi at Guest Relations was also wonderful, thoroughly explaining the hotel's various offerings and ensuring we didn't miss out on anything. The experience was truly personalized and we are looking forward for our next stay at Berjaya.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ 3/5 – Decent Stay but Rooms Need Upgrading Our stay at Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort was overall okay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The biggest drawback was the condition of the rooms — they feel quite old and outdated, and really need a proper upgrade to match the beautiful location and the price point. The property itself has a nice beachfront and the surroundings are relaxing, but the interiors don’t live up to expectations. Basic amenities are there, but the overall room experience could be much better. It’s a decent place for a short stay, but I hope the management renovates the rooms soon to enhance the overall guest experience.

Very average room. Beach is nice. I didn’t like the food buffet. It looks like a cafeteria. You have a choice of dining in one of the restaurants. The Italian restaurant was very good and served us a four course very nice meal. We found another hotel in praslin for the same price that’s amazing in comparison - acajou beach resort

Me and my husband were driving past the hotel yesterday afternoon and I saw the Indian restaurant board outside. Since my wife is vegetarian, we decided to go in. Inside at the reception we were greeted by Ms. Nexi Dennis who very cordially escorted us to the Indian restaurant where we met Mr. Pradeep and his team Anil and Upendra. Pradeep took our order and the chef Nawas prepared the perfect dal & naan for us. The food was perfect and really fulfilling. After the hearty meal we left and at the reception we again met Ms. Nexi and also Mr. Prem and Tikaram. Had a brief chit chat with the team and left for our hotel. Overall an exceptional and warm experience worth remembering.
