Great location, just across the lobby, is the beach! The staff were all pleasant and patient with our babies, throwing food on meals time 😊 Especially Upendra, who animated them and showed kindnesses, his service was excellent 👌 The food is average but ok. The cleaning lady don't know her name was also very polite. We had a problem on the start with our room but got an express solution better than the option we've booked.

1. Great place, great location , great service. 2. Reception was very friendly and very very helpful. 3. Food was okay, I recommend the parrot and Chinese restaurant. 4. A lot of activities to do on the beach, snorkeling, wind surfing, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding. The kayaking and paddle boarding is free for residents of the hotel. 5. Also love the fact that towels are provided on the beach which is less than a minute walk from the reception. 6. Locals on the beach are also quite friendly and helpful. Suggestions - I would recommend the pool opening in the evenings till say 10 pm Overall this is probably the best place you could stay on the island with great value for money, I would definitely be coming back.

I had a wonderful stay at Berjaya Resort, and Prem made it even better! He is very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The resort itself is beautiful, with great facilities, clean rooms, and delicious food. Everything was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable trip.

5 positives: 1. Location: right on the beach 2. Giant tortoises on the property 3. Staff friendly 4. Breakfast very good 5. Easy and free parking 3 suggestions: 1. Towels are grey. Replacement would make a huge difference to the ambiance of the rooms. 2. Avoid a room with a family door connecting the next room. One can hear the people next door opening plastic bags and watching TV. 3. Pool should stay open into the evening. Would be so nice to swim after a humid, sandy day.
