Our stay at Beloved has been amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. The dining at all the restaurants is top notch. Great food and perfect service. When at the beach you are taken care of so well; drinks non-stop and if you want food brought to you at the beach just ask. Kayaks, SUP and Hobie Cat are included while you are down at the beach if you want some water activity. We have enjoyed our stay at Beloved and will tell all our friends about it when we get home.

The beach service at Beloved is fantastic! Fernando is the absolute best! As long as he is here, I will sit in his section. He is so kind and suggested the best drinks. Drinks and food were always delivered rapidly. We will be back tomorrow and I’m sure we will be greeted with his infectious smile! Food is fantastic and the service everyone gives is awesome! Claudia at the beach concierge is so fun! She will definitely have a good time with you.

Our stay at Beloved was amazing for our honeymoon. Beloved is best described as a luxury boutique hotel. The staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly and does their job with a smile on their face. On the beach Claudia, Fernando and Elvis are awesome. So personable and excellent waiters. Guadeloupe at the taco truck is unbeatable…authentic tacos, need I say more? All in all, we’re already planning our next trip here.

This was hands-down, the greatest vacation experience that my wife and I have ever experienced. We have travelled around the world extensively, and by far the service, and overall experience was more than five stars. It was six stars. Firstly, the food was exceptional, there were so many options for different food, and it was so accessible to eat essentially whatever we wanted to. The beach snack service during the day was amazing with lots of different options. Secondly, the pool and beach areas were amazing, you never had to fight for beach, chairs or beds and you always were able to get a good spot at the beach and at the pool. Thirdly, the drinks were fantastic with great bars in every location of the hotel, including access to high-end single malt scotch and great cocktails. Fourthly the rooms were exceptional, they were big and spacious clean, and the service of the rooms was amazing with a nighttime turn down service that was amazing not to mention the breakfast buffet was by far the greatest buffet we’ve ever seen at any hotel that we’ve been to.finally we wanted to mention that this was our honeymoon and all of the staff went the extra mile to make us feel special and celebrated throughout this experience. I want to make a personal mention to the manager Christian Sosme who went above the call of duty for me on his off day from work was able to pick something up from Cancun city for us that we needed. Overall, my wife and I don’t know how we will stay at another resort again following our stay at beloved. Everything was exceptional and we will definitely be back.

Alex was a great server and a great help during our time at Beloved Playa Mujeres. His positive attitude and kind demeanor ensured me that I was well taken of! He also was very quick to make sure my drink glass was never empty. Also if I could suggest the best beach/pool snack….it would absolutely be the fish tacos. Best poolside meal I’ve ever had on vacation, other than what they had to offer at the resort restaurants.
