  • A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served by the glass at Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, Beach Bar, Chill Bar (adults only) and snack bar during operational hours (including soft drinks, mineral water, local beer, Egyptian wine, local spirits and local cocktails)

The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading. The room was in terrible condition – very old, with a broken door and damaged handle. There were only two towels, both extremely worn out and in poor condition. If i can gave it negative stars -10. The room had a very bad smell, and they used strong chemical substances with an intense odor that affected me (especially since I have allergies). I felt like I was suffocating and had a severe cough, as did my whole family. I want to leave a negative review. I left the same day and didn’t stay in the room for more than an hour. In addition, there were insects, and the food was completely unsafe. The staff do not speak English or any other language—you have to communicate with them using hand gestures. The room view was awful – it faced an empty lot and a construction site. The staff were not helpful at all and barely spoke or understood proper Arabic; most seemed to be from outside Cairo and spoke in a very different accent, making communication difficult. The food was absolutely terrible. The restaurant had a horrible smell that made me feel nauseous. I strongly advise against eating there, especially if you have children. The location is also very bad and isolated. None of the reviews or photos on Booking.com reflect the reality of this place. It is extremely overpriced for what it offers. I do not recommend this place at all.

Always very clean and so polite. But the staff and animation team are amazing. I’ve never known staff to be so friendly at a hotel. Incredible hotel. the food is perfect and it tastes amazing, The first moment i stepped into the beautifully decorated room I was amazed!!! After 1 week we got fake plants as a gift to decorate in our hotel room.

I stayed at Bellagio Hotel and was absolutely impressed! The food here is delicious, and the way dining is organized is great: when one food area closes, another one immediately opens — you definitely won’t stay hungry. There’s plenty of space around the pool and lots of sunbeds, so it’s easy to relax comfortably. The animators are truly something special — the best in the world! They are fun, full of energy, and create a positive vibe from morning till night. The hotel feels alive, with a warm and active atmosphere: during the day there are lots of activities around the pool and on the beach, and every evening there’s a different vibrant show. Although my wife and I don’t have children, we noticed there’s a well-equipped kids’ area and small water slides in the pool for little ones. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained with regular housekeeping. At the moment, the building’s facade is under renovation, but the interior is so beautiful and stylish that it truly takes your breath away — the hotel is definitely top-class. What’s most important for me personally is that I really managed to relax, disconnect from work and everyday stress. Even though I’m generally a rather critical person and often dissatisfied with things in life, during my stay here I genuinely felt great. Of course, this is just my personal opinion and experience, but I sincerely wish everyone peace, happiness, and good luck!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The animation team was truly amazing and created a great atmosphere every single day. A special thanks to Nour, who was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. He kept us well informed about all the hotel events and activities, so we didn’t miss a thing!

this is a very beautiful and pleasant hotel. The rooms are lovely, and the person who cleans them is also a really kind man. He always asks if we need anything and if he has done a good job — he’s very caring and involved. The food is fine, and literally all the staff — the lifeguards and entertainment team — are cheerful, enthusiastic, and genuinely engaged. You can talk and laugh with everyone. I will definitely come back again. My compliments to everyone at this hotel! I also highly recommend every tourist to visit this hotel. I will give this resort 5 star Best regards, Maroua – Room 3006
