We are staying at the hotel for first time, me and family were very impressed from beginning and the delight didn't let us go until the end of our lovely holidays.
Thank you for your hospitality and professionalism. The hotel is well-equipped rooms, great design and with beautiful landscape.
I really liked the service in restaurants, a swimming pool and a comfortable relaxation area at the terrace lobby and next to the beach.
The staff is polite and friendly. Attentive attitude to guests at the reception. I would like to mention all the employees and especially the receptionist for warm greetings at the beginning and a personal approach to the guests as it helped us with accommodation at our request.

Our first time in Egypt and what a fantastic hotel this was. The staff work so hard to keep everyone happy. The animation team never stop how they have the energy to keep going in the heat us a testament how much they love there work. I have to say my favourite barman was Hussein who worked mainly at the pool bar, If my drink was low or empty he would appear from nowhere with another after learning our drinks order within an hour. The private beach is also beautiful. All in all a great spot for families and couples. We enjoyed it that much were already looking to book again next June. ❤️

Hotel has amazing views and looks great. Rooms need a bit of fixing on the decor section, but that is me who has eye for detail stating this.
The serving staff and helpers are great.
However the night management team at reception and especially the night Managers ability to respond to a alarming situation with actual concern for the guests safety and well being are appalling. After an incident with my daughter at the evening event we are waiting over 55 minutes for a manager who obviously doesn't want to hear of such situation occurring during his working hours, after spotting him 3 times we are told he is coming. 2 out of the 3 times he walk right by reception.
The one star is specifically for him, but overall hotel gets 3 stars. Restaurants also don't have much variations in thier menus. How many ways can you spell "mashed potatoe" and think yes it's a different dish. The animation team are great so props to them for working with such difficult managers.

The staff was friendly, you really get comfortable in this hotel, and enjoy a real All Inclusive service. The beach was not up to the expectations so you might get disappointed. We were walking about 5 minutes in the sea to reach a point where we can swim. Other than that everything was great!

The place is way over rated. The reception staff is annoying and rude specially Mohamed his name. Is a liar and a very unfriendly person to deal with. A man with no honor and no values. I have no respect for him.
Over all the services were okay beside that. The food is editable. But The rooms are not the best. And the bathrooms smells.No phones working. Very bad internet connection. I would not give this hotel a 3 stars.
The beach as well isn’t taken care of that makes ur whole trip ruined.
