Hotel is beautiful. Rooms need upgraded. We were in bungalows. Very basic but cleaned daily. Staff at this hotel are amazing and can’t do enough for the guests. Very friendly. Food is nice but alcoholic drinks aren’t the best. The views from the hotel are gorgeous and the beach on your doorstep is perfect. Even a beach bar to use and it’s all free in your all inclusive. Animation team very attentive and keep everyone going 5 star

the hotel is a very kind warming hotel the air con in the room keeps the room cold and the house keeping make sure that room is cleaned everyday. the food in the hotel is nice and they have loads of different food to choose from also have different food every night. the staff are lovely and will always ask how you are and if everything is ok. the animation team always make an effort with the children and adults and will also have different environments on in the day and night and make sure everyone is enjoying them selfs.

My recent stay at the Bellagio was exceptional, and I highly recommend it. The dining experience was top-notch. The hotel offers a diverse range of cuisines, each prepared with the finest ingredients and presented beautifully. The pools were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of loungers and shaded areas. The poolside service was excellent, with staff always on hand to provide towels and refreshments. The animation team was fantastic. Their energy and enthusiasm were contagious, making every activity enjoyable. They offered a wide range of activities throughout the day. It is an ideal destination for a relaxing and entertaining vacation

The hotel was very fun, there were a lot of families from all around the world and a very friendly environment altogether.
The staff is very kind and attentive. The guest relations staff were incredibly helpful, thoughtful and nice and made my stay pleasant, Kudos to them! And Ahmad (that was so kind to let me and my family take a picture with him) was second to none. Really great and proper. He ensured that me and my family have a great time. The hotel is very lucky to have such dedicated employees.
There are fun and entertaining activities every night (great music, I updated my Playlist while at it) with the Animators, who are very energetic and invested. They were really fun to be around!
The rooms weren't really lacking, but they are a tad less modern than expected, however, they are working on it, which is a good thing.
The sea and the pools are great, the water is clear, the sea is shallow and you can see pretty fish. The water in the pool has a nice temperature and many spots to sit back and relax.
It was a great choice!

Thank you for your hospitality and professionalism. The hotel is well-equipped rooms, great design and with beautiful landscape.
I really liked the service in restaurants, a swimming pool and a comfortable relaxation area at the terrace lobby and next to the beach.
The staff is polite and friendly. Attentive attitude to guests at the reception. I would like to mention all the employees and especially the receptionist for warm greetings at the beginning and a personal approach to the guests as it helped us with accommodation at our request.
