We had the most amazing holiday and can’t wait to return again!
This hotel has everything you can want from a holiday, good food, lovely service, amazing rooms and views and entertainment for everyone!
All the staff are polite and willing to help you with everything. The spa is beautiful and the treatments are wow!!
The room cleaners are great and leave you bottles of water and designs on your bed.
They have a jewellery counter within the complex with beautiful items at reasonable prices. We bought many items that were worn in the pool and sea and are still like brand new! Only the best materials used and is honest with what he is selling you. The chemist onsite is well stocked and extremely helpful. Overall, the best holiday we have had!

Very bad service ...I don't recommend this resort.
1. Not giving true information
1.1 in my booking was option 1 free dinner in any restaurant in resort... In the fact they didn't give us the choice... only Lebanese restaurant available.
2 . Jazz bar..
2.1 Asked several times reception about jazz bar..they was saying its on the second floor..
All the time was closed... discovered that its not jazz bar , only place to watch football.. without bar..or anything inside
3. Check out.
3.1 reception promised 1 extra hour as a complimentary .. fact .. was asked to free the room even before checking out time at 12.
3.2 My travel time was at 19:00 , asked reception in the first day if i can stay on territory of resort until the travel time,they agreed on it but in the fact kicked us out in 2 hours...
3.3 No exchange service
4. Bathrooms on the territory of resort were very dirty.
5. Evening program not interesting
6. Everything was mixed with water... Beer,wine even juice. Serving local alcohol, which was bad quality.
7. Beach towels... Dirty all the time.
8. Guide in hotel gave the information of lunch time from 14:00 until 16:00.. we missed lunch time because it was from 12:00 until 14:00

Very good value for money.
Toucan restaurant inside the complex is my favorite due to the large open space, service and food. The staff is nice and friendly.
Rooms are clean and well tended. The mattresses are good. The inventory could use improvement, but for this price it's acceptable.

Little gem. If you will get renovated room- then it's fine. Food was tasty and hot, even they had section for babies ( boiled chicken brest, potatoes, vegetables with out salt), housekeeping was cleaning our room well every day,hotel clean, staff was friendly ,heated swimming pool. Definitely will back.

Not much to do. Local area run down. If it's a sunbathing holiday then it's perfect. The swim rooms are definitely not **** star. Staff are hit and miss. Mina is a superb waiter and the cleaners are great also. Safy customer relations lady is an asset to this hotel. I'd advice to do the hotel tour with this lady.
