Amazing resort for families. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Plenty facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel. Especially the entertainment team. My kids loved it. Thank you Sercan

The room's are ridiculous. The A/C works intermittently, which is very frustrating especially in such warm weather conditions.The toilet in the bedroom has a sensor motion to enter,which does not work well with children.This was very frustrating.The shower height was so low, it's not suitable for adults.I would suggest an upgrade! The hotel has very limited A/C where all the children's activities are outdoors.Again not useful at all.We spent a lot of time in our bedroom. It's surprising to see how much needs improving with this hotel. Service was good overall however I will not be returning or recommending.

The hotel met our expectations for a family with children. We were very pleased. The hotel is located close to the sea, everything is close to the hotel. Snack bar, ice cream, slides, bar, everything within reach and within sight. Kids Club met our expectations to. Children were extremely happy to go there. They loved spent time in Kids’ Club because they have amazing contact with Victoria from Kids Club. Evening animations were great too. There is also something to do during the day. (Sevcan, a girl who runs sports, has a great attitude towards children🥰😍).We recommend and hope to come back next time🤞👍

The hotel is very nice, the green areas are constantly well-maintained, and the food was alright. Nothing special, just regular home-style cooking. The beach was very clean, and the waiters were quick and attentive. The slides were always free for the kids, and there was never a wait. The evening shows were very nicely done, but the hotel host was a complete disaster. I don't understand why they hired someone who can't speak German, Russian, or English. He only knows a few words, and you can't understand them because he alters his voice so much that it sounds like a bear growling into the microphone. Hopefully, the hotel finds someone new soon. Otherwise, our recommendation for the hotel overall, but one star deducted for the host. From the second day on, his arrogant manner was just annoying.

Staff have been excellent. We have fantastic rooms near all the facilities, beach, pool, bars, entertainment etc. The food has been really tasty, would be perfect for vegetarians or vegans, even though we are not either. This has been a great holiday, made all the better by excellent staff. 😀😀😀
