We came here for 10 days and on our first night we realised that the room that was given to us was dirty and dusty. It is a shame as it is a 5 star hotel and we did pay for a vip room. During our whole stay the floor was not hoovered or moped. It’s horrible as dust and sand from the beach does collect in your room. I am shocked that the rooms were not cleaned appropriately even when you leave the sign for “room to be cleaned”. Only thing that the hotel was on top of was replacing the mini bar everyday which to be honest I wasn’t bothered by that anyway. I would expect for 5 star hotel the basic cleanliness routines to be performed. Such as bed sheets to be changed regularly, toilet seat/sink basin to be cleaned and clean new bath robes to be given to you aswell. This was not shown when we stayed unfortunately. It is not nice to be having to use the same bath robe for 10 days. Other than that the food for decent and the beach was beautiful but the cleanliness is an important factor for me and has let the hotel down. 😱👎

The hotel met our expectations for a family with children. We were very pleased. The hotel is located close to the sea, everything is close to the hotel. Snack bar, ice cream, slides, bar, everything within reach and within sight. Kids Club met our expectations to. Children were extremely happy to go there. They loved spent time in Kids’ Club because they have amazing contact with Victoria from Kids Club. Evening animations were great too. There is also something to do during the day. (Sevcan, a girl who runs sports, has a great attitude towards children🥰😍).We recommend and hope to come back next time🤞👍

The hotel is very nice, the green areas are constantly well-maintained, and the food was alright. Nothing special, just regular home-style cooking. The beach was very clean, and the waiters were quick and attentive. The slides were always free for the kids, and there was never a wait. The evening shows were very nicely done, but the hotel host was a complete disaster. I don't understand why they hired someone who can't speak German, Russian, or English. He only knows a few words, and you can't understand them because he alters his voice so much that it sounds like a bear growling into the microphone. Hopefully, the hotel finds someone new soon. Otherwise, our recommendation for the hotel overall, but one star deducted for the host. From the second day on, his arrogant manner was just annoying.

The room's are ridiculous. The A/C works intermittently, which is very frustrating especially in such warm weather conditions.The toilet in the bedroom has a sensor motion to enter,which does not work well with children.This was very frustrating.The shower height was so low, it's not suitable for adults.I would suggest an upgrade! The hotel has very limited A/C where all the children's activities are outdoors.Again not useful at all.We spent a lot of time in our bedroom. It's surprising to see how much needs improving with this hotel. Service was good overall however I will not be returning or recommending.
