We loved our stay at the Beacon Grand! It felt like we were transported back to the 1920s! The staff was extremely helpful… there was full curbside bell-hop service including loading and unloading our car. The valet was professional and timely. All staff were friendly, willing to help, and very knowledgeable about the area and the hotel’s history. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. And the rates were quite affordable… particularly, given the level of service we received. Outstanding, especially considering the price and area!

Beautiful, elegant hotel without the stuffiness that this type of decor typically has.
Great location, very professional service from almost everyone I interacted with, especially the check-in experience.
The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The toiletries are lovely and cleanliness was top notch. They offer Illy coffee but the placement of the coffee machine was super odd — no electric outlet so we had to remove it and haul it around the room to make coffee. This is something minor, but could be improved.
All in all very satisfied with the experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful, upscale hotel with such great staff. They were personable and took the time to suggest great outings and transportation options. The nightly entertainment, live music, and experience were great. The room view was excellent. It was comfortable and very clean. The cable car stops, food options, and shopping were all within walking distance. The location of the hotel was perfect.

This hotel is amazing!
Central location, cable car stops right in front of the hotel. Staff are amazing and professional. We stayed for my husband's 30th birthday and the room had an amazing view. The room was really quiet. Both bars are great and cocktails are amazing.

I would like to express my appreciation for the hotel staff member, Sebastian, who brought our luggage to the room. His service was excellent. He was friendly, efficient, and careful with our luggage. While accompanying us to the room, he provided helpful information about the hotel. Upon arrival in the room, he thoughtfully arranged our luggage and offered additional assistance. His professionalism and friendliness greatly enhanced our stay. Thank you for the great service!
