I recently stayed at Beacon Grand and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received from the entire team. From the moment I arrived, the curbside attendant was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Check in was a breeze and I was able to check in early with a fee.
The restaurant staff and bartenders provided impeccable service during lunch and dinner, always friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Even the valet team was prompt and professional, ensuring my car was ready whenever I needed it.
Every interaction I had with the staff whether it was maintenance in the hall, security outside, or the front desk, reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, and it truly made my stay memorable.
Management, your entire team deserves a well earned raise.

Unbeatable location.
Rooms are nice, but the guillotine windows are definitely not effective at cutting the outside noise. I even had to check to make sure they were closed properly.
For a place of this caliber, I'd expect the fancily dressed doorman to help out when guests are coming off a cab with luggage under the pouring rain.
The Starlite lounge is a treat, excellent views and great cocktails.
As for all hotels in this area, be mindful of the hotel / resort tax to be added to your bill on departure. While mentioned on the booking page, it still feels harsh.

We absolutely loved this hotel! There was one main staff member we dealt with at the front desk and he was an absolute delight! Younger gentleman with dark hair. We stayed September 6-8 so hopefully management is able to figure out who was working then. Valet was prompt and polite. Rooms were beautiful, just a little issue with sound proofing. We could hear our family members next door and they could hear us. No issues otherwise. Hotel is breathtakingly beautiful.

My room was lovely. The staff were very kind but they were a bit disorganized and it looked like they were severely understaffed. I waited for almost two hours to have my luggage brought to my room from storage and only got it after I called guest services, but I did receive it right away and both the guest services person and the bellhop were very friendly and kind. The doorman was wonderful. There was some confusion when I picked my car up from valet, but again it was rectified quickly.
The neighborhood is noisy. There were protests going on nearby with a lot of shouting and drumming. The cable cars go by and make a decent amount of noise, as well.

Very nice hotel with a grand lobby and really nice restaraunt. The bar on the 21st floor has absolutely amazing views of the city. Be aware there’s a ~$33 “urban destination fee”/“tax” that they charge to keep their room fees lower. It’s fine but a little more transparency on that would be beneficial to the consumer. The room was nice, comfy bed and i loved the bathroom. The layout of the room is a bit funky, as you can’t open the door to the room with the sliding bathroom door closed (a design fail). Overall good hotel, transit all over the city is close by and very nice amenities.
