I had a lovely and relaxing stay here. The room was clean and peaceful. I asked to be far away from the elevator and I was accommodated. I love that there are water filling stations on every floor. The parking is a little pricey but I assume it’s like that anywhere in SF. There are a couple of fun bars you can walk to nearby. All of the staff (front desk and valet especially) were so kind. I’d stay again!

We stayed several nights at the Beacon Grand Hotel. Due to some last minute circumstances, we nearly had to cancel and the hotel manager was very gracious when explaining the cancellation policy. Fortunately we were able to proceed with our trip and were met at the desk by Alma who was kind and patient when we asked for advice for must see areas of SF. She took the time to walk us through places she would recommend traveling the city including tips as well. The hotel staff was very friendly start to finish... each and every one. On our last night we had dinner at the Post Room, which we nearly missed as they were closing. While the manager John could have just told us we missed the kitchen cut-off by minutes, he instead took us immediately to a table. The team all worked together providing seemless and attentive service through our dinner. We never felt rushed or like we were putting anyone out. The food was fantastic and the craft drinks delicious as well. It was the perfect finish to our stay. While the friendliness of the people of SF helped make our visit enjoyable, it was the excellent hospitality of the team at the Beacon that made our trip truly memorable and special.
