This was my first time to visit an all-inclusive resort. With three teenagers who are likely to want a degree of independence it was perfect. I notice that when I would see one worker at the resort passing another on the sidewalk there was often a friendly greeting between them. They demonstrate by their actions that they really like working there, and this comes across loud and clear. It makes the whole place better for guests. I had some trouble with one of the off-property adventures that I had booked with Beaches. Afterward, the manager for that excursion called me at home and told me about all of the changes enacted and retraining to address my concerns. I was just super thrilled to be taken so seriously, and to know that the quality of the guests' experience is so valuable to them. Amazing! Don't bother with Guiseppe's restaurant. It's disappointing. Every other bar and restaurant is a much better choice.

I’ve visited 4 times and each time we fall in love and plan our next visit. The service is amazing… the entertainment team is absolutely fantastic and ensures everyone is having a great time. The shows are very well produced. The talent is exceptional… Isidro, Mariela, Eric, Yenifer, Andys, and Katherine get a special shout out for their outstanding service and attention. The butler service is excellent and Junior and Sasha are hands down the BEST!!! My kids adore them and they always make our stay extra special. 10 out of 10!!!

8/18/2025 Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience with my trip to Turks and Caicos, which was marred by unexpected complications. As a loyal member of Sandals/Beaches, I have always appreciated the quality of service and accommodations provided, making this experience all the more disappointing. Upon arriving at the airport for my scheduled flight, I was informed that my flight had been canceled due to a hurricane forecast impacting the Turks and Caicos Islands. I promptly contacted Beaches customer service to notify them of this unfortunate situation. Given the circumstances, I was willing to extend my stay by an additional day to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the disrupted weather. However, I was disheartened by the lack of consideration and support regarding my accommodation. It is important to note that this trip was not canceled due to personal negligence or health issues; rather, it was a direct result of unforeseen weather conditions. As such, I believe a partial refund for the night I was unable to check in would be a fair resolution to this matter. I sincerely hope that you can understand my frustration and disappointment in this situation. I have always valued the high standards of service from Beaches Resorts, and I trust that my request will be taken into consideration. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Just got back from my stay at Beaches in Turks and Caicos. It was such a wonderful trip. The staff was very friendly and professional during our stay. Right when we arrived via their airport shuttle we got a cold towel and glass of champagne. Each night there would typically be a performance at the Open Air theater which was very entertaining for all ages. The performers are multi-talented with the variety of shows they put on each night. The pools were awesome, the 2 biggest pools are varying depths for all ages, but they are very warm. My favorite was the iguanana pool. Was a decent size, cool, pool bar and volley ball net. The food was extremely good, they have all varieties of food that should work for anyone. We didn't try the buffets, and they do do rolling closures (each day a few were closed which was fine by me since they give you a pamphlet when you arrive so you know). The room was decent, with a balcony. The AC was very efficient and kept the room very cold, which was great after spending the day in the sun. There is so much to do and see that we were entertained and having a blast the whole time. This is a family friendly resort, and there were alot of families with small children. If this is something that would bother you, this may not be the best resort for you, but they do offer adults only activities and restaurants to balance out the kids.

Been to this resort many times over the years. Went last March and going to return again. Fantastic place to visit if you have kids or go with a large family. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind and efficient. We were in multiple rooms and the staff accommodated us in every way. Shout out to Ghislaine, Jalisa and the entire staff--such professionals! The pools are lovely and the variety of restaurants is perfect.
