Wow! We absolutely loved our visit to Beaches. The waterpark is INCREDIBLE and my kids could've spent all their time there and been thrilled. But there's so much more to do. Grace Bay is the most gorgeous beach we've ever been to and it was incredible to relax there and go out on the Hobie Cats and kayaks. Also, the various pools here are amazing.
The restaurant selection is great and my kids (who are super picky eaters) always found lots of options to enjoy. Our absolute favorite restaurant was Schooner's, so definitely do dinner there during your stay. There was a steel drum band performing while we ate our meals, and the music combined with the view of the ocean, was absolutely magical.
Also, don't forget to get ice cream from Bobby Dee's for dessert. Lots of flavors and quite delicious!

The staff at Beaches Turks and Caicos is top notch! The staff was extremely patient, kind, always there to assist us and we consistently saw staff picking up empty glasses, etc. The grounds were very well kept and manicured. The beach was incredible and many times we had it to ourselves over by Key West Village where our room was located. There was a waitress at Sky restaurant that went above and beyond for us. She patiently checked on our table while some of our party came late, and then allowed the kids to eat from the breakfast buffet downstairs at our table at Sky. We really appreciated this accommodation. The staff truly cares about making Beaches Turks and Caicos your dream vacation. Shout out to Bobby D's for the pizza and ice cream! It was conveniently located inside the waterpark, an easy walk from anywhere on the resort. Lastly, housekeeping was very attentive to our needs which we so appreciated.

The people at the resort are genuine caring people. There is a lot to deal with at a resort, and everything was handled quickly, professionally and with the guests best interests in mind. Turks and Caicos is beautiful and the people take a lot of pride in their country. We had a horrible experience at the airport with our flight cancelled two days in a row and Beaches was there for us each day trying to make certain we were not stranded. They interceded multiple times with the airport staff to try and get us taken care of.

I give it 5 stars because it was exactly what I expected. Please don’t book this and expect it to be anything different than the reviews. It is very expensive so it’s your choice - you could cruise super cheap with better service or go to Mexico if you feel you want more for your money. If you haven’t done all-inclusive in the Caribbean you may be disappointed in what 5 stars means, but again it was what I expected going into it.
We have four kids and it seemed like most families did. I wouldn’t come here without kids.
We had an oceanfront walkout concierge suite and it was the best. We could walk right out to the beach, the pool bar, breakfast, and our favorite the jerk truck.
My kids liked the water park a lot but the ocean trumped it even to the kids- we wanted to be in that water every day.
We didn’t do all the things to do- we just relaxed. I would want to come back when the kids are older and do more activities and stay longer than 5 nights.
The service was as expected after reading reviews before we went. We COULD NOT BELIEVE how rude and entitled some guests were to the staff. I imagine Beaches has a hard time keeping help because I would not want to work there serving these people. We witnessed awful behavior, I would be in tears! We told the hostess on the first night how do you deal with this?? We ended up getting our table before the a**holes…. Treat people how you want to be treated.
I do wish they either gave us a map and more materials at check-in or used the app. We thought we had a snorkel trip booked and turns out we didn’t.
Our pictures from the photo session turned out great and everyone loves them.
I reserved it for 2026 because I saw the room I would want while we were there and that’s when I could find availability. It costs about twice as much as I would want to pay so I’m not sure we will do it, but the longer I have been home, the more I want to go back.

My family and I had the best vacation here! It is now our new favorite resort. There is so much to do . There is something for everyone. The resort is beautifully decorated. Everything is so clean. All the workers are very busy but also very friendly and helpful. Even if there is a wait to get into a restaurant for dinner, there are plenty of other restaurants to choose from. The food is absolutely delicious and the service everywhere is amazing. The beach is also clean and well maintained. Of course the water is breath taking shades of blue!!!! Overall, an amazing vacation.
