Everything was amazing, however, the Concierge service was lacking. I talked to two different people on the day of our arrival about dinner reservations for my 70th birthday (15 people). (This celebration was the primary reason for our trip.) I called the day before to confirm, and no reservation had been made, and the restaurant I wanted was not available. I scheduled it for another day, it was wonderful, just not on my birthday. I also had made reservations for the character breakfast, and the concierge did not know where it would take place and told me to call back the morning of. I was surprised by the lack on information for someone in this position, and disappointed by the lack of follow through to handle my reservations.
I do want to give prop for the household attendants! They were amazing! So friendly and helpful!

Absolutely fantastic vacation spot!! The food was great. I have a lactose issue and the chefs at all restaurants were accommodating. Also, everyone was friendly and willing to help when we needed. The resort is extremely family friendly. We went with two toddlers and there was plenty to do. The sesame Street parade was our favorite!! Also, the beach is close and beautiful.

Great spot for an all inclusive with families. We’ve got a 4 and 1.5 yr old. They spent 2 days in their on site camp and loved it! The water park was awesome and so were the pools. My only gripe with this place is the bar and food service. It just felt extremely slow. To the point where I felt like there was no expectation to go faster since you can’t tip. It’s a common problem with all inclusive. The resort was fully booked but I still can’t stop thinking about it. If I had to do it again I’d find a less known “chain” that’s all inclusive so the service would be better.

We had a wonderful experience at Beaches T&C! Gabby at the IV bar was so attentive and remembered our favorite drinks! Romaine took the most beautiful photos of our family, even giving us all fun nicknames we used the rest of our trip. And the Italian Village housekeeping staff have to be the hardest working employees there. Our room was always spotless! We can’t wait to come back!

Location on Grace Bay beach is unbeatable. The staff are gracious and very accommodating, perhaps almost to a fault given how incredibly entitled many visitors can be. Their scuba diving operation and Dive Masters were friendly, engaging, and highly competent. They take diving safety seriously as they should.
Numerous food options offer choices for everyone, even the pickiest of eaters. Food quality was a 3.5-4 out of 5. Nothing to write home about, but above average quality for a large operation like Beaches.
Room quality depends on where you stay. During our first visit in 2018 we stayed in the Caribbean section. This year, 2024, we stayed in the French Village. I imagine the Italian and Key West areas are nicer given they are the newest sections.
