My stay at Beaches Turks & Caicos was pure paradise. The attentive service was exceptional across the board, from the housekeeping staff to the pool attendants, servers, and spa personnel, everyone went above and beyond. The dining experience was a major highlight. I loved the variety of venues across the different villages, allowing us to sample diverse cuisines. A special shoutout to the chocolate cookies 🍪 absolutely delicious! For relaxation, the spa was fabulous and exactly what you are looking for to unwind. The resort truly caters to all age groups. I found something to enjoy every day, whether it was the variety of pool scenes or the different beach vibes we experienced while strolling along the never-ending stretch of turquoise waters. It’s an unforgettable getaway that I highly recommend

We dined at Sky restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner. We had the pleasure of having Patrina as our waitress on both visits! She gave us a memorable experience with her welcoming and caring personality. Patrina made our daughters feel special with their ‘fancy’ orange juice and chocolate milk on our family breakfast. At our couples dinner her great service and attention to detail was very appreciated! We enjoyed our service and fun conversations with Jomo at the French Riviera pool bar. For our evening pre-show drinks at Le Musique, Daniel always had a friendly attitude and service. We met Titi at one of the activities. There weren’t enough participants for a full game so she jumped right in to make it a fun experience for our daughter. She also did a great job at the evening Magical Show. When we were near the Carribean activities center, Romaine and Rooftop joined us in an impromptu volleyball game and made it a lot of fun. We stayed at the Dijon building in the French Village and appreciated Winston’s great recommendations and making sure we were having a good stay. Thank you!

Room was clean and well taken care of by housekeeping. Nice to have washer/dryer in unit (6402) used dryer, but needs attention as it took several trys to finally get clothes dry. Landscaping is impeccable. Front desk staff upon arrival were pleasant, professional and attentive. Airport transportation was good. Restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Most food was average at best, however I would rate Le Petit Chateau was the best. Seating at most pools were ok, but pool at Italian Village it was horrible. Individuals shouldn't be allowed to just vacate their space for a long periods of time either. Honestly do not think the price we paid equated to what we got.

Paradise Island Beaches At first, I was a bit taken aback at the prices. That was until I arrived. I must confess that is the most organized and best run resort I have ever had occasion to visit. The most obvious reason for this is likely due to the leadership of the operations manager Trini Curtis. This gentleman was like an air traffic controller. It is an awesome responsibility for Beaches is akin to a small city in its scope. We were there for my Don Daniel’s wedding. We had 98 people flying from the States in order to share in this moment in time. Beaches did not disappoint. The wedding planners Renanda, Samaria and Loshauna were simply magnificent. As were the front desk folks particularly Sushana and Tamoya. A great time was had by all. I know this because so many of the 98 wedding guests are planning on booking for the same time next year. As am I. In hindsight it was worth every dollar spent. Rudy Miller, Esq.

Our family just left Beaches Turks for the 12th time and likely the last time. This used to be an amazing resort that was clean with rooms that were kept up. The staff used to be friendly and responsive. If you now pay for a concierge, don’t expect them to be responsive or helpful in any way. The majority of the staff at this resort seem miserable and unhappy to be there. Unless you are getting the runaround about booking your next trip, most staff members let you know you are burdening them, if they respond at all. This resort was our go-to every year while our kids were young and we couldn’t wait to come back. It’s sad to post that we won’t be back. Unless you’re willing to pay to be in the newest building or house and pay for a butler or nanny, you’re not going to get descent service, amenities, or a vacation worth the price! I would like to thank a few of the staff that didn’t act like they hated being there and who provided outstanding service: Dwayne and John from Mario’s, Super Susan from the jerk shack, Mary and Kathia from JoJo’s, and Lady “O”. Our family truly appreciated the service you provided and we want to thank you for everything you did. If anyone from Beaches is reading - YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!
