We’ve been coming to Beaches Resorts for several years now, and I can confidently say that PATRINA was the best waitress we’ve ever had—not just on this trip, but out of all of our visits. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly attentive, personal, and friendly. She made us feel truly seen and cared for, not just served. Patrina’s warm and comforting presence set the tone for our entire meal. She anticipated our needs before we could even ask, and she did it all with such humility and genuine kindness. Her energy and attention to detail truly blew every other staff member out of the water—and that’s saying something, because Beaches staff are known for their amazing service. Patrina made our dinner feel special, memorable, and full of joy. She’s a rare gem, and I hope the resort recognizes what an incredible asset she is. We’ll be talking about her long after this trip! 🌴💙 Also, the food was absolutely remarkable at sky restaurant! If you have the opportunity, please check them out. We had Sunset dinner and it was phenomenal. The octopus was unlike anything I have ever had!

Just returned from Beaches T&C. This is a large family oriented resort but great for couples too as long as you enjoy kids. We did a split stay...Carib village and Seaside suites. I recommend concierge as we had a great experience with Uroy and the entire team. They assisted with a smooth transition on the room move and always had a friendly smile. Concierge guests get a complimentary snorkling cruise too. Favorite dining spots were Sopadillas-- thank you Mr Campbell our waiter, as well as Le Petite Chateau and our waiter, Shakeem who was great. If you are a sweet lover, dont miss Cafe de Paris for their daily goodie options. We enjoyed all the pools as they each had a different vibe. Italian seemed to be the party village. Caribean had more kids, French was quiet. Be sure to check the daily schedule for events and shows. It takes a day or 2 to learn your way around this expansive resort. And cannot miss their beautiful white sand beach -- one if the best in the Caribbean.

Neptunes is easily the best restaurant at Beaches. Excellent breakfast with gorgeous morning ocean views. Avacado toast, steak & eggs, and eggs Benedict were great. If you like med rare, ask for rare, but excellent flavor regardless. Lunch was excellent too…the resort didn’t have too many great lunch spots (Jerk Shack excluded), so we went here on our last full day and wished we’d discovered it earlier. The Greek salad was huge, fresh, & delicious. The grilled mahi-mahi was outstanding and delicious the fried fish lunch was light, flavorful, and obvious fresh. We came for dinner our first full night and they set a high bar that no one else was able to match…we came back our last night just to ensure we got a top-notch meal. The seafood ceasar, octopus stifado appetizer, steamed mussels, seafood tahini, and linguine & clams were all excellent. What further separated Neptunes from the rest of the restaurants was the service. They were highly attentive, enthusiastic, helpful, accommodating, and moved with purpose more than any other restaurants we experienced. Particular shout out (those I remember) to Ociana, O’Neil, Beyonce & Jessica for such great service. Highly, highly recommend for anyone staying who needs a go-to spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

The staff was all wonderful! Everyone greeted us with a smile. Our dive instructor was amazing making it easy for my daughters to get certified! For buffets the food was very good. We especially enjoyed Mario’s! Our server Jhavon was especially great! He made our family have a great evening on our last day. The beach and water of course is amazing. Only snag we had was a pipe broke in our shower so we had to relocate, but they did upgrade us to a larger sweet which we enjoyed. The only thing I would change is the girls trundle bed was not the most comfortable. Over all an amazing stay!

Our server was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Geron greeted us with a warm smile, made excellent recommendations, and ensured our glasses were never empty. Every request was handled quickly and with genuine care. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and friendly — he truly elevated our dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back, thanks to outstanding service!
