There were 11 of my family members to visit your beautiful resort for our vacation. They all mentioned how it was the most perfect water and they snorkeled every day. All the different food choices was so very nice and looked forward to every meal. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. I had a fabulous massage my first day there. Beaches Resort at Turks and Caicos was truly a vacation at the top of our memories.

Once again an amazing family vacation! The property is beautifully kept and the beach is nothing short of amazing. The food was good everywhere we ate- my 5 year old son is still singing rice, rice baby from our hibachi dinner at kimonos. Every employee was smiling and happy to see me and my family. I truly believe you get what you give- smile, be polite ask the employees how they are doing, and they will take such great care of you! As special shout out to the nurses station who helped my mom get her thyroid medication that she forgot. Also I want to thank Reno and Codio for being the best butlers ever; and to Andre at Mario’s for the most pleasant dinner and smiles. My one and only con was that our air conditioners leaked a few times- while maintenance came out to fix it promptly I do think some of the focus is on the new portion of the resort and the the older buildings need a little updating. But honestly that is if I am being a Karen because they fixed it right away and it didn’t affect my wonderful vacation at all. Thank you beaches Turks Caicos. I hope we are lucky enough to visit again some day

Beaches Turks & Caicos was a great family trip. Our grandkids loved all of the amenities & the ability to eat & drink "virgin" drinks from the bar whenever they liked! The rooms were acceptable, they were clean & comfortable, but they could have used some updating. We stayed in the French village. The resort was amazing; there was so much to do. The white sand beach & the beautiful clear blue water were fantastic! The only real negative of this trip was the food. It was below par. The specialty restaurants offerings were better than the buffet, but it was very difficult to get a reservation! Most of the staff throughout the resort were friendly however you did encounter some that were not. Overall, our family had a fantastic time at Beaches. We made a lifetime of memories!

Considering the price, this was disappointing stay. Staff was mostly very pleasant and attentive. 5 stars for the landscaping team. They are really doing an amazing job, keeping that property beautiful and clean. Pools and the Beach are great as well. Although, twice during our three-day stay toddlers pooped in the main pool by the French Village. So, they had to shut it down. However, the rooms (Stayed in French Village) were just not what I expected for the price we were paying or from this level of property. Not one piece of (outdated) furniture matched, cleanliness is subpar and just general unpleasantness of the bathroom that had unfinished look with wine stains on the back of the bathroom door (Or something else, yuck). Overall Food, was very disappointing. The fact that the Best meal we had was at the Jerk truck by the beach, tells you everything. Even in the specialty restaurants food was overcooked, plain and in some cases questionable (scallops in the French restaurant). I expected so much more from this all-inclusive property. Overall, I had much better experiences with all-inclusive properties in Mexico for half the price. So; save your pesos and head down south.

If you're looking for the perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and quality family time, this is it. It’s a true paradise for families! The food was consistently delicious, with something to please everyone. The ocean was stunning and the water activities kept all of us entertained for hours. Our kids had the time of their lives between splashing and exploring the incredible water park. Highly recommend!
