We enjoyed our stay at Beaches Turks & Caicos. The beach and property is beautiful. We were in a 2 bedroom villa in Seaside Village. The villa was spacious and cleaned 2x a day. This was our first experience in a butler room and it did not disappoint. Our Butlers Majorie and Ceomar were incredible. They quickly learned what we liked and they would bring special treats and snacks without having to ask. My wife forgot to pack a hair brush and they didn’t sell them on property. The next morning there was a new one on the counter in our room. We asked for a football and an hour later there was one in our cabana that we used for the week. We enjoyed the restaurants and the food. We especially liked talking to Jeron at Neptunes about his home country and our next trip to St Vincent. We look forward to our return trip in November 2026 and hoping to have the same Butlers again. We enjoyed the entertainment, don’t miss the Micheal Jackson show.

The whole vacation was fantastic. The 4VP room was well appointed and very clean. The Butler service was impeccable, with Junior and Sasha being outstanding. Kadian gave me a great massage at Red Lane Spa. The beach was the best I've been to and my grandsons had a great time at the water park. The kids club was fun for them and gave the adults some down time for a great vacation. I booked two more vacations while there with the help of Rojay. The only suggestion I have with the food is to improve the beef quality. Steaks were tough with the exception of the filet at Le Petit restaurant.

Our stay at Beaches Turks & Caicos was nothing short of magical, and that’s entirely because of Fedeline. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect—especially since we were traveling with our child. Before our trip, she stayed in constant contact, checking in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. I was so worried about my son’s specific milk, but Fedeline took it upon herself to research whether it could be imported. That kind of compassion and dedication is truly rare. When we arrived, our room was beautifully set up and ready for us. This includes my son’s milk that was already set up in the fridge for us when we got there. Throughout our stay, she continued to check in constantly to see how we were doing and how our son was adjusting. She even surprised us with special goodies that made our family feel so loved and cared for. The most memorable moment was when she arranged for Elmo to tuck in our son one night, knowing he was having a hard time adjusting. That simple act of kindness meant the world to us. There truly isn’t another staff member like Fedeline—her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine heart made our entire vacation stress-free and unforgettable. She is an absolute gem, and Beaches is so lucky to have her.

We dined at Sky restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner. We had the pleasure of having Patrina as our waitress on both visits! She gave us a memorable experience with her welcoming and caring personality. Patrina made our daughters feel special with their ‘fancy’ orange juice and chocolate milk on our family breakfast. At our couples dinner her great service and attention to detail was very appreciated! We enjoyed our service and fun conversations with Jomo at the French Riviera pool bar. For our evening pre-show drinks at Le Musique, Daniel always had a friendly attitude and service. We met Titi at one of the activities. There weren’t enough participants for a full game so she jumped right in to make it a fun experience for our daughter. She also did a great job at the evening Magical Show. When we were near the Carribean activities center, Romaine and Rooftop joined us in an impromptu volleyball game and made it a lot of fun. We stayed at the Dijon building in the French Village and appreciated Winston’s great recommendations and making sure we were having a good stay. Thank you!

Room was clean and well taken care of by housekeeping. Nice to have washer/dryer in unit (6402) used dryer, but needs attention as it took several trys to finally get clothes dry. Landscaping is impeccable. Front desk staff upon arrival were pleasant, professional and attentive. Airport transportation was good. Restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Most food was average at best, however I would rate Le Petit Chateau was the best. Seating at most pools were ok, but pool at Italian Village it was horrible. Individuals shouldn't be allowed to just vacate their space for a long periods of time either. Honestly do not think the price we paid equated to what we got.
