This was the 2nd time staying at Beaches Turks & Caicos. We stayed from Dec 16th through Dec 23rd. The first five nights we spent in the Caribbean village and last two in French village. Here’s the breakdown of our stay Our Housecleaner Lynda for the Caribbean portion was absolutely amazing! She was so nice took great care of our room. Everyone at beaches was so nice with the exception of a few not so friendly encounters. Breakfast at Reflections - the first few days the staff served everyone their food as we approached stations. On our last four days of trip it switched to self serve. Not sure why they did this when the whole point was to maximize infection control. No consistency at all. The resort seems to be headed in the wrong direction! Jojo Java - had great iced lattes but not consistently good. Also the service one of the days wasn’t good. I don’t remember her name but she gave attitude because the lady at counter didn’t ask if wanted espresso or cold brew. Plus the drinks were terrible. Ended up throwing them away. Italian Pool - is our favorite with great music and vibes and staff very friendly and helpful French Village- the worst part of our trip as we stayed in room 1239. There were a tone of mosquitos in our room. We then noticed there is huge crack alongside the door frame which is how they are entering. This should have been addressed before having guests occupying the room. Food - Kimono’s was average and not as good as the first time we visited the resort! Breakfast was the only thing we really enjoyed along w/ Bobby D’s diner. Grounds well kept and very lush and beautiful! Shuttle service was terrible - we had our luggage in the departure lounge and after getting in shuttle and taking my seat. The driver said I could not drink my my water. I was very taken back by how rude he was considering for the most part we had such great service at Beaches. Hopefully beaches will do better when vetting people to work at the resort!

Review of our stay- Room-We stayed in the Key West Village. Room was nice, quiet, far walk if you have little kids that want to be at the more lively pools and waterpark. Our room had washer and dryer which was game changer when one of my boys had the stomach bug. Staff was very helpful with changing sheets and getting us laundry detergent. Food-Overall we had a great experience. One of our boys has special needs and very picky eater. Garry who is in charge of Culinary Dept meet with us week before our trip. Got list of foods my son would eat and even went to store to purchase. Was very sweet of him. Day 3 of trip he still had not eaten. Lakeisha and Chef Shashalee tracked down some elbow noodles and made him butter noodles. So very nice of them. Lakeisha also found and cut up a apple for him :) Kimonos-Cookie remains the best. He got one of my boys up cooking and singing.

Great location, beautiful island! Family with 21 of us visiting, and great big resort to accommodate from ages 5-78. We did a wedding, and Ericka our coordinator was so accommodating and on top of everything. She really made sure our special day went smoothly! We stayed in Italian village. Room was ok, AC kept leaking, coffee pot never worked, and as a family of 5 one bathroom was tough. Agree with many reviews that service was slow, but feel that is the island vibe. Overall really pleased with the trip and all we got to do. Would definitely do a beaches vacation again

We dined at Sky restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner. We had the pleasure of having Patrina as our waitress on both visits! She gave us a memorable experience with her welcoming and caring personality. Patrina made our daughters feel special with their ‘fancy’ orange juice and chocolate milk on our family breakfast. At our couples dinner her great service and attention to detail was very appreciated! We enjoyed our service and fun conversations with Jomo at the French Riviera pool bar. For our evening pre-show drinks at Le Musique, Daniel always had a friendly attitude and service. We met Titi at one of the activities. There weren’t enough participants for a full game so she jumped right in to make it a fun experience for our daughter. She also did a great job at the evening Magical Show. When we were near the Carribean activities center, Romaine and Rooftop joined us in an impromptu volleyball game and made it a lot of fun. We stayed at the Dijon building in the French Village and appreciated Winston’s great recommendations and making sure we were having a good stay. Thank you!

Room was clean and well taken care of by housekeeping. Nice to have washer/dryer in unit (6402) used dryer, but needs attention as it took several trys to finally get clothes dry. Landscaping is impeccable. Front desk staff upon arrival were pleasant, professional and attentive. Airport transportation was good. Restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Most food was average at best, however I would rate Le Petit Chateau was the best. Seating at most pools were ok, but pool at Italian Village it was horrible. Individuals shouldn't be allowed to just vacate their space for a long periods of time either. Honestly do not think the price we paid equated to what we got.
