At the end of our one week stay at Beaches T&C and it was AMAZING!
My hubby, myself and 2 small kids (age 4 & 5) had a blast. The kids LOVED the Kids Club, especially when the Sesame Street Characters came to visit! The staff were great with the kids. The kids also loved the pools, hot tubs, waterpark, lazy river, all the snack options and ice cream options.
The food was very good for an All Inclusive. My hubby and I enjoyed nearly everything we tried.
Rooms - Definitely dated and needing some updating. Not very impressive especially for the price we paid. Still do-able but would prefer newer rooms. I would still come again though because everything else was so enjoyable!
Staff - Very friendly and helpful.
Beach - a bit rough during our stay but BEAUTIFUL!

Turks is one of the best islands / beaches in the world. If you have young kids and still want to have a great experience, try this resort. They have kids clubs for under 5 and ages 5 to 8. No additional cost for the clubs. Our son loved the activities. They even take the kids in the evening for a movie. It allows you to enjoy dinner as a couple.
Definitely take the opportunity to enjoy some of the specialty restaurants (Sushi, Hibachi, Seafood) to balance out all the buffet meals.
Rooms are nice, but not that impressive for the price point. Beds are comfortable and temperature was good to sleep in.
We would / will come again at some point. Also, recommend going with another family.

I'm so disappointed for how much we spent to stay here.
Pros:
- The airport transfer is very easy to find and takes you straight to your village check in.
- Much of the staff is very welcoming and friendly, especially to young children.
- Our kids (age 1-4) really enjoyed a few hours at Camp Sesame, the childcare on site. The check in process was not over the top, but thorough enough to feel comfortable or kids would be safe.
- We have had some really great food here. The Cricketers Pub and Schooners breakfasts were our favorite.
Cons:
- If you are eligible for the Military, Emergency Services Discount DO NOT pay for your vacation first, just pay to hold it. You cannot apply the discount until you book it, but if you pay for the whole thing, they will not apply the discount. For us it was only a $700 mistake...
- The West side of the resort is under construction. There is pounding and drilling starting as early as 7am and as late as 7pm that can be easily heard from our room.
- We were put in a room where they turned the water off for two days in a row. On our first day the toilet didn't work, we called it in, but it started working after a few hours. They came to fix it that evening (4 hours later). The second day we came back from the beach and couldn't shower. It was extremely inconvenient and they initially suggested we just wait "half an hour" for the water to come back on. After issues two days in a row we requested a new room.
- The buffets are not good. They are ok, but not worth the price tag.
- The restaurants where you order are painfully slow. Tonight, half our meals came out in a reasonable time but after an hour the other two never arrived. We asked to get them to go, but they weren't even started. We just missed dinner tonight because we didn't have time to go to a different restaurant.
For the price tag we expected a stress free, all inclusive vacation but that is not what we experienced. If we had been told or water would be shut off during a set time period, we could have planned for that. If we were told about the construction noise we could have paid more for a room further away. But it seems like they are taking risks on your experience and hope you don't notice.

I had high hopes for our vacation at Beaches Turks and Caicos, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. My review is based on facts, leaving personal preferences aside, with the aim of helping future travelers and encouraging the hotel to address these issues and return to its former standards.
The rooms in the Caribbean section are dated and unclean (moved around a few times because of this issue). The view from our balcony was of a construction site, dumpster and garbage. There was other people’s hair in the beds, floor, leftover toothpaste remnants in the sink, broken glass, cracked tiles, filthy walls. The pillows were musty and old, stains on the bedding. Room was infested with mosquitoes and holes in the curtains that appeared to have been chewed by insects or rodents. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of management, nothing was done to resolve them.
Additionally, the service was slow, and the food was mediocre at best, often served cold. Overall, this was not the level of quality or care one would expect from a resort with such a strong reputation. I would not recommend this place, it’s overpriced and there are far better resorts one could go to.

To ensure brevity, I will refrain from providing an extensive detailed account of our experiences. Fourteen years ago, in 2011, we exchanged vows at this very location, and the entire ceremony, including our honeymoon day, was an unforgettable spectacle.
Ten years later, we returned with our two daughters and renewed our vows on the same beach, at the same precise moment. Our daughters served as our flower girls, and once again, the vacation was a resounding success.
Since 2021, we have made annual trips in January, visiting the resort from 2021 to 2025. Regrettably, the service, amenities, care, and exceptionalism have declined significantly over the past few years.
In light of these concerns, we have made the difficult decision to forgo our customary January visit and instead spend our time at a different resort in the tropics that is not affiliated with Sandals or any of its affiliated properties, including beaches. Given the substantial investment made for our stay at Beaches, Turks and Caicos, we believe that we can obtain a far superior service and amenities at a more affordable price at other reputable establishments.
While we deeply cherish the sentimental value of this location, as it holds the memories of our double wedding ceremony, we have been disappointed by the recent decline in service that has overshadowed our cherished experiences. The past few years have been marked by unfortunate incidents that have tainted our stay. This year, unfortunately, has been the most challenging, and we are only halfway through our visit.
