Our family of 15 recently stayed at Beaches Turks & Caicos to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, and it was an amazing experience. One of the best things about this resort is the layout—it feels 'big but small' in the best way. It’s large enough to explore, yet intimate enough that you can walk almost anywhere in minutes and constantly run into familiar, friendly faces. The absolute highlight for us was the pickleball program. The eight new courts are top-notch, well-lit (perfect for night play!), and were just a two-minute walk from our rooms. We played every day, sometimes twice! A special note to the management team: O'Ryan and Dialdo are absolute stars and incredible assets to your resort. Not only did they run the daytime program and tournaments with total professionalism, but their hospitality went above and beyond anything we expected. Despite working long hours, they literally joined us for a few hours after their shifts ended at 11 PM to play and socialize five out of the five nights we were there. Their friendliness and genuine care for guests are rare. If you are looking for a resort with great walkability and a world-class pickleball experience, this is it. We’re already recommending it to all our friends!

Stayed Jan 2026 Italian village V2 room! Had a wonderful stay, and the weather was magnificent for this time of year. Cant say enough about how lovely our stay was at this resort with all the villages. It was our first timer here and we will be back, recommend using the loyalty bonus to book the next trip when your there talk to CoCo in loyalty!!!! We really loved all the pools, waterpark and perfect beach. Snorkeling right from the beach in the coral and sand is awesome, as well as the Catamaran boat trip and snorkeling. Great couples massage at red lane spa. Kids had a blast in all the pools, slides, hot tubs, sand. Just endless fun. Loved most of the food as there is lots of options for dinning all hours of the day. We thought service at some of the restaurants was slow and chaotic at times but in the end if you have some patience, this place is perfect!!! We originally booked 5 nights then added 2 more while there it was so much fun and worth it and also our next trip 2 years from now is booked!!!! Yay!!! :)

We are currently on Day 4 of our 5 day trip to the Beaches at Turks and Caicos. To give you some perspective we travel well and have been to many destinations in the Caribbean. In general, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing especially for the price Beaches charge. Upon arrival into our room the shower head was off the tub and the room felt like it was a 3.5 star hotel. That’s not even the worst part of it, the room is just a place to sleep so we did not mind that as much. The most disappointing thing is the lack of customer service/friendliness among many of the staff members that we encountered. We did not feel welcomed. There were bright spots, the services at Kimono and the French restaurants were great. But the services at Sky, Schooner, Neptune, and a few of the bars were not customer friendly. I would expect this type of service from a 2 to 3 star resort, definitely not here at Beaches especially with the amount of money charged. Again, there were some bright spots. But those bright spots are few and far between. We were looking forward to staying at Beaches because of the reputation it had but unfortunately it did not meet up to expectations (by the way, not high expectations, just some friendliness among interactions with guests would go a long way).

Great experience at Beaches in Turks and Caicos. All of the staff were so welcoming + accommodating. The beaches were impeccable. And the food was top notch, especially for an all inclusive. Highly recommend! Shoutout to Krystal at sky lounge for asking for our review. Amazing customer service!

First time coming to Turks and Caicos and I had a very pleasant experience at this resort. The rooms were very high-quality and looked very nice, the food was very delicious, the water was just liking the pictures, it's a very big resort with plenty of pools and activities to do. Truly a wonderful experience. The only thing that could be improved is the service and the attitude of the staff. Most of them were very slow and did not look too thrilled to be there. But otherwise a very good experience and I would definitely come again.
