Stayed Jan 2026 Italian village V2 room! Had a wonderful stay, and the weather was magnificent for this time of year. Cant say enough about how lovely our stay was at this resort with all the villages. It was our first timer here and we will be back, recommend using the loyalty bonus to book the next trip when your there talk to CoCo in loyalty!!!! We really loved all the pools, waterpark and perfect beach. Snorkeling right from the beach in the coral and sand is awesome, as well as the Catamaran boat trip and snorkeling. Great couples massage at red lane spa. Kids had a blast in all the pools, slides, hot tubs, sand. Just endless fun. Loved most of the food as there is lots of options for dinning all hours of the day. We thought service at some of the restaurants was slow and chaotic at times but in the end if you have some patience, this place is perfect!!! We originally booked 5 nights then added 2 more while there it was so much fun and worth it and also our next trip 2 years from now is booked!!!! Yay!!! :)

We are currently on Day 4 of our 5 day trip to the Beaches at Turks and Caicos. To give you some perspective we travel well and have been to many destinations in the Caribbean. In general, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing especially for the price Beaches charge. Upon arrival into our room the shower head was off the tub and the room felt like it was a 3.5 star hotel. That’s not even the worst part of it, the room is just a place to sleep so we did not mind that as much. The most disappointing thing is the lack of customer service/friendliness among many of the staff members that we encountered. We did not feel welcomed. There were bright spots, the services at Kimono and the French restaurants were great. But the services at Sky, Schooner, Neptune, and a few of the bars were not customer friendly. I would expect this type of service from a 2 to 3 star resort, definitely not here at Beaches especially with the amount of money charged. Again, there were some bright spots. But those bright spots are few and far between. We were looking forward to staying at Beaches because of the reputation it had but unfortunately it did not meet up to expectations (by the way, not high expectations, just some friendliness among interactions with guests would go a long way).

Had the best experience here, the food has been the best compared to other all inclusive resorts. Our favourite was at Sapadilla’s. Our server was Adina and she was great! Not to mention the beaches are great, service is very friendly and attentive. Bartenders and servers are very nice and patient especially with kids. The resort is huge, I kept discovering new places every day. There’s also many activities happening all day throughout the entire resort to ensure you’re entertained. Overall, I would stay at another Beaches/Sandals resort in the future.

We just completed a wonderful vacation including 6 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 6-12 staying at the Italian Village with 3 individual bookings. When Dominique (our fantastic butler) met our car on arrival, we felt like we had returned home. The resort offers an excellent variety of restaurants and we particularly enjoyed Le Petit Chateau and Sky. Bobby D is great near the waterpark for ice cream, and my wife loved the chicken parmigiana at Mario's. The facilities and climate were excellent; the entire resort staff was friendly and helpful. The senior butler Dom and Ashuli fully lived up to the standards of the promotional materials--extremely capable, had a pleasant style and reduced any of our stress and concerns. Lucy who oversees the butlers is intelligent, well-mannered and an effective problem solver. Coidette who works in loyalty and rewards is extremely knowledgeable, poised and could not be more helpful. All are excellent representatives for Beaches Resorts. We have booked our vacation at Beaches for next year and my wife and I are planning to return for an additional trip even without the grandchildren--it was so much fun!!!

We had originally booked a trip to Antigua with an ocean view honeymoon suite, but that trip was interrupted by the Venezuelan issue. They gave us a choice to reschedule the original trip next year, but would have to pay next year rates, or take this trip. The room didn’t have the best of views which was disheartening. We had an issue with Island Tours, but they made it right. We experienced exemplary service with the beach activities and SCUBA team. They were GREAT!!! The rest of the trip was good. Food and service were awesome.
