We cannot say enough good things about Beaches Negril and their staff. This is such a great resort for families. The amount of activities from the banana boat rides , glass bottom boat rides, pool tables, game room, sesame characters and evening shows kept us and our son entertained. The lazy river, picturesque beach, and spray park would be enough in itself. The people at the kids club are amazing and the facility itself is beyond any other kids club I’ve seen in the Caribbean. Big shout out to Monique and Yanike who went out of their way to make our son’s day after he was in tears over an event we missed bc we misread the schedule. They truly turned his frown upside down. We cannot thank them enough. The entertainment shows are amazing. Jose, John C, Beachie and team who work in this area will go out of their way to connect with all of the kids and that means a lot to them. They take pride in the entertainment they provide and it shows. The entire staff goes above and beyond and makes the entire experience wonderful and memorable. The cleaning crew and team were on point. Only thing we’d change was to make sure to please give guests a schedule for the week when they check in or have a big board with everything or have it on the app. We felt a bit in the dark the first two days and likely missed a few things .

Her attention to detail, warm personality, and genuine care for our experience were beyond anything we could have imagined. Shanice anticipated our every need. Whether it was having our beach chairs set up each morning, surprising us with thoughtful treats in our room, or making last-minute dinner reservations with ease, she handled everything with a calm confidence and a bright smile. She even remembered our kids' favorite snacks and made sure they had them after their beach adventures. What really stood out was how personal she made everything feel. Shanice didn’t just provide a service—she created moments. From arranging a beautiful private dinner to checking in with us just at the right times without ever being intrusive, she struck the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. Beaches Negril is already an amazing place, but Shanice turned it into something truly special. If you're planning a trip, ask for her by name—you’ll be in the best hands.

We adore Beaches Negril - we've been twice and are booked to come back in 2027. I have to say I am astounded by the friendliness of the staff - Particularly Latonya at the Spa and Damon at the Cabanas. Both remembered our family from the last visit and took such gentle care of us! The grounds are beautiful, the entertainment is stunning and the food was plentiful and yummy. Our kids were comfortable and safe in camp or the lazy river. We truly felt relaxed and happy!

My family of 12 stayed in Eventide 4 bedroom villa with private rooftop. Villa was beautiful with amazing views. Location on resort was perfect! All the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Food and drinks were great. But, what made our trip so over the top special was our butler Roshane!!! He was amazing. Just a few things to mention coffee, fruit and pastries every morning, amazing lunches on the beach, my husbands private roof top dinner for his 60th, delicious and stunning, but the best was the private boat trip he arranged for us -thank you Roshane for elevating this very special family trip for us💜This trip exceeded all expectations!!!

I have mixed feelings after visiting Beaches Negril. The architecture and layout of the resort as well as the beach are beautiful - amazing. There were some employees who were absolutely phenomenal with their service - manager of Japanese restaurant Michael, lifeguard "Serge", pool lifeguard "Jackie", sales person Candice, two sous chefs ladies in Mill restaurant, one of the concierge managers and few waitresses. And then we were dealing with absolutely unreliable sales people and staff. Waitresses on the beach work only from 10 till lunch and then usually disappear in the air, the food in Stella was beyond disappointing (breakfast and dinner included), not enough lounge chairs by the pool and by the beach as well (a non stop hunt to be there at 7.00AM to get a spot and even that was not always guaranteed - shame on the management not to provide enough basic needs - lounge chairs and umbrellas. Is it a way how to force us to pay $190 per day to rent a cabana?), The Mill restaurant had not even once food ready at the time of opening (always at least 25% of the food was delivered 15-20 min AFTER opening - lunch and diner), early morning cleaning and ground crews were extremely loud every morning around 5.30-6.00 am right under the windows while pushing heavy carts and loudly talking, both our rooms were missing a door between bedroom and bathroom which created a huge inconvenience if anyone wanted a privacy there (specially since we travel with kids), our toilet was leaking from the first day (I reported it twice and nobody ever came to fix it), we requested restaurant reservations with concierge desk and it was not done, the management decided to remove ALL maps from the resort (paper, online) - They felt that it's better to have no maps and no idea where is what instead of using old maps and just let guest know that there are few extra new things on the resort. Concierge service was probably the weakest we have ever experienced and the sales person who was assigned to us never even bothered to show up. I have purchased THREE new vacations with butler service in next 12 months and I refused to work with him due to an absolute lack of customer service. I let my business being handled by a junior sales rep who even with a lack of experience understood that the MOST important part of business in the sales is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had the pleasure to speak to quite a lot of other guests as well as some employees. I deeply believe that the WEAKEST part of this resort is its management. It is a shame. Definitely not a quality one would expect for this price at company as Sandals.
