I had an amazing vacation with my family at Be Live Hotel! Everything was perfect—the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. What made the experience even more special was the animation team. The shows were so entertaining, and the Kids Club was a lifesaver—my kids were happy, safe, and had so much fun every day. We truly felt like one big family, even though everyone was from different cities and countries. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Just had an amazing experience at Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie with my family. The staff were very friendly in particular Mohamed. They were awesome and made our experience great. The food was also very good though there is room for improvement with offering a variety of food instead of having the same in particular breakfast. The place has many different activities each evening which makes it more exciting. Collectively the staff are very friendly and always happy. The hotel also has a nice shop which has very friendly staff. They offer all sorts of stuff including water floaters Morocco souvenirs.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was one of the poorest experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the start, the staff were unhelpful and uninterested. Service was seriously lacking across the board – any request required asking at least twice, sometimes more, before anything was done. The room did not match the booking I had made, and when I raised it, nothing was done to fix the issue. At one point, the water in the room was completely shut off, which is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, all towels were removed to be washed and not replaced until later in the day – leaving us without even the basics you’d expect in any hotel. The bar was also a constant source of frustration. There were queues at all times, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, making even getting a simple drink a long wait. Overall, this stay was deeply disappointing. Poor staff attitude, poor service, and basic amenities mishandled. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel – there are far better options out there.

I had a fantastic time at the Be Live Experience Marrakech! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff made us feel right at home. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and lovely Moroccan decor. The entertainment team was full of energy and kept the atmosphere lively day and night with shows, games, and fun activities for both kids and adults. The kids club was a big highlight — the little ones were always excited to go, and the staff there were incredibly kind and caring. The restaurant offered a great variety of delicious Moroccan and international dishes. Every meal felt like a new experience, and the service was always top-notch. Special shout-out to the bar team for their friendly service and great drinks!

The restaurant served delicious meals with a great selection of local and international dishes. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of options to start the day off right. The rooms were comfortable and stylishly decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Hotel Be Live Experience Marrakech and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Marrakech! 5/5 stars."
