Disappointing stay – poor service and no response to complaint I stayed at Bayview Beach Resort for 5 nights in Room 318 as a solo parent with 3 children. Unfortunately, the experience was not what I expected from a resort of this size. There were maintenance issues in the room — a broken bath plug and a leak under the sink. I had to call twice and visit reception before anything was done. Eventually, someone came to fix it, but the delay was frustrating, especially with children. Housekeeping also missed basic essentials- on two days we returned to the room to find no toilet paper and no bottled water provided. The lifts were another problem. Two out of three were out of service for most of our stay, forcing us to use the stairs regularly. This was challenging with children, and the stairwell was dirty with cigarette butts. I highlighted this to the manager but they weren’t cleaned during our stay. I emailed the overall management company after our stay to raise these concerns but received no response. It’s disappointing that guest feedback is being ignored. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both their facilities and communication.

The rate is not too pricey. Love the location and the big compound. Also love the swimming pool, with the additional area for kids. Hope can improve the room more. Some furniture seems old a bit. But overall it is a good place to rest and have a good time with family.

Had an amazing stay here with my family! The room was very spacious, perfect for a family getaway. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the sea — and the hotel has both adult and kids' pools, plus massage services available by the poolside. While the hotel is clearly old and the furnishings show their age, the price is reasonable, making it a good value for a short stay or last-minute booking. One downside is the breakfast — limited choices and not exactly cheap. If you have other options nearby, it's probably better to skip it.

A returning guest at Bayview Ferringhi—no complaints at all! Great accommodation, location, and activities for both kids and adults, with easy access to the beach. This time, we did notice a stained bedsheet, but housekeeping responded promptly and replaced it right away. Everything else was excellent as always!

I would recommend the Bayview to anyone. The service by all management, dining, housekeeping reception were all brilliant. The rooms are bigger; the pool is big planned well. People may think it is too far from the action, I disagree it may be a single km further away, but the advantage of quiet is great. I would stay there again when we visit. Thank you Bayview :)
