Rooms comfortable but slightly tired - room cleaned well and towels coffee etc were done daily. The bed was comfortable, and there was nice outdoor furniture on the balcony. Beautiful gardens and pools including little ones water play pool. You can get a massage on your sun lounger. Beach is directly accessed from the gardens via gate. Water sports can be booked as you go through the gate. The foyer, bar, and lounge on entry were all beautifully appointed, and my 4 year old grandchild loved the glass lifts. We chose not to eat in the hotel, so I can not comment on the menu. This was a personal choice as we were budgeting on meals. We enjoyed our 10 day stay at Bay View Hotel and will book again the next time we visit Penang

I stayed here a few nights and choose the resort based on its location and value. Its very convenient to the National Park (which is why I was visiting) and the beach it's situated on is clean with lots of activities with great cafe's. I did not, however, realize the water is not swimable due to veneous jellyfish :( The one major flaw at Bayview was what seemd like lack of managment discipline. At breakfast the staff was eating from the buffet along with the guests and mostly socializing around the coffee station drinking, then tending to work. It's very considerate to provide your staff food, but I feel its much more approapriate to have them dilengtly working and to consume the food when all the guests are finished and served first.

Clean and peaceful hotel. Room and bed is comfortable. The breakfast was borderline pass for me and probably need some improvement. Not much selection and the quality is just OK. View and facilities are great. There is no signboard to guide guest where are the facilities. I did have trouble finding the fitness center until I asked a staff the location. It would be better if the signboard is places at common areas and inside the lift. Another thing is the room towels are quite aged and room does not have the smaller face towels. Overall a quite enjoyable stay.

Generally can be considered as exceptional on the services, but room wise, quite lot of things need to be improved. The critical things is the bathroom as the bathtub is shared with the shower and I experienced some clogged after taking a shower. Bath towel need to be improved as it was quite aging. No phone provided in the room to contact for services, alternatively we need to scan for the QR Code if we require for the service which the process was quite hussle especially when you need something to be attended urgently. Good for costing and technologically is common sense. Overall is good and I think the service staff in overall is the great asset of the Bayview Beach Resort. Receptionis and the night manager is very responsive + customer oriented personality and they ‘ve made my stay to be remembered by their “Malaysian Hospitality Services” well done and impressive. Restaurant crews greeted me/acknowledged my present for the “Sahur” and this is very impressive too ann well proven that they we trained very well and good and great job to the management as yiu treat and make your team standout in services👍👍👍👍👍 Short stay but abaolutely will be back if my travel brought me back to Penang. Super super super love this hotel. It has the best views in Batu Ferringhi as it is the only one beside a hill on its side and the sea infront. The bed and pillows are super comfy, and the room is huge and well furnished. I also super love the balcony, the outdoor lounging area facing the sea, and also appreciate their free weights dumbbell set in the gym goes all the way up to almost 30kg per side. As for machines, they have almost everything. Service here is superb superb too. So pleasant! Thank you everyone. Will definitely book the same place again I'm here next time
