The room is just okay, i think for the price we paid, it is good deal 250-300 per night. The view from the room is majestic. They have balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful hills and seaview. You can access to the beach from the hotel. The only thing that they need to improve is their gym. Most of the equipment were quite rusty. Overall, the hotel is good. Perfect location. Walking distance to night market, easy access to beautiful beach and bunch of massages place right on the main road in front the hotel.

In general the service was good and attentive, and we received quick response each time. All staff were friendly, and helpful. However, I was very taken back that the hotel charges for extra towels, AND there is no hand towels in the room to begin with, we had only 2 bath towels when we booked for 3 people (they did provide us 3 towels later, it was just not ready when we checked in). These factors surprised me a lot because this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. We had to use bath towels to double as hand towel. Then next day only 2 towels were replaced with clean ones. I'm just not sure if this is a common practice for all the other hotels in the area or just this particular hotel. In addition, both the towels (before I used it) and the bathroom were also quite dirty. I don't mean that the staff didn't clean it well, this was fine. But I guess the hotel is just old? So the shower curtain had that old moldy look that I almost didn't want to touch it when I showered. The walls had the same look. We didn't complain during our stay because we spent most of our time outside and didn't want to deal with this. It was just fine to stay but not worth the money or I should lower my expectations for a 4 star hotel.

Old hotel, old design. But the rooms are still clean. However the bathtub & sink already a bit yellowish colour due to aging. Have direct access to the beach area. Breakfast area quite spacious & the food are delicious too. Thumbs up to Mr Azrulazswad for assist me making payment for breakfast that day. Will repeat again next time !

Dear Bayview Team, I wanted to take a moment to share our feedback from our recent stay at your hotel. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience. The early check-in process was smooth, and we were pleased with the spaciousness of our room. Although we encountered a minor issue with a broken pipe in the toilet, your room service staff promptly informed the maintenance team, who resolved the problem quickly. The breakfast offerings were generally good, though it would be nice to see more variety in the main courses, as some options were repeated daily. We loved the hotel's proximity to the beach and the superb view. We also had a fantastic massage from Mr. Sun, who is highly skilled and made our experience even more relaxing. Our family enjoyed an incredible stay in a generously proportioned connecting room; the comfort of the beds was outstanding, featuring the largest master bed I have ever encountered, which made for a truly restful experience. The amenities provided were top-notch, and my children had a fantastic time exploring everything the place had to offer. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, always ready to assist us with a smile, which made our visit even more enjoyable.☺️
