Excellent! I found the place on booking.com and we were booked a double bed, however, the App for some reasons was 2 single bed so the hotel receptionist helped with changing the bed to king size. The staff were friendly, proactive, and professional, they also helped fixing the wifi as it had some issues at first. It was resolved immediately and the speed was good. The room was tidy and had an fabulous view. The facilities are wonderful and restaurants are nearby. Literally good for those who want to escape from the city, traffic, and crowded places and just be surrounded by green colors, fresh air and nature. Definitely a MUST try.

Good resort and has access to the beach, nice room and pool. We enjoyed staying here. 3 stars because the gym is not maintained and doesn’t look as clean as the pictures, it is super dusty and old, the carpet needs to be cleaned badly and please fix the out of order machines too. Also, pls consider cleaning the gym on daily basis to maintain hygiene. Everything else is great at the hotel

Loved our stay here. At the check in at about 5pm, the lady at the counter specifically was all smiles, warm and very accommodating, allowing us to swap a room that had a slight musk. The staff that I encountered were all very nice, nobody was grumpy! The room was comfortable and had a nice view. And the kids enjoyed all the facilities. This is our second time here and we loved it.

All the sheets were dirty and stained, and they weren't changed daily; they just rearranged them. This resort is filthy and doesn't measure up to the other resorts nearby. I stayed there several years ago, but I won't repeat the experience, I won't visit again, and I won't recommend it. I have several groups, which I personally supervise, with over 20,000 members, and these groups are dedicated to tourism. The garden is dirty, all the rooms and bathrooms are dilapidated, and hair is everywhere. When I requested a room cleaning, the cleaning lady came and cleaned without any diligence or honesty, and she seemed annoyed by the job. The elevator smelled like urine. Everything was awful, and this is the dirtiest resort I've ever stayed in, after it used to be one of my favorite places to stay. Even when the workers came to change the sheets, and they were clean, they changed more than 10 sheets for me, and every sheet they tried to put on was dirty and they changed it. They probably changed more than 20 sheets and pillowcases, and every cover had stains and dirt. Why don't you pay attention to the sheets and towels and make an effort to get rid of the dirty ones without washing them, since they're no longer needed? You should be spending money on the resort. In the end, customer comfort is more important than the money you save. You can't put a washed and clean sheet with stains and hair on it. Where are your quality control staff? These are my observations, and I don't think they will help you.

I recently stayed here for 2 days and 1 night, and everything was absolutely perfect. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The hotel is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially with parking. Even when the lot was full, they assisted us promptly. The lobby area is large and relaxing, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. There’s a water station available, and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. The best part is the direct access to the beach. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped, with a large bed, bathtub, hairdryer, iron, fridge and a balcony with a beautiful view. There was also a TV with basic channels. Food was easy to find too, with a restaurant just in front of the hotel within walking distance. Overall, this place is a great choice for families. I’m truly satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back!
