We had a very pleasant stay. The property is beautiful, especially the pool area and the a la carte restaurant and the lobby have nice designs. The staff is more than helpful and so friendly. The main restaurant is quite good having in mind it serves several hundred people sometimes, only vegetarian/vegan choice could be better (many nice dishes like stuffed aubergines eg came with unnecessarily minced meat, that’s why my wife would actually prefer another hotel next time). The a la carte restaurants are on an even better level. We loved most the ying and yang (Thai/Indian). The whole property is really clean, well maintained and the facilities such as the spa/gym eg met our expectations. Only the internet ist really bad since there must be around 1000 devices online including the staff. Maybe the internet connection could be improved by adding Starlink (I did the same thing in my own hotel). Trips are better booked online in my opinion as prices and quality beat the hotel ones.

Check-in is strictly after 4 PM — with no flexibility, even for families with small children. Late check-out isn’t an option either, not even for an extra hour. During check-in, only three front desk staff were available, even during peak hours, which resulted in long waits for many guests. Wi-Fi is not available in the breakfast or dinner areas, which was inconvenient for those wanting to stay connected. Customer service is on a completely different level — and unfortunately, not in a positive way, especially when compared to experiences in North America, Mexico, Turkey or Europe. For example: * At dinner, we asked for a glass and some water. After waiting for quite a while, we ended up getting it ourselves. * Our table was never cleaned. * No one provided any information about meal times or hotel entertainment options — you're left to figure things out on your own. On the bright side, the spa experience was very pleasant and services were priced in euros. The hotel also offers a half-board option, which includes breakfast and dinner. The hotel grounds include several very beautiful pools, including a separate pool for children. There’s also a designated kids' area with multiple rooms offering various activities — a thoughtful feature for families. The beach is beautiful and clean with lots of harmless purple Jellyfish. The food was delicious, though the offerings were very much similar the same each day, which may feel repetitive during longer stays.

I had an unforgettable time at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh. From the very first moment, I felt welcomed. The receptionists—especially Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Ramadan—were so kind and made the check-in process smooth. In the morning shift, Mr. Bavly and Mr. Amr were equally warm and professional. Everything about the place—The food was top-notch, the beach was pristine, was simply perfect. I’m so thankful for this experience and hope to relive it again. See you again, Baron—you’ll always have a special place in my heart Thank you, Baron—I’ll definitely be back❤!

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It was extremely clean and the location is absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. There was a good variety of food at the buffet, and while it was generally nice, I believe there’s still room for improvement in that area. Overall, a great experience and I’d love to come back!

The food is diverse and delicious, with top-quality ingredients and excellent service. The drinks are always refreshing, whether at the bar, pool, or beach. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thank you to Mr. Michael at reception for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. His warm welcome made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and world-class service!
