We booked a room with a hot tub on the balcony ( which was huge ) spotless and very well appointed. View from the balcony was superb. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Pool areas were located at the centre of the hotel, plenty of sun beds and nice pool bar. Adults only hotel so it was nice and relaxing which is what we wanted. Literally 30 second walk to the beach and restaurants with boat hire, paddle board etc all available. All in all a great hotel in a great location with great staff working in it.

When we arrived, service staff was very polite and courteous. There was some issues when we first arrived but the stay overall was good. On the first night we arrived the room was very hot because the air-con was not on for our arrival. We needed help to work it however the staff was very helpful with this. Our Hot tub was broken when we arrived and couldn’t use it the first day due to it was not filling up with water however the local site manager did fix the issue as quick as he could which am thankful for. Our room wasn’t cleaned well when we first arrived. Clear dirt on the floor. Our room service food was still in the room from the night before which showed us the room wasn’t even cleaned in the day when we was out chilling by the pool However again the staff was fantastic when I made them aware of the issue but on the other hand I shouldn’t need to make them aware, as the room should have been cleaned in the day which was problematic. Other issue that was problematic was the extra toilet roll I requested. It was left on the toilet brush stick which I thought was unhygienic, rendered us from not being able to use it. The manager gave us a bottle of cava to say sorry which I totally respect and very happy with. This for me was good customer service. The songs on the radio around the pool kept repeating thought-out the day so I would recommend some variety with the playlist. The Lana del rey summer time saddest kept playing which got boring, more songs of different types the better. The buffet was ok, breakfast buffet was fantastic, sausages and eggs was the highlight of the meal. The dinner buffet needed more variety for people who do not like seafood, more cooked meat would be better. Restaurant staff was very good and the buffet was clean and the drinks were fantastic. Food was average overall with the exemption of the pool bar restaurant which had a fantastic for menu choice and the food tasted great and to mention the staff were excellent by the pool. Drinks were also a highlight of the trip. Cocktails were very good, bar staff were very polite and helpful. The swimming pool was also very clean. Overall the pool area was the best bit about the hotel. Overall our stay was probably 4/5. The staff was lovely and fantastic. Very polite and very helpful. Facilities were good overall. Lost one star due to the issues we had when we arrived but improved as the week progressed. Wish this establishment all the best in the future because the staff were great and the hotel has a lot of potential moving forwards !

Lovely quiet, peaceful and relaxing holiday. Room was nice- we had a balcony with a partial sea view. I was a bit disappointed as we paid extra for sea view. We did not use balcony as it was far too hot. Maybe earlier in year it would be nice. Both pools lovely. No pressure for sunbeds. We swam and snorkelled in the sea every day. Lots of fish to look at and caves to explore. Watched the sunset from the top of the rocks every night. Sunset was different every night. Food was ok. Evening buffet was a bit uninspiring. Cocktails nice. Had a lovely reflexology massage in the wellness centre with Nathalie. Definitely recommend.

The room was clean, cool and all we needed. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The peaceful pace of life was fabulous, from very busy working weeks in London to this hotel was exactly what we wanted. No noise, no happy excited children, no craziness associated to Ibiza. Quiet area, great food, fantastic staff, perfect if you want peace and to relax. The staff at the pool bar were excellent, often busy but manged the food service brilliantly, the chef at the pool bar,while we were there was top class, I've been a chef previously, and it was clear he took pride in the appearance of what he prepared, you first eat with your eyes when food is served, it look amazing and tasted great just as good. Chef clearly cared about he was serving. All bar staff were on top of their game and manged guests brilliantly. And if things couldnt get better, we were offered an ice bucket, bottle of cava and 2 glasses to sit on the balcony watching the sunset, we laughed at how great it was. Our first time there and we will certainly be booking to go back there next year once we return home.
