Everything was great overall, but I can’t help mentioning one thing that left a bad impression. At dinner, my boyfriend and I would often walk in alongside 5–6 other guests. The staff member at the entrance would warmly greet everyone, but then stop only us and ask for our room number, even though nobody else in the group was asked. I understand that checking room numbers is part of her job and it may have been completely random, but being singled out made us feel uncomfortable and somewhat marginalized. I don’t believe there was any bad intention behind it, but I wish the policy had been applied consistently- either by asking everyone or by not asking anyone. Other than that, everything else was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Just stayed here with my boyfriend ! Had the most amazing time! Could not fault anything! Would definitely recommend spend extra on the all inclusive so so worth it! The food is basic but for the job if your like us and still like going for dinner outside the complex. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Overall an amazing place and about a 15 min walk to the main areas of Cala d’or.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms, service, bar, and reception were all excellent. However, what truly made the experience amazing was the incredible team: Macarena, Papi Chulo, Cappuccino, Shakira, Nutella, Brasil, Barbie They were friendly, energetic, and always made us feel welcome. I'd like to express my gratitude to the staff of this wonderful hotel for their professionalism and friendliness. We spent a really great time there in October. The location of this hotel is just perfect. Not far from the town centre, and it has almost private access to the beach. The room was modern and clean. The food in the restaurant was tasty and various. The animation program was awesome because every night there was some sort of a show or a concert. As a huge fan of Queen I really appreciated the tribute-concert. It's the best 4 star hotel I've ever been to. Many thanks!

We loved this hotel. From the friendly welcome, to the delicious variety of food and spacious rooms. The view from our beach front room was incredible. We cannot fault the experience we had here. The entertainment team are also excellent and performed such amazing activities and shows for everyone. Their attentiveness was great as well, when we had an issue with our toilet we had two plumbers sent up to the room who dealt with it swiftly. The location is great, we loved having the mix of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby and it’s a very close walk to the other strips. We cannot wait to stay again.
