My husband and I stayed there August 2025 and we had fabulous experience! We took the all-inclusive option and it was well worth it ...all meals and drinks were amazing. We celebrated our anniversary and we were upgraded to a Junior Suite..huge comfortable room. The hotel facilities were very clean The beach is gorgeous The staff - very friendly and helpful We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our time here. The staff are amazing and so helpful. This was our first holiday in Oman with our three year old. We had so much fun, the water park is amazing. All the swimming pools have life guards stationed at them. The pools are cooled and some shaded, making it a wonderful experience. The buffet breakfast and dinner were so delicious with a wide variety of choices. We will most definitely be back soon. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

We booked a day pass with a room and were pleased with several aspects of our visit. We truly appreciated that the staff were all Omani – warm, welcoming, and professional. The facilities were enjoyable and well-maintained, including access to the beach, gym, water park, and pool. However, the food was below expectations. The buffet offered limited variety and only served water, with no other drinks available, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the main access to the pool from the building leads through the bar area, which may not be ideal for families with children or for guests who value cultural and religious considerations. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there is definite potential for improvement – particularly in the quality of food, beverages, and some furnishings.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in terms of room preparation and amenities. Upon arrival, the room lacked basic essentials—there was no soap, no shampoo, and not even a box of tissues. My booking was for two adults and a 12-year-old child, and although I was charged extra for the child, the room only had one large bed. I had requested an extra bed for the child at the time of booking and reminded the front desk during check-in, but it was never provided. I later called room service several times, and after a long wait, I was told no extra beds were available. I ended up requesting blankets, which only arrived late at night. On a positive note, the swimming pools and water park were beautiful, varied, and very suitable for children. Also, the reception staff were professional, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. I hope the hotel management improves the in-room service to match the quality of the recreational facilities and the excellent attitude of the staff.
