Fabulous hotel. We were in the adults only part. The hotel was kept clean and tidy, inside and out. The pool area was great, no getting up at 7 am to put your towel on a sunbed. The staff were so nice and very friendly. The area around the hotel is quiet but there was a free bus to take guests to the beach. Great for lying in the sun and relaxing.

The whole place was clean and well maintained. Our room and the balcony were decently sized and the view was nice. However the royal level is not worth it and it felt like they are trying too hard. We had booked half board but ended up eating at other restaurants in the area. Most foods were doll and cold even though they were supposed to be hot meals. Also the meals were sometimes oddly combined. No matter if at breakfast or dinner the service was slow, not interested and more busy with keeping each other entertained than the guests. There was no variety at breakfast and we ended up having to order the coffee at the bar because there was no service. Really frustrating and definitely not worth the price which is a shame.

Stayed here for two weeks. Hotel areas very clean, fairly modern hotel. Restaurant buffet is good, hygiene is good, food always replenish when needed. Food always fresh and well presented. Food offering was a bit repetitive but that would be the same situation at any restaurant where you eat for 2 weeks. Pool area kept very tidy and the grounds are immaculate. Most of the rooms look out over the pool area. Reception very helpful with information. My only gripe would be the housekeeping maid. She never really made much effort on keeping my room stocked with necessary small items, such as replenishment of tea-bags, clean tea cups, wiping down the table. Fresh towels where never nicely presented. Small, but noticeable things make the difference. Overall recommendable.

Loved how clean the hotel is - it even smells good as soon as you walk in. Having a choice of two pools meant there was always a free sunbed, either in the sun or shade, whatever you prefer. There was a good vibe here - people didn't fight over sunbeds as there is space for everyone. I liked having an app you can use to contact the reception if you need something for your room, and when we requsted more shower gel this was delivered very quickly. The food is absolutely fine and there is a good range, though it was repetitive after a week, particulalry breakfast where there is no variation at all day-to-day. More variety would have brought the overall rating up for me. Given there are two pools, it would make sense to me for activities to be hosted around just one pool, so that the other can be more quiet and relaxed. The entertainment team are very friendly and energetic, and if you're looking for activities they host plenty throughout the day. If you're looking for a quiet place to read and relax, this is made a little more difficult.

Very nice hotel, clean throughout. Spacious rooms and hotel grounds. Pool areas have plenty of sunbeds and shades. Good choice of food for all meals, including freshly cooked meats, fish, pizza etc. Breakfast was well worth getting up for. Staff were pleasantly helpful. Beach was a good 30 mins walk but a courtesy bus from hotel and return was on several times a day. I would happily recommend Barcelo Margaritas and hope to return sometime.
