Stayed with a friend at Barcelo Margaritas April 2025, All inclusive, lovely hotel, and a brilliant stay. Pool (1 of 3) by the breeze bar nice and warm, pool towels are provided, we did not try the family pool up the steps. Pool entertainment staff, Deya, Maya, Savana lovely girls got everyone joining in with different nationality guests with different games every day, bingo, etc. Bar staff Diego, Josh, Alexander, all lovely. Snack bar breeze had hot dogs, burgers, toasted sandwich, salad, pasta, ice creams, very good selection. Restaurant good selection of hot food, themed nights, i.e. chinese, mexican, plenty of fresh fruit, pastries etc. Again all staff at cooking stations very attentive, soft drinks and wine. free bus to the beach, walking distance to main shopping area, but only 3.95 euro taxi if you need. Room: We were on floor 7 lovely views, but lifts to each floor, if you can not manage stairs. Spacious room, toiletries in bathroom, Cleaners/maids very good will change anything you ask and provide a very good service. Evening entertainment some very good and some not so good, but after lounging by the pool and eating all day my very comfortable bed was calling my name. I would say this hotel is more for couples rather than families with children. Would I stay again: Absolutely, you will not be disappointed.

Myself and my partner just stayed here for 10 nights half board. This year we were a little disappointed with the hotel. We found the staff at reception were welcoming and lovely but the staff in the dining room weren’t as friendly or happy.. with one lady constantly questioning us and came across quite rude whilst making us feel like we were lying when trying to change from the evening meal to the lunch, even though we gave our room number and had our half board bracelet on, no drinks included with your meal on half board too This leads me to talking about the hygiene, each morning and at lunch time the glasses were dirty, we would spend ages trying to find a glass that didn’t have left over food in from the dishwasher, which isn’t exactly what you want to do on holiday it became slightly draining . This resulted to us using our own plastic water bottles which also isn’t ideal when you’re paying money to have clean glasses. We had mentioned this twice in the time us being there and the glasses were still so unclean, other guests were talking about it too, which isn’t a good look really. The food was ok, but mostly the same every day. Unfortunately don’t think we will be back here again.

Lovely hotel, staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Made extra meal at buffet restaurant as my autisic son wouldn't eat anything. Had slight problem with tv and rang reception as I thought I was missing how to get it working and they had someone at my door to sort it for in in less than five minutes. Excellent customer service! Spa was fantastic i had two massages over the week and both were great, games room for kids, friendly welcoming atmosphere in bar with entertainment every night. Also do room service for small selection of food and drink for extra price. Pools were great, plenty of loungers available and lovely grounds to sit in. Highly recommend hotel, will definitely visit again

Second time in 6 months staying here. The hotel is lovely, clean and well maintained, our housekeepers did an amazing job throughout the week always leaving our room perfectly clean. Only niggle is the fridge in room does not get very cold which was an issue for my medication that had to be kept cool. Food is ok with a wide variety to choose from, desserts let it down as most have cream all over them and they seem to be the same every day. The pool is lovely and warm Staff all friendly and professional especially the young man that checked us in, he is an asset to the hotel. We even got the room we asked for! Great location, good ambience we will be back in September.

Lovely experience with the staff and the hotel. Very spacious and clean rooms. Great pools and atmosphere. Food is okay, that is something thar can be improved. But overall I would come back again.
