Sanctuary for Solo traveler – 10/10 Royal Level Experience I am currently finishing a fantastic stay at the Barceló Margaritas Royal Level and cannot recommend it enough. As a solo female traveler, safety and comfort are my top priorities, and I felt completely looked after from the moment I arrived. The hotel is a true sanctuary. I stayed on the 6th floor, which was perfect—very quiet, private, and offered lovely views that made my mornings so peaceful. The service has been top-tier! Special shout-out must go to Monica at the restaurant. She was absolutely brilliant and made meal times very easy as opposed to awkward which is often the case when dining on your own. . Between the excellent food at La Palapa and the exclusive, relaxed pool area, this has been the high-end getaway I needed. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

MARIA PRISECARU

For 4* is a good option, they care about quality is visible. Room was big enough nice pool view. Quiet area, quiet room and we enjoyed the holiday. Food amazing every day and evening, we had a half board and I recommend half board. Everything evening different menu theme and almost all the food was live cooked in front of us. All the staff from the restaurant very professional and kind. Position: very good. Taxi station is very closest and bust stations are all around max 5min walk. Walking til Playa del Ingles around 15-20min, a nice walk down feom the hill for us was a pleasure when weather is great. A minus for cleaning team which were just pretending to do the room, skipping our room or just not changing sheets on beds. We complain and still the cleaner discharge sheets. I would recommend cleaning team to be checked by manager what they are doing because they are not at best level of quality services. Because of this I can't give 5*. Overall we had a great holiday and when we will come back this hotel will be an option. I recommend the hotel.

The service at this hotel was excellent and we can't fault the staff in any way. However I do think this hotel could really do with some improvement especially as barcelo is a trusted brand with a good reputation. The hotel rooms need to be updated and more appealing. The lobby area is nice but needs more seating. The cleanliness needs to be looked at as the rooms are not spotless for example stained towels. The walk to the rooms is not pleasant as the hallways are marked and gloomy with bars across all the windows. We wouldn't return unfortunately

This hotel is amazing it is immaculately clean and kept spotless not a bit of rubbish to be seen ..the gardens are beautifully manicured tended to everyday .. the entertainment staff were brilliant witty funny happy youngsters really attentive. The only downside which is a minimal moan.. was the coffee in the dining room it was tasteless and not enjoyable but on the bar areas it was lovely coffee. Also we were half board so paid for our drinks and they disturbed you whilst you were eating your meal to pay for them ..i think it would be better paid for after ...other than that the perfect stay ...

Eloise

The rooms are spacious and with a balcony that faces the pool at no extra charge. The only downside is the beds are two single beds pushed together so you don’t get a double, a bit annoying. You get a fridge which is a bonus. There are 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds to go around. There is also an arcade open 24/7 I believe with some fun games and table tennis tables. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Thank you to Marcelo on entertainment who was fantastic and friendly. And Luciano at the breakfast and dinner buffet who was really friendly. Food wise- good food for a 4 star resort on a half board basis. Great variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. Not the best for a vegetarian (only pasta, pizza, potatoes, chips, fruit, veg, pastries on offer), but it’s as to expect in such a resorts. Barely any vegan options. Perhaps the hotel could improve on having more options for this. They do have milk alternatives on offer which is great. Overall, fantastic value for the price and I would stay again
