nice hotel with good views on the sea. quiet nights in low season, very good breakfast and dinner. staff friendly and helpful, junior suite with comfortable bed, ac not very powerful in low season (?), safe was quite hard to open. spa area needs little refurbishment in the future (esp. the indoor pool-area, wet&open toilets are too close to jacuzzi). but i would recommend the hotel

Very nice hotel, no beach but lovely rocky areas that are a nice alternative to a beach. Really enjoyed. Food in for breakfast and dinner wasn’t the best, but more than acceptable. Wouldn’t put me off staying again

The room was clean and tidy but very small for a deluxe partial sea view with a huge tower block in front of our balcony. Nothing was open around us, and it was cloudy, windy, and rained. Hotel food was ok, but the waiter on duty was very rude on one of the evenings. We chose to eat out after that. The Spa was very tiny and there was no information about booking at treatment available.

This is a top-notch hotel in a fantastic location with a staff who works really hard to make sure you have a great vacation. It is a spectacular bang for the buck. I am a high maintenance American who brought a group of 10 women to Mallorca who all have a very high standard of service and comfort. The hotel could not have been more accommodating. Each staff person helped out as if they were the most important guests in the hotel. The rooms were large enough and comfortable. Everyone raved about the breakfast. We had gluten-free and vegetarians, they all were happy. Great selection and great quality. The location can't be beat because you are out of the chaos of downtown Palma yet can grab a bus or a taxi and be there in 15 to 20 minutes. Some of the best beaches in Majorca are within walking distance. There are charming stores nearby. Fantastic ice cream across the way and wonderful restaurants all within walking distance. The sea in front is fantastic because there is sea life. Grab a snorkel and you will see lots of fish, and even octopus which we saw numerous times. We will be back and this is the only hotel that we will use. Thanks to your spectacular staff! ❤️
