This hotel is situated as close to the sea as you can get with beautiful scenery if you select a sea view room. Our was on the fifth floor with a balcony overlooking the sea and surrounding coastline, relaxing and enjoyable.
The room, which was very well maintained was quite large and well equipped however, there was no separate bathroom and the sink was centrally positioned providing no privacy. However, there was a separate shower cubicle with a good shower.
The restaurant was spacious with well spaced tables and a sea view. The breakfast provided an excellent selection of items to satisfy most requirements and there was a staff member to provide individual dishes to meet personal needs. However, I personally found the dinner menu a little limited with many of the available dishes in need of heating! The selection of soups were very tasty and enjoyable.
The staff were very helpful and friendly which contributed to the overall enjoyment of the evening meals.

This is my second visit here so clearly I like it. However there are some areas that can be improved.
Firstly the good:
*the location is great, lots of shops, entertainment and easy access to the rest of the island from here. The hotel is right on the sea front and there's plenty of fish to snorkel with.
*the atmosphere and staff are really good too. With it being adult only you'd think a lot of 18-30s might come but it was a nice chilled vibe with a good age range. The staff were great with their customer service and nothing was too much trouble. I even emailed to arrange a surprise for my wife and they couldn't be more helpful at getting this set up for us.
*the facilities are good here with a free to use spa, an on staff masseuse and a lovely pool and sun beds.
Onto the bad side:
*our room was lovely but both the toilet and shower doors wouldn't close properly, the shower looked like it needed re-tiling at the very least and the air con is either all or nothing making it hard to get a comfortable temperature to sleep in. All smallish things but considering the cost I expected better.
*the food wasn't the best. For context my wife and I are are vegan/vegetarian so we know we're the awkward ones, but there was a lack of labelling on the breakfast buffet making it hard to know what suited our diet and their bar menu only had a couple of things on there for us. They were very good when speaking to them but I know I'm already a hassle so would prefer to be able to do it without interrupting the staff every time.
I was unwell on a couple of occasions probably due to eating something wrong, with signage this would've prevented this.
*finally a small one, the sun beds aren't the most comfortable. We ended up bringing a pillow down from our room but I'd like some we could rent to improve that comfort.
Overall we liked it and enjoyed the time here however we'd maybe think about using another hotel nearby that has better food and rooms before booking again.

Our room was situated on the 4th floor overlooking a public car park with a recycling bin area. We were woken at 7am every morning by the dustbin lorry emptying bins and don't let's talk about the bottle bank being emptied! I think this could be remedied by changing the double glazing as we could even hear people talking outside. Rooms poorly sound proofed. We had a drippy shower which we reported, but it continued dripping all week. We noticed a heavy smell 9f drains in the reception area which was disguised by heavy perfume, but you really could still smell it under its disguise.
On the plus side, great restaurant and staff, ample breakfasts with a huge choice. Sandra's team seemed more tuned in to clients needs than the other team with whom we would find the coffee machines needed filling and no cups on tables.
Swimming pool area good with lovely really friendly lifeguard.and we used the spa everyday.
Tasteful decoration in the reception area but a little tired elsewhere, stained carpets in the hallway.
The hotel is also used as a conference centre and hosts weddings, a little unnerving to share your holiday with people who are not staying at the hotel.
Would recommend for short stays but probably not as a holiday hotel. At over 200 euros per night, we think it's overpriced for what it is.

Leaky shower, bad service, bad follow up despite informing reception about the issue directly.
Doors close hard so you easily wake up at night when others check in late or come back from the town. Otherwise nice and clean.
Great pool, great location. Private little beach access and the best hotel breakfast ive had in ages!
Avoid the lunch, but if you must then get the pizza whichwas really good!. The main course of grilled octopus is a joke. Not even the size of a starter but costs twice as much.

Great sized room and nice side view of the sea. The air con wasn't too great and we did struggle to sleep on the second night. However, my overall experience was a pleasant one. Highlight was their breakfast buffet (tasted amazing and great variety) and the DJ who came to perform by the poolside.
