Stayed here just over 2 weeks ago. Fantastic holiday really managed to relax. Room had everything we needed cleaned every day breakfast amazing catered for everyone dinner the same. Lovely little beach where we snorkelled in the clear water. Caught the number 4 bus just outside hotel 2euros each. Would go back tomorrow, staff friendly and nothing too much trouble Thank you !

Our stay at the Barcelo Illetas saved our holiday after two quite poor experiences at other resorts/hotels. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The only main downside to our stay was the room size and the air conditioning being quite poor. The room was on the smaller side with quite a restricted amount of storage for two large suitcases. We also didn't have a balcony which made drying swimwear and towels really difficult. However given that we booked the hotel last minute, we were happy to accept what we were given. For the upsides: - The pool and private beach are both stunning, and offer plenty of places to set up shop for the day - with fresh towels available by the pool every day. - You can also order straight to your beds at quite reasonable prices including food, cocktails and soft drinks. - The food in the hotel was fantastic, whether it was the buffet at breakfast and dinner, or the a la carte restaurant which served all kinds of fresh menu items. - The area is beautiful. While the beaches are on the more rocky side, there are plenty of incredible Spanish restaurants right on the water, and plenty of shops to grab water and snacks. - The staff were friendly and accommodating when we arrived, and were always welcoming from breakfast to dinner. I would recommend the hotel to couples of all ages, and if we were ever to visit Mallorca in the future we'd definitely stay again.

nice hotel with good views on the sea. quiet nights in low season, very good breakfast and dinner. staff friendly and helpful, junior suite with comfortable bed, ac not very powerful in low season (?), safe was quite hard to open. spa area needs little refurbishment in the future (esp. the indoor pool-area, wet&open toilets are too close to jacuzzi). but i would recommend the hotel

When there with my boyfriend for a holiday. I really love the wellness centre. The Location is great. Amazing breakfast buffet. There is a free parking lot near by as well. RECOMMEND!!

Very nice hotel, no beach but lovely rocky areas that are a nice alternative to a beach. Really enjoyed. Food in for breakfast and dinner wasn’t the best, but more than acceptable. Wouldn’t put me off staying again
