We had an amazing stay here, from the amazing room views to the super friendly staff - everything was great. We stayed at one of the beachfront villas and the views were breathtaking. The breakfast buffet is also good and has nice options. A special thanks to the manager Hasan to made our check in and check out process so smooth, and was very helpful and accommodating. Some of our family members left before breakfast opened so he even organized take away breakfast boxes for them which was much appreciate. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at a villa in Barcelo Coconut Island, and the experience was wonderful. The villa itself was spacious, private, and had stunning views — perfect for relaxing as a family. While the resort is not the most kid-friendly overall, there is a kids club available, which gave our children a chance to enjoy some activities while we had time to unwind. This balance really helped make our trip enjoyable. The real highlight for us was the service. Every staff member was welcoming, but a special thank you goes to Hasan, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He always made sure we had what we needed and went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable. For families looking for a peaceful villa stay with beautiful surroundings, good service, and the bonus of a kids club, Barcelo Coconut Island is a great choice.

Absolutely beautiful retreat on an idilic Island, pool villa with sea view was beautiful 4 stars as we could have done with more storage, no wardrobe and few hangers on the open rail, the staff could not do enough and all with a smile, food was exceptional and made from scratch, breakfast was nice, caters for everyone huge choice, great drink choice good selection of wines, no verve cliquet sadly! The boat was hourly to the pier, where there's a selection of taxi drivers waiting, always polite and very helpful we used the same few regularly, so happy we chose this hotel we were very well looked after thanks Barcelo!

Just back from 10 glorious days at Barcelo Coconut Island. We had the all inclusive package and it was amazing. The choice of food and drinks, including quality wine was incredible. The resort is situated on the beach and has wonderful views out to sea and the islands. THE BEST part of the stay was by far the staff who couldn’t have done more to make our vacation better. From the front office staff, to the lovely housekeeping team to the incredible restaurant staff, all were so enthusiastic and welcoming. The staff made the experience so memorable. Big shout out to Kyle, JR, Honey, Joy, Niue, Joyce, and the whole team, you are the best! We absolutely loved our time on the island and will be back for sure. Ox

Wow, where to start with this resort!? We were absolutely blown away by Barceló Coconut Island. Firstly, the highlight is definitely the staff! Every single person we would encounter would greet us, and made us feel welcome. As well as being friendly, everyone was equally as efficient. The resort was hit by a severe storm on our second night, and the island lost all power (and subsequently, running water)… however, the staff handled this very well, and the next morning, the breakfast buffet was still available!? The resort itself is a paradise. Lush green gardens surround every pathway, the beach is lovely and clean, and the various pools are very inviting (especially the “adults only” pool in the evening. The Pina coladas at Laku are a MUST)! Everything right down to the selection of music in different areas had been careful considered. The food is delicious. The breakfast buffet has more options than anyone could ever need, and we also enjoyed pizza and pasta! We’d like to thank all the staff at barcelo Coconut Island for making our stay there so wonderful, with special mentions to Ted (has got some great stories), Kim from Laku, and our biggest and most gracious “thank you” to Na from Kabang, who always seemed to look after us, even when we weren’t eating! Thank you Na, and entire team. We hope to come back soon :)
