This is an amazing hotel. The service, the food, the entertainment, everything is excellent. The rooms and public spaces are very clean and taken care of. The pools and beach are super clean and there are people to help you with anything on every corner. I mean this service is seriously impeccable and the workers feel like your friends. I would recommend this hotel for family’s of all sizes. Kadija is just one of the outstanding employees that has put in the extra effort that has my stay so much more comfortable which I thank her very much for.

What a fantastic holiday this was. The rooms are very clean. All the staff go above and beyond. The food was good. The breakfast was a no for me. The beach snack bar is a definite yes. Me and my girlfriend booked 7 days all inclusive.. we’d recommend to anyone. The staff are super friendly and the food was amazing, kept it different so you never got bored. They also have really helpful reps that help you all the way through booking trips and making sure you do not get scammed. We’d love to visit again

Overall the hotel is great. The staff is excellent, food is also great! The room can be a bit noisy when they have an event, but the rest of the time is okay. Alcohol drinks from the bar are good. Also the animation team keeps you entertained all day long at the beach - kudos to Nurlan and Natalie.
