We had such an amazing experience with Kimo and the entire animation team at Barceló Tiran! From the very first day, they brought incredible energy, positivity, and professionalism to every activity. Kimo is an absolute star ⭐ always smiling, welcoming, and making everyone feel included. Whether it was pool games, sports, or the evening shows, he gave 100% every time. His enthusiasm is contagious and really made our holiday extra special. The whole animation team deserves recognition as well. They work so hard behind the scenes and create such a fun, friendly atmosphere throughout the day and night. You can see they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it shows in the quality of the entertainment. Our stay at Barceló Tiran Sharm was excellent and we would happily recommend this hotel. The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and maintained to a very high standard. The food selection was varied and offered something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the beach restaurant, both for its menu and the quality of service. The lobby bar staff remembered our preferences, which was a very nice touch. At the main hotel restaurant we were served by Ahmed R., who did an outstanding job, and at the bar by Mohammed – equally attentive and professional. The beach was well kept, with easy access to the sea and a visible coral reef. The pools were clean, although the main one was sometimes a bit cooler. There were plenty of sunbeds available at all times. The animation team created a great atmosphere – sports activities, dances and evening shows were well organized and very enjoyable. Special mention goes to Wiktoria and Kimo, who stood out for their energy, kindness and excellent connection with guests. Their care for an elderly member of our group truly made our stay even better. Hotel staff were consistently helpful – reception quickly assisted with a room change for an older guest, and the waiters were friendly and attentive. The shop assistant on site was also very kind and offered great recommendations. The atmosphere in the hotel was well balanced, suitable for families while still offering lively moments. Throughout our stay, we felt safe and well looked after. Leaving was difficult because of the wonderful people, the overall atmosphere and the unique character of the hotel, which made the entire experience truly special.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible stay, outstanding hotel and a true hero behind the bar! We’ve just had an amazing stay at Barceló Tiran Sharm, and honestly, it exceeded every expectation from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning - spotless rooms, beautiful grounds, great food, and a really relaxed, high-quality resort atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, not just like guests, but like they were truly happy to have us there. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the overall service was faultless. A special, massive shout-out to Amr behind the bar absolute legend. Amr is a hero. Very, very, very good at what he does. Friendly, professional, fun, and unbelievably talented. His cocktails were fantastic every single time, and he always went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. He’s the kind of staff member who genuinely makes your holiday memorable. Between the incredible service, the brilliant atmosphere, and standout staff like Amr, this hotel really sets the bar high. We felt relaxed, looked after, and thoroughly spoiled the whole stay. Highly, highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back. Cheers 🍹🌴

This rating for this resort is absolutely incomprehensible. The positive reviews either come from people with no experience or are simply fake. This place is very, very poor. We stayed several nights here as part of our work delegation, and as someone who tests many hotels and accommodations, I can confidently say that this resort is extremely weak and I do not recommend it to anyone. The reception area has an unpleasant, strange smell. The food is very low quality; there were mornings when we only ate fruit. Security and safety at this hotel are zero. We had an extremely unpleasant incident: at 3 a.m., a staff member tried to enter our room without knocking. They gave various explanations, but such an incident is terrifying. We were unable to rest properly, even though our visit was work-related and getting good sleep was absolutely necessary. The bed linen was extremely worn and pilled. The resort has very little vegetation, and you will not get that “Egypt vacation” feeling we all expect. The service is very slow. I personally went to reception to ask for two bottles of water to be sent to our room, and then had to make three more phone calls. It took 45 minutes for the water to arrive. My advice is to research very carefully before considering this place for your vacation.

Absolutely Incredible Stay – 5 Stars All the Way! Wow! Wow! Wow! This hotel is absolutely incredible. From the very first moment I arrived, I knew I was somewhere special. A huge thank you to Essam at reception for the most wonderful welcome. He was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Throughout my entire stay, he was always there to help with anything I needed, and he truly made me feel valued and cared for. He is a real asset to the hotel. The lobby bar staff were always smiling, approachable, and incredibly hospitable. The beach restaurant quickly became one of my favourite spots — the chef was so kind and attentive, always catering perfectly to my tastes. The beach bar staff served every drink with such warmth and friendliness. The food was always served hot and fresh, and every single staff member I encountered had a smile on their face. Housekeeping absolutely made my day, every day! The creative towel animals decorated with flowers and even bottle lids were such a thoughtful and fun touch. They always made me smile. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was outstanding. You could see the team constantly maintaining every detail — from cleaning and gardening to the beach beds and the pools (which were the cleanest I’ve ever seen). Everything was spotless. The pool bar staff were also excellent. Honestly, I cannot fault a single thing about this hotel. Every member of staff made my stay memorable. Now let’s talk about the entertainment — WOW! Incredible every single day. I had an absolute blast with the team. The spa experience was excellent as well — so relaxing and professionally run. Security was outstanding. I felt completely safe at all times. I even explored the city alone with the hotel driver and felt so secure. The main security gentleman was amazing — always checking identification and ensuring guests’ safety. It gave me such peace of mind. To top it all off, the manager was extremely kind and generously granted me a late checkout, which was the perfect finishing touch to an already perfect holiday. Thank you for managing such a wonderful hotel so flawlessly. Thank you to every single member of staff — including the towel team at the beach! I wish I could mention each of you by name. You all have my heart. This hotel truly delivers five-star quality and five-star service. I had a fantastic time, I miss you all already, and I will absolutely be back.
