This is an amazing hotel. The service, the food, the entertainment, everything is excellent. The rooms and public spaces are very clean and taken care of. The pools and beach are super clean and there are people to help you with anything on every corner. I mean this service is seriously impeccable and the workers feel like your friends. I would recommend this hotel for family’s of all sizes. Kadija is just one of the outstanding employees that has put in the extra effort that has my stay so much more comfortable which I thank her very much for.

My first time in Egypt and first time in a Resort. I have had an AMAZING experience. If any issue came up, they went out of their way to accommodate my family and I. We loved the stay and loved how we were treated through the week we were here. The manager Mohammed was attentive and always willing to help us. It was a great experience!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel right by the beach and very close to the airport. Restaurant staff are so joyful and radiant and are always on hand before you even have to ask for anything. Maya is a fantastic hostess. She offered to make me a tea as I was feeling unwell and was friendly and asked how I was and if I needed anything every day. Her smile and positive energy made my solo trip even more memorable and I will never forget her. The restaurant managers were constantly giving compliments, asking me if my stay is going well and if i need anything. The waiters, especially Samir. He made me feel so comfortable, knew what I wanted to drink from day 2 so I didn’t even have to ask. Always smiling and singing songs. His positivity and energy made me so happy and comfortable staying at Barceló. He is exceptional and very friendly, literally couldn’t have asked for a better waiter.

This was our first time staying in Sharm and we had a great stay. The pool bar staff are amazing.. Mohamed and Mustafa were 10/10. Antonia working in animation was lovely and always happy to help. Great staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel, staff are very attentive and amazing at responding quickly. Room key keeps cutting out which is annoying having to go back to reception. Animation team are the best we have seen, very energetic and always happy, Antonia is amazing and works very hard!
