Overall the hotel is great. The staff is excellent, food is also great! The room can be a bit noisy when they have an event, but the rest of the time is okay. Alcohol drinks from the bar are good. Also the animation team keeps you entertained all day long at the beach - kudos to Nurlan and Natalie.

My experience was first class. All the staff were always willing and able.to assist. Islam served us most at meals, and was incredible . The animation team were friendly, upbeat, always ready to entertain. Hotel surroundings were well tended,, the beach was clean with special attention for the coral protection. Wonderful holiday

The hotel is nice and spotlessly clean. Could use a lick of paint here n there, but nothing to stop a great holiday at this hotel.. the staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful. The food was good but could have been a little more varied. The grounds and gardens are stunning 😍... the beach is really clean and tidy and the sea is lovely.. I would highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful Landscape and beautiful gardens and green areas and view , good for pictures and romance. Food is acceptable , dinner is special. Everything is fine for me so far after 3 days !BUT! ... The biggest downside for me , All Rooms Have NO ELECTRIC AIR CONDITIONING !! When i complained they brought me water cooled fan , but the room still hot compared to outside weather. Outside weather 25 C The beach and pool very nice . Heated pool only for the small pool. Wifi signal is good in most areas

I would highly recommend this resort. The people and service is the best I have experienced. This resort has a lot to offer for couples and families. The views are spectacular and the people are so respectful and polite. Each and every member of staff are willing to help and serve to the highest standards. When dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner be sure to be served by Ramadan Elsaid, 5star service 👌
