Great hotel in a great location. We stayed here early Sept 2025. Staff were all excellent and helpful. Located next to a small beach in a cove with stunning sunsets. Shout out to the amazing Guy who runs the beach beds and bar. Brilliant cocktails served to your bed. Restaurant on the waterside serves amazing fish dishes and low price. Hotel has lots and lots of steps so not recommended for anyone who is not a lover of steps!! Bit strange but the safes in the rooms are screwed go the floor so lots of kneeling down to get stuff out. We were only B&B so only can comment on breakfast which was good. It’s about a ten minute walk into the main resort but it’s a much better location. All in all great holiday in Portinatx.

Had a fantastic week end of September to beginning of October. Everything from the staff, the food, facilities & x2 pools were brilliant. Stunning location, chilled vibe, so pretty. The hotel is right by a small picturesque cove, where you can rent sunbeds, umbrella's & sip cocktails made by the very charismatic Carlos. The sea is safe & easily accessible, with watersport equipment to hire & plenty of lovely restaurants overlooking the cove. Didn't want to leave, we'll be back again!!

We we on holiday from 11 October this year for one week. We experienced the thunderstorms and flooding which resulted in our room flooding because the door didn't keep the water out. The lift didn't work before the storm started and we were on the 5th floor. Reception attitude was hard luck it's the weather and it's affecting everyone! The hotel was shutting down at the end of the week and consequently the lifts remained out of action all week. Wet carpets were left on walls all over the stairway to dry and they smelled terrible. It would have been nice for paying guests not to have to put up with the attitude of we are closing for the season soon and therefore we won't fix anything. Other guests had leaking ceilings and there were champagne buckets catching water in the restaurant. All that said it was the attitude of reception that really let this hotel down. Room with a fabulous view and lovely cleaners. However not a 4 star experience and we wouldn't stay here again.

A great holiday at this hotel at the quieter end of Portinatx, but also not far from bars and beaches. Excellent, friendly service from the staff at Reception and the Pool Bar (including a complimentary drink on arrival), and even a complimentary drink offered while we were waiting for our taxi to leave! The room was spacious with a view over the bay and the 2 swimming pools were clean and relaxed. Good food, good entertainment. Definitely considering returning.

Completely fell in love with this place 🥰 Although it is run by the Barcelo group, with the standard you expect, it has the really special feel of a family run hotel. All the staff are friendly and hard working and go the extra mile, but the stars of the show are the pool bar team, I need to eat gluten free and Eduardo and his team all made sure I had amazing and varied food by adjusting the menu wherever possible. The rooms were spacious and beds were super comfy, amazing view of the sea, peaceful at night, loved listening to the cicadas in this amazing location. We will definitely return to this hotel 🤗
