This is the best hotel / resort I have ever been to - it’s paradise on earth and I will make sure to come back. The hotel is beautiful, the beach is a dream and pool landscape fantastic. The buffet and specialty restaurants are simply wonderful and so delicious. Especially the Japanese restaurant and the French are amazing. Our waiter Modesta was very attentive, too. All the staff is just wonderful and helpful. Thank you for creating this wonderful atmosphere, I will recommend this hotel to everyone 🤍

I had dinner with my wife at Sapporo Japanese Restaurant, which is part of the Barceló Adults Only, an all-inclusive resort in the Mayan Riviera. The service was amazing. The waiters were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. Rosideelia Clara, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. She was courteous, prompt, and made excellent recommendations. We truly appreciated her outstanding service. This dining experience was a highlight of our stay at the luxurious resort.

Love this place!! The pool is large with a lot of seating and lively music. The bartenders are nice and incredibly attentive especially Carlos Lopez, Felipe Landero, and Jesus Rodriguez who tended to and made us feel incredibly welcome!!! they will take care of you. The rooms are lovely, at the most minor inconvenience, we were upgraded to a premium suite with wonderful room service. The aerobics instructor Maria is also incredibly welcoming, funny and ensures everyone gets to know one another. Lovely place, definitely a fine place to vacation.

The food itself was a culinary delight, with each dish expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. We went here for our 11 year anniversary trip. It was everything we wanted we was able to reconnect. Everyone customer service is top notch. We spent our anniversary dinner at LA Comedie French restaurant and Benjamin Jimenez and Carlos Bichao was the perfect waiters. And made our anniversary night absolutely amazing. They went the extra mile and brought out champagne and a anniversary cupcake. A+++ amazing
