  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurants and bars at the complex - all the à la carte restaurants require prior booking and have a dress code.

  • Daytime and evening entertainment with activities for all ages.

Barceló Maya Riviera was the perfect adults-only getaway. Beautiful modern rooms, stunning ocean views, and a massive infinity pool that never felt crowded. The food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of variety and great service everywhere we went. We loved alol the activities they had to offer like riding the banana boat, Pilates , and daily shows. It was also a pleasure having easy access to the other Barceló resorts for even more to do. We ended up having dinner reservations for all our nights there and had a great experience with Modesta Y Ingrid. Perfect spot for a relaxing and fun 4-day escape in the Riviera Maya!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Dining Experience at Restaurant Comedie – BARCELO Riviera Maya During our recent stay at the BARCELO Riviera Maya, we had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Comedie, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we were seated, the service provided by Benjamin Jiminez and Garmi Casanova was nothing short of exceptional. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and flawless timing elevated the entire evening. The Beef Wellington was cooked to absolute perfection — tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The onion soup deserves special mention as well: rich, deeply layered, and quite honestly the best I’ve ever had. It set the tone for the rest of the meal and exceeded all expectations. What truly set this experience apart was the team’s willingness to go above and beyond. One of the guests at our table is notoriously picky, and without hesitation, the staff took the time to create a special off-menu chocolate dessert just for them. That level of care and flexibility is rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to providing a first-class experience. If you’re staying at BARCELO Riviera Maya, do yourself a favor and book a dinner at Restaurant Comedie. Between the exquisite food, elegant atmosphere, and exceptional service from Benjamin and Garmi, it’s a dining experience you won’t soon forget.

This was our first time at any kind of all-inclusive resort, and we didn’t really know what to expect. We were pretty blown away by the sheer scale of this whole property. 6 different hotels, dozens of restaurants and bars, shopping areas, entertainment, etc. Really quite astounding. The first question everyone asks is always about the food. We were pretty impressed. The buffets (of which there are several) had an incredible variety of food, and almost all of it was very good. The restaurants food is usually incredible. Room service food costs extra, so we didn’t try that. Special shout out of Jennifer and Michelle at Karaoke. They, and the rest of the staff, really made our trip fantastic.

A very nice all inclusive. We stayed at the adults only that wasn't overly busy. Staff was all very friendly, food was good, entertainment is in the neighboring resort and was decent (par for the all inclusive course). This place is huge, if you are there for a week, I'd recommend taking an afternoon to explore all the other 5 resorts on this mega property, much to see and do. The seaweed was very bad when we were there in September however the pools were always perfect. This resort had a lot of value for your dollar, I do recommend it if you are looking to visit the Riviera Maya.

Carlos Lopez at the music bar was outstanding! His service was attentive, friendly, and really added to the experience. He made the day even more enjoyable highly recommend! we would Would also like to add, Jennifer Morales, at the music bar was incredible. Her energy is unmatched. We normally like to sit back and relax, but she made our time at the pool bar entertaining and enjoyable. She was so much fun to watch and her interactions with everyone created such a lively atmosphere. She truly made our experience memorable.
