  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurants and bars at the complex - all the à la carte restaurants require prior booking and have a dress code.

This resort is beautiful. There are 3 of their other moderately priced hotels on the same property, which is where my husband and I had a reservation. We went during COVID, and lucky for us, they closed the other 3 hotels down, and moved everyone to the nicest one. It was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The food was excellent, the beach was gorgeous. The only thing that was extremely upsetting, was EVERYTHING being closed, due to COVID. We had booked this particular place because of the advertised, endless amounts of activities. The day before we arrived, I received an email that said, due to COVID, some activities may be limited or unavailable. When we got there ALL/EVERY ACTIVITY WAS SHUT DOWN. Even the bars and shows, everything. Our choices for entertainment were the pool, the beach, the pool bar, or the lobby bar. That was it. No nightly dancing or other entertainment, nothing. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. Despite the beautiful location, and the gorgeous accomodations, we left 3 days early, on a prepaid visit. And of course we were never reimbursed, or offered future credit with the family of resorts. I am not sure if I would book with this company in the future, or not.

Tried the Japanese restaurant, Supporo and had a great experience with Rosidalia and Juan as our servers! Highly recommend. We also had dinner at Agave the night before and our waiter, Carlos was absolutely splendid. The Barcelo quartet was also a pleasant surprise! Amazing music and the greatest energy. Roberto and Jose at the Lobby bar also made the best drinks during my stay!

Dinner at Agave was amazing. Food was on point. Staff was very attentive to our request. Thank you Felipe Solos and Christian Delgado. 👍🏿👍🏾 Dinner at Dolce Vita, was ok. Food was kind of salty for my taste buds Staff Leticia Cruz and Gilberto Lozano were good service. Wednesday day Kareoke was fun. Jennifer Morales who was the host for this night is super fun. She work in the resorts entertainment.

This resort is one of the best I have been to and would come back again and again! The Agave restaurant was phenomenal! Specifically the taco bar! Would definitely recommend coming here if you have the chance! Our wonderful servers Condelario, Omar, Juan and Henry were so attentive and kind! The miramar buffet was always amazing as well, so much variety each day never had a bad meal. Damien Tamay was our server most days, he always had a smile on his face and brightened each of our mornings. Amazing experience overall!

The resort’s food, location, activities. and staff have been perfect! This is the place to go for a restful getaway. We have loved every moment specifically our dinner at La Dolce Vita, the resort’s Italian resteraunt on site. Our waiters, Yaneth Garcia and Erubiel Caamat were attentive, kind, and helpful, meeting our every need. We are grateful for the way the staff overall have met our needs and made this a great stay!
