  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurants and bars at the complex - all the à la carte restaurants require prior booking and have a dress code.

  • Welcome cocktail.
  • Towel and sun-lounger service on the beach and by the swimming pool.
  • Daytime and evening entertainment with activities for all ages.
  • Free entry to the daily show with drinks included in the Kukulkan and Palenque theatres.
  • Club with drinks included from 23.00 to 2.00 for over 18s only.
  • Catholic mass in the Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe chapel.
  • Guest Transport Service from 8am to 2.30pm.

This hotel is 5 star. Clean well kept rooms, service impeccable, Luis Guzman, server at breakfast dining was very good helpful pleasant. French restaurant food was a bit disappointing but ambiance was excellent. Italian restaurant food was amazing as well as ambiance and service. Entertainment a bit on low side unless you shuttle to other resorts. Japanese restaurant was good, ambiance great. Overall I would recommend this hotel, entertainment limited. Beach is covered with excessive weeds which they clean up everyday. This would be the only drawback for me.

Both Jose and Abigael were incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly throughout the evening. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and that every course arrived perfectly timed. I’ve stayed at several Barceló resorts before, but the Barceló Riviera Maya – Adults Only took the entire experience to another level. From the moment I checked in, the customer service was outstanding...every staff member went out of their way to make sure I felt taken care of, and they genuinely made me feel like more than just another guest. The resort itself is stunning. The beach is wide, clean, and beautiful, with plenty of loungers and shaded spots, while the massive pool is perfect whether you’re looking to relax or socialize. The drinks were strong and consistent (which isn’t always the case at all-inclusives), and there was always a bar close by. The food options were another highlight. The buffet had endless variety and quality, and the specialty restaurants easily matched, if not surpassed, what I’ve had at other high-end resorts. Whether you’re in the mood for fine dining or something more casual, every meal felt like an experience. Entertainment was nonstop, with daily activities, live shows, and nightlife options that kept the energy going, but what I really appreciated was that you could also find quiet areas if you just wanted to relax. It was the perfect balance of excitement and tranquility. Barceló consistently delivers, but this resort raised the bar even higher. From start to finish, it was an incredible experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect adults-only getaway. 👌

From the moment we walked in La Comedie the service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. Every staff member made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the evening. The ambiance was exactly what you hope for in a French restaurant: elegant yet relaxed, with just the right lighting and a charming atmosphere that invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment. Soft music, beautiful decor, and thoughtful details made the whole experience feel authentic and refined. As for the food — simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From the freshly baked bread to the perfectly prepared main courses and decadent desserts, it’s clear the kitchen takes great pride in both quality and creativity. Each bite felt like a little escape to France. Araceli and Victor were also amazing! Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy an exceptional meal in a setting where service, ambiance, and cuisine come together perfectly.

So this was our last night being in Mexico and we have tried all 4 restaurants, and we agreed this (French restaurant) was our favorite! David and Araceli were amazing servers and very helpful on sharing opinions of food and drinks to make our dinning experience awesome!!!!! as it was also my birthday so definitely couldn’t ask for a better choice to eat! We 100% recommend this restaurant!!!
