All in all, this was a really great stay and honestly one of the best hotels we’ve been to after visiting about 40 countries. We did have a rough start — there was a cockroach on the pillow when we first entered the room, which obviously wasn’t great. That said, the staff handled it well and moved us to another room right away, so points for how they dealt with it. The rooms themselves are excellent: modern, spacious, nicely furnished, quite and very comfortable. The balcony with a private jacuzzi was a big highlight, and the minibar was well stocked. Food was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive. The buffet was consistently very solid, and we really enjoyed the French and Italian restaurants. The Japanese one didn’t do much for us — not very authentic and felt more like a performance for American tourists than a proper dining experience. The beach is beautiful, quiet, and not crowded at all, which we loved. Same goes for the pools — great pool bars and a very relaxed vibe overall. The lobby bar was nice too, although whoever chose the music had about four Christmas songs on repeat… and they played them endlessly. Staff were friendly and pleasant everywhere around the resort, which makes a big difference. Small issues aside, this is a fantastic hotel and one we’d happily recommend.

We ate at Dolce Vita and this was by far the best restaurant at the resort. The bread basket had an assortment of delicious breads, the caprese was very flavorful and well presented. I highly recommend the mushroom cream soup and the lasagna. I also had the most amazing Bellini that I have had in a long time. Our servers were Julio Rodriquez and Cristofer Morales. They were a great, attentive team. Muy Bueno!!!!

This resort is one of the best I have been to and would come back again and again! The Agave restaurant was phenomenal! Specifically the taco bar! Would definitely recommend coming here if you have the chance! Our wonderful servers Condelario, Omar, Juan and Henry were so attentive and kind! The miramar buffet was always amazing as well, so much variety each day never had a bad meal. Damien Tamay was our server most days, he always had a smile on his face and brightened each of our mornings. Amazing experience overall!

The resort’s food, location, activities. and staff have been perfect! This is the place to go for a restful getaway. We have loved every moment specifically our dinner at La Dolce Vita, the resort’s Italian resteraunt on site. Our waiters, Yaneth Garcia and Erubiel Caamat were attentive, kind, and helpful, meeting our every need. We are grateful for the way the staff overall have met our needs and made this a great stay!

We had an amazing honeymoon at the resort! The Agave restaurant went above and beyond to help us celebrate! Our waiters Jose Lima and Cristian Delgado were attentive and really helped to make our dinner there memorable. Can't wait to come back again!
