This hotel is in a great location, very close to all amenities. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy , the staff are friendly and all hard working. Our room was great, it was a large room with a huge bed lol. The only downside in the room was lack of storage. The restaurant area was very nice and the food was amazing. The best meatballs I've ever had . Lots of choice and they had children's sweets in the dessert area and it was a great touch, never seen this before. The entertainment girl was great, she wasn't pushy like some places I've been to. Overall a great hotel with great staff . Definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, friendly and cheery staff. Young waiter in restaurant , Antonio, I think was amazing. Please thank him . Pools beautiful and just the right temperature. Didn't have a room with sea view, but it was very large and a super sized comfortable bed . Jacuzzi bath on the balcony. . Beautifully landscaped. Restaurant reception lady was fab, she gave us a hug on our final day Will definitely return Thank you

A great location, a very relaxing stay, the 40metre pool is just wonderful to swim a few laps or more in! Lots of hotel residents stand in the pool wearing sunglasses to keep cool. Ample space for sunbathing for everyone. 💙Service is really great, nothing is too much for the restaurant or reception staff, really helpful friendly reception staff to welcome you with prosecco or fresh orange juice! Staff speak several languages here. Breakfast is plentiful lots of great choices, fresh fruits, bacon, eggs, toast, coffee, fresh juice, yogurt and cereals, My room was cleaned everyday. Fantastic views, gorgeous strip to walk along the sandy beach.A warm shout out to Marion, Antonia and the really lovely staff!👌🏻❤️ Great handy shops nearby. Would definitely holiday here again with Jet2. Thanks for a wonderful & relaxing stay!

We spent four delightful nights at this charming hotel, where we were greeted with a welcome drink upon check-in. Our accommodations included a sea-view room, complete with a jacuzzi on the balcony. The room was immaculate and received daily housekeeping. The breakfast offerings were diverse, catering to all preferences. The pool area was exceptionally well-maintained, and the pool itself was pleasantly uncrowded, which was an added bonus. We will definitely return.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Costa Teguise and would definitely recommend! The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially reception and restaurant staff. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The beds are huge and so comfortable! Our room was cleaned every day and you could have your bed and towels changed daily if needed. We had a jacuzzi bath on our terrace which was fab and also cleaned daily! The hotel is in a really convenient place right on the sea front and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We were half board so had breakfast and dinner. Sometimes it could get quite busy depending on the time but the food was fresh, great quality and lots of choices which changes every day. We hadn't told any staff we were there to celebrate my birthday but I had some birthday cards in the room and that afternoon we had a knock on the door and a complimentary bottle of champagne delivered, was a lovely touch. We found the drinks in the hotel to be quite cheap. The only thing we found expensive was the spa treatments so we gave those a miss. One recommendation I would have is a bit more entertainment in the evenings and a list of what's going on and where to be provided to guests as we never knew what was happening so had to wander around to see.
