This was one of our best experiences ever! The rooms are spacious, and the air flows freely through them. They are exceptionally clean and comfortable, with simple but precise furniture, there is a place for everything! The shower outside is essential for a quick rinse after the beach. The pool areas are really good, and the wellness area outside is very inspiring! This place is a hidden jewel in one of the most beautiful parts of this magical island. You are surrounded by nature and bird songs! But the best of all are the people who make this place really special! The treatment is a thousand stars, and each individual makes sure you feel unique and welcome. We came in as customers and left with sincere friends. Our manager Mel made sure that we felt the love and care in this place. We'll definitely be back many times!

Lovely hotel, rooms are spacious, clean, and an extra bonus with the outdoor shower on the balcony. Breakfast is fantastic, and the lunch at the pool bar is superb. The wellness spa has some amazing treatments, 5 tried between us. Fantastic Rosa gave me one of the best massages I have ever received and is incredibly knowledgeable in her area. I can highly recommend it! All the staff at the hotel were super friendly and the service to a high standard. They were always looking out for you and a special thank you to Victor in the pool bar. In regards to dinner, although all cooked to a great standard and a lot of pride going in to all of it, there could have been a few more choices as it was a little limited. However, the salad selection was amazing, plenty of choice and fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also go back if I had the chance.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel. It is located in the right place and the whole place was immaculately clean. The rooms were spacious and the staff were very helpful and friendly and always had a smile on their face. The food was excellent. The only downside was that some of the chairs in the pool bar and the room were a bit uncomfortable and the decking by the pool gets very hot, don't walk on it without flip flops on!

Another pleasant stay at a Barceló hotel! From check in Alyssa was very kind, helpful and attentive. We were kindly upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi and sea view; which was very spacious with an amazing view over Portinatx playa. The staff were very attentive to our needs which made it extra special. The food was high quality and chef Eduardo was very accommodating to us. Not forgetting Ana in the bar who is a master bartender especially with her passion fruit margaritas and dacquiris! We are looking forward to return in September!
