We had an incredible time at the resort, which is perfectly situated right by the beach and away from the crowds. There were plenty of activities on offer, though I didn't take part in many, but other guests really enjoyed them. The food was consistently delicious, and I was truly impressed by the service throughout our stay.
Even though the restaurant was often busy, the waitstaff were always quick with drink orders. Imran, our waiter, was especially outstanding—always attentive and ready to help, making sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, it was a fantastic holiday, and I highly recommend this resort to anyone planning to visit Oman.

Hi there, I have some comments I would like to share with you guys. The result is fine is OK but the beach it’s too dirty and no care even the chairs. They were dirty full of dust and we go kids. kids club and we just found a woman sleeping in there. We thought she died but the thing she was sleeping during the job day oh my God we was so scared and our kids. They cried a lot so please you take care of those things that I mention it during the job, they have to take care of the beach and the chair we love the view so please you take care of it and the kids club we love our kids to have fun but we don’t want some people to sleep there. Thank you very much.

Our stay was a very special experience... The surroundings of the hotel was very lush and nice. At early morning, you can hear the birds chirping, and it's very relaxing. The water park is great for families. The meals were very exceptional, and the service was great! There's only one negative thing: The foreigners dress code in the pool and their behaviors were a little disturbing. We will come back to Barcelo Mussanah Resort in winter, so it will also be best if you could heat the pools and the water in the bathroom! Other than that, it was a 5 star experience!!

It was an amazing experience we had in this wonderful resort. Staff is so friendly. We got our room upgraded to sea view. Bunch of activities in the resort to make ourself relax and enjoy. In fact my kids were enjoyed the stay most. Mr. Francis was so supportive and his hospitality was extraordinary. If you’re heading to this hotel, never miss the special pizza from Chef Sugath and delicious buffet from Chef Lal and the crew. This is a must try hotel.

I recently stayed at the Barceló Resort for three days, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcomed and valued.
The service improved every day, which was impressive. Essam from the swimming pool area stood out with his outstanding hospitality and warm attitude, ensuring we had everything we needed. Charles at Reception was another highlight—he’s such a great guy! He upgraded our room to one with a stunning view, which made our stay even more special.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options, and the housekeeping team was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, the entire experience was amazing. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy quality service at great value, I highly recommend Barceló Resort. I’ll definitely be coming back.
