The hotel is nice. Lots of choice of places to eat, a spa, decent sized pool. Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The whole resort was very clean. We paid extra to have a Junior Suite duluxe with sea view and hot tub. I chose this room type because it had a terrace with sunbeds it and I had read the reviews saying there are not enough sunbeds for the number of guests at the pool (definitely true). But our room (3025) and those alongside it did not get any sun on the terrace at any time during our stay (December). So it was completely pointless and a waste of money because the area could not be used for sunbathing. So if you are thinking of doing this, don't. The beach area was nice and yellow sand rather than black. The resort had a good amount of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. Alcoholic drinks in the hotel bars seemed reasonably priced.

We’ve just got back from a week self catering in a bungalow and we really enjoyed our stay to the point will be returning next year, the staff are all very lovely and have a smile every time you see them, they all work very hard and it shows in the facilities. The hotel wraps around the bay which is lovely and there are plenty of pools to chose from with a kids play area which holds events for them. We chose self catering because we have an 18 month old and didn’t think it would be worth all inclusive, however the facilities in the room for self catering are very poor to the point of impossible to cook a proper mealbut fine for very basic food so we ended up eating out most afternoons. When we did make something the price of groceries in the area is twice the price if not more of UK prices. 2 pink lady apples €4.05😮. Id recommend going All inclusive as we probably spent £5-600 on food and drinks in a week in total and we found the food better quality at the hotel than the surrounding area anyway, also and most importantly it has a good alcohol selection included.

If you felt that flying with Ryanair was amazing and wished they ran a hotel then you should book here now. If you have an actual brain then avoid at all costs. Shocking service from a hotel that’s too strict and corporate.
You get branded with an armband similar to (censored) and have to explain why you deserve a water with each meal if you have the wrong coloured band. My 3 year old niece tripped while she was running and her Dad asked for a cube of ice for her swelled lip. He was asked if he was ‘all inclusive’ by the barman. Other guests complained on seeing this behaviour.
It is just one example.

Ok I’m going to start with the positives!
Weather fantastic. Beds super comfy. Stunning views from balcony.
My critique is of the ‘self catering apartment’ we were only supplied with 4 knives 4 forks, 4 spoons, a 5ltr lidded casserole pan and 20 cm frying pan. There were plates, cups n saucers, a couple of cereal bowls. We had to ask for a toaster. In no way could this be considered self catering…. This is just a warning for others who like to prepare a simple snack or light breakfast…. Bring your own equipment! I would suggest:
Vegetable knife
Small plastic chopping board
Fish slice for fried eggs
Washing up liquid
Dishcloth
Tea towel
Plastic bowl for mixing scrambled eggs
Salt n pepper pots
Small frying pan
The above will really help you in the apartment, I know it might seem a bit of a bother, but it will make your stay a whole lot better.

I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the food was enjoyable, several aspects of the accommodation were unsatisfactory. The room was subpar, with the supposed double bed actually being two separate beds pushed together. Additionally, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom had a persistent, unpleasant odor, reminiscent of something rotten. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests’ experiences.
