From the moment we arrived for our honeymoon the staff couldn't do enough for us. Including moving me to an apartment that was more wheelchair accessible the following morning. Both apartments were identical. We received a warm welcome (staff are all fluent in English). The bell boy DAVID, took our luggage up. Check in was seamless, and quick. In the apartment a bottle of champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries, a artisnal chocolate bar, water, an assortment of Teas, and a contemporary coffe machine. All this was refilled daily minus the champagne. The kitchen is "fully loaded" and had everything you could need, pots, pans, cutlery, gadgets (too many to count) even a grill to cook outside, iron, dishwasher and washing machine that we needed it, there were a couple of excellent restaurants in the complex, and even more a short walk away. Inside the complex real thought has clearly gone into the menus at their restaurants to showcase the best of this islands regional produce, and we noticed a strong emphasise on organic produce. Some of which is even for sale as original souvenirs. The same went for the wines, with vanacular choices on offer. The assistant manager of Reception Alain, was exceptional. Such a friendly and professional guy. He ĥelped us alot by making recommendations, booking taxis, I skipped breakfast once, he asked his staff to call up to our appartment to ask if I was OK, and if he could send me some food instead if I wasn't feeling well. We've never rented apartments before, always picked to stay at a 5 star beach front on the island. I will never do that again. We found our happy place and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended. Our apartment was so cosy, with extra pillows, robes, and slippers. The daily house keeping to clean immaculately, and refill; fresh towels, all consumables in the kitchens and bathrooms. Nestled in a hillside, with a pretty much unobstructed view of the ocean on one side and the rolling hills on the other. It was situated less than a kilometre from the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. We didn't use the pools, the beach was so close. Hope you find this useful.

Recently stayed for 14 days. The place is certainly 5*. The breakfast was very comprehensive but being British I would have liked a warm plate for my full english and the eggs and bacon etc was a bit lukewarm. However, the staff make the place though, I have never been to a hotel where the staff were more friendly and welcoming. Fabio on reception was great, cound'nt do enough for us. However the star of the show was Vadim in the BB Lounge who was an outstanding host. Cannot wait to go back.

Lovely apartments, everyone that works there is very friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms are lovely, beds are too hard for me, would be nice to have a king size bed with one side hard one side soft or the options to ask for a memory foam topper. I also didn’t like the taking of £200 euros refundable deposit on arrival seemed a bit rude, but I understand why they do it I just didn’t like it. We had bed and breakfast we used the buffet restaurant loads of choice, the coffee could be better and the tea is English breakfast not my cup of tea, however you can take your own if you want to drink what you are used to. The pool was amazing no sore eyes and spotless. The gym looked out of this world from my front door lol, the paddle board courts and spin studio looked amazing. I almost wanted to use it, if you love your fitness you should definitely love the gym. I would definitely stay again!

Fabulous Hotel... we stayed for a week in October 2025, the hotel is simply superb, with great views over Adeje. Our suite (one of the smaller ones by all accounts) was a great size with an excellent sized balcony complete with loungers, table and seating. Full kitchen, double sinks in the bathroom, with separate shower and bath. Cannot fault the accomodation at all. Staff were all excellent, we were taken to our room on check in at 2.00am. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice and good coffee! Free car parking under the hotel for the days we hired a car. It's a bit of a walk up the hill to the hotel, but great for walking dinner off! I was surprised at the lack of USB charging availability which i would have expected of a hotel like this. Will definitely stay again if we go back to Costa Adeje.

The stay so far does not feel up to the standard of a five-star hotel. I am staying from November 11–19, and every single night I have had issues with the shower temperature. Despite reporting it each time, the problem has never been resolved. I keep being told that a technician will check it, either that night or the next morning, but nothing has changed. This has now happened five times. If it was not fixed the first few times, why is the same response being repeated??? Tonight, I had to walk to the hotel’s public shower room basically in the middle of my shower, with wet hair and my towel. This is making me very vulnerable and absolutely unacceptable for a FIVE-STAR HOTEL? I am concerned about they are incapable of providing effective, satisfying responses on my issue, or any other issues if they ever arise. The other facilities are great, especially the gym across the street and the room itself.
