Me and my partner stayed in the one bedroom panoramic villa and it was absolutely stunning. The villa was extremely well kept and clean, the service was amazing and the view was spectacular. We had a seafood barbecue dinner in the villa and the ingredients were so fresh, the food was great and the chef and our waiter Mr. Gede were very hospitable. I can’t wait to come back!

Everything was exquisite! The staff were absolutely amazing, impeccable service, friendly and warm. The Villas were a luxury paradise, peaceful, private and beautiful. The whole grounds with their stunning gardens and surrounds created a sanctuary of peace and rest.

We enjoyed our dinner date at Jumana immensely. The selection of food comes from multiple regions in Asia and everything we ordered from the Thai pineapple chicken to the Vietnamese spring rolls to the exquisite banana fritters for dessert were perfect. The cocktails were delicious as well. Most importantly the staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Special thanks to Rian our server that took excellent care of us. He was so wonderful and kind and we hope to visit again just to have this wonderful experience once more.

Very impressive Villa’s & styling, wonderful staff, superb location & ocean view. There is still work in progress with quite a few villa’s but the staff are very accommodating with any noise, so wouldn’t let that put you off. Only 1 restaurant open but great food. When the others open, will be great. Balinese are such warm & friendly people. Given the work in progress the price of the villa’s should probably be reflected in this period. Not all villa’s have a true ocean view as stated so would definitely check upon booking. Management are aware & note. When this is under Hilton management would recommend the hotel upgrade the toiletries to a luxury brand, thankfully I brought my L'Occitane products! 😊

It took me some time to come to the conclusion that 2 stars was a fair review for my stay at the Jumana. Our villa was absolutely beautiful, modern, with a big garden, an infinity pool. But that was the only good part of my 2 nights stay. The first day I wanted to relax in the garden with my partner and have a bottle of wine. The bottle smelled and tasted extremely bad that I wasn’t able to have more than a sip. I called the reception to change it and it took them 1h to get me a new bottle , i had to call them at least 5-6 times during this hour to follow up. This same afternoon while sitting in the garden we start hearing very loud construction noises which completely ruined our afternoon - this is unacceptable when they charge you so much for the night. Secondly, the staff is not trained to meet the expectations of 5 star hotels clients. They often don’t understand English or barely and they don’t know how to deal with any situation. Each time i called the reception for any type of request her answer was that she needs to “double check or ask her friend” and get back to me and they would never call back. I need to however mention that when I complained to Angelo , the manager , he tried to do everything in his power to improve our stay by offering a free breakfast and a free bottle of wine. I really appreciated and respected his gesture. Having nicely decorated villas with a pool and nice pictures online doesn’t make a hotel deserve 5 stars and this is the case for this hotel. I have traveled to so many 5 star hotels so I definitely know what to expect and this stay was so much below my expectations.
