We had the most amazing in-villa dining experience at the Banyan Tree Phuket, thanks to Dam and J. They created an unforgettable evening with their professionalism, warmth, and exceptional culinary skills. The barbecue setup was absolutely perfect — beautifully presented, fresh ingredients, and everything cooked to perfection. Dam and J made the experience feel truly special, paying attention to every detail and ensuring we were completely relaxed and cared for throughout the evening. Their friendly and professional manner added such a personal touch — it felt like a private fine-dining experience right in our villa. It was without a doubt one of the highlights of our stay, and we can’t recommend the in-villa dining experience enough. Thank you, Dam and J, for making our evening so memorable!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The service was exceptional, truly above and beyond. Every staff member was so friendly, approachable, and always smiling. One evening, after 10 p.m., I called the reception to ask if I could print a document and planned to come down to the lobby myself, but the receptionist insisted that there was no need- she printed it and sent it directly to my room. That level of care and attention really impressed me. I also loved the magical, village-like atmosphere. Riding the bicycles around the resort made getting around so easy, and it even felt like a fun little workout during the holiday! The gym was clean, well-equipped, and pleasant to use. The hotel is located quite far from central Phuket and most attractions, but we were aware of that and actually planned our trip accordingly. we split our stay between two hotels. This is definitely the place to come if you want to relax, unwind, and enjoy pure comfort rather than go sightseeing. We had a private pool in our room and honestly didn’t want to leave for a moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape!

I’m still in the middle of my stay but I just finished my first spa session. It was amazing ! I went with clarity about stiffness and pain in my back, neck and shoulders. And they had a package for that. My masseuse IM was so professional and skilled. She adjusted the pressure exactly to what I wanted, you could even feel minimal changes. The massage was so great. When you choose specific packages for focus areas of your body they don’t just do that they still give you a well rounded experience. They take you into a beautiful glass room for your massage and the room is surrounded by trees makes you feel like you’re getting a massage in a green house, they give you a foot scrub and sound therapy and then they end your experience with classic thai massage stretches and jasmine tea and a banana sweet ! 100 percent would recommend if you don’t know what you need there’s banyan tree special where they diagnose your body and recommend what to get.

The experience in Banyan Tree was really special. All the staff were gentle, kind, and always greeted with a smile. The pool villa was wonderful, the size was large, and the water was kept clean. I also liked the clean and well-maintained condition of the room. The meal time was hot because the restaurant was under construction, but the rice noodles and mangoes were the best. And the Banyan Tree Spa was fantastic. The receptionists were friendly and comfortable, and we moved to a really private room and had a great time. I am especially grateful to Ms. Tina and Ms. Peach for massaging me and my husband. They welcomed us with bright faces from the outset, kindly explained every step of the way and adjusted us to our condition. The massage intensity was also great and we were able to relax throughout our time. I really hope to visit again next time. Thank you for having a wonderful experience in Thailand.

Her attention to detail, care, and intuitive approach made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The service was flawless: kind, thoughtful, and deeply relaxing. The massage itself took place in a beautiful villa with serene, elegant interiors that added to the overall sense of calm. It was not only incredibly relaxing but also energizing. I left feeling both deeply rested and wonderfully recharged, a perfect balance of body and mind. Next time I visit, I will definitely ask to be booked with Khun Gift again. She is truly outstanding, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking top-level service and a memorable spa experience.
