Remarkable and unforgettable experience from the get-go. The hospitality at this hotel was second to none. Every attention to detail was thought of, from receiving jasmine flowers upon arrival to complimentary small gifts placed on our beds every evening. It was pure perfection and immaculate! The views from the hotel were outstanding from all directions. The Bangkok skyline was phenomenal. Furthermore, the food at both the breakfast buffet and the restaurant on the top floor were outstanding. All of the staff were so helpful, kind and welcoming. A huge thank you to Mr Chin who gave us tips and advice on places to visit. I have nothing but praise and admiration for such a well run hotel. We are definitely fans of The Banyan Tree hotel group and we will be back.

What an incredible experience staying at the magnificent accommodation. From the minute we arrived we were greeted by the lovely staff who were always so accommodating, friendly and would help in any way they could to help us enjoy our stay. I also celebrated my birthday whilst there and the beautiful staff brought me a gift and hand signed birthday card from their staff. The rooms and premises were stunning, luxurious and very comfortable and super clean! If you are traveling to Bangkok, then you MUST stay here at Banyan Tree. We will definitely be back! Everything was delightful from the moment we were welcomed into the hotel until we checked-out. The staff was always amazing. Food and drink plentifully available. Lots of options for breakfast and tea time. We had great massages at the spa on our first day to unwind from long travels. We will definitely book with Banyan Tree Bangkok again. The generosity of the staff cannot be overstated.

Wow, wow, wow! The Banyan Tree Bangkok is the perfect place to stay to enjoy everything that Bangkok has to offer. We have stayed a few times at this fantastic hotel and each time we have received exceptional service. From the moment you enter the hotel to the second you leave you will be treat with friendliness, helpfulness and kindness. I would strongly urge anyone to stay in a club access room if at possible. The club lounge offers service that I have not experienced anywhere else in the world. Nina and her experienced team will make sure that you are given a First Class service and they will do everything they can to ensure you have a bespoke experience. We enjoyed it so much that we have booked again.

For the price, the hotel was a great value considering its level of service and location. The toiletries are pleasant. Staff is very friendly and efficient. The rooms are large and nice. The rooms are not the level of new or luxury like the Waldorf or Rosewood but you are paying 1/3 the price. Excellent location near Silom area.
