One of the highlights was the complimentary 30-minute massage. We booked a couples massage and it was absolutely amazing. Both of our therapists took such great care of us — professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. They knew every pressure point and tailored the experience perfectly. It was so relaxing we honestly wished it could have gone on forever. The service throughout the hotel was warm and attentive, and the overall experience felt luxurious yet welcoming. The Banyan Tree in Bangkok is exceptional; it offers a level of service of the highest quality that goes far beyond the simple expectation of a pleasant stay. In fact, this hotel also delivers emotions. I received a very warm welcome, and the staff managed to have my room ready before the official check-in time since I was traveling with my young child. When I visited my room, I discovered that all my requests had been fulfilled: a high floor, far from the elevator, and a crib in the room. In addition to a welcome amenity left in the room upon arrival, they left a small gift on my bedside table every evening and showered my child with gifts and thoughtful attentions (soft toys and gentle body-care products). The water pressure and temperature were excellent both in the shower and in the bathtub; every day, four complimentary bottles of water are provided. Breakfast is wonderful—you can find everything you could possibly want, and the products are of excellent quality. Eggs are prepared fresh to order, and Romsai is a location that offers peace, serenity, and tranquility, with a view of a beautiful garden filled with plants, flowers, a lush fish pond, and lovely turtles. Among everyone, I would especially like to mention Ms. Aor: incredibly sweet, elegant in every single gesture, proactive, and polite. She is one of those people I will carry in my heart forever. We also went to the 59th floor for drinks and food at the bar: live music, a breathtaking view, and excellent service. I also remember very fondly Mr. Wut, the doorman, who kindly and discreetly asked us how our days had been. The booking phase and the email correspondence prior to our stay were fantastic, both in terms of response time and content. Every single person working in this hotel is always smiling and helpful, and I believe—as someone in the industry—that the General Manager must be extremely proud of them all. Congratulations; we will definitely return.

Amazing location and one of the most beautiful rooftop bars in the middle of Bangkok. The views are absolutely stunning, especially tonight when we came to see the blood moon. Watching it rise over the city skyline made the experience even more special. Khun Poo (ปู้) took wonderful care of us throughout the evening. He was incredibly attentive, warm, and welcoming. He even helped take photos for us with superb technique, capturing the moon and the city perfectly which made the night even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a magical rooftop experience in Bangkok.

A beautiful place with a wonderful atmosphere and a very pleasant crowd. It’s the perfect spot to relax and simply enjoy the moment. Special thanks to the waiter Poo — he was incredibly kind and attentive and even helped me take many beautiful photos. Even though I came alone, I felt very comfortable and completely welcome. This place truly has a warm and inviting vibe. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience at Saffron Thai Restaurant at Banyan Tree Bangkok. The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious—authentic Thai flavors, beautifully presented, and very satisfying. I would especially like to thank the staff member Mew, who provided outstanding service throughout the evening. She was very attentive, kind, and professional, which made our dinner even more enjoyable. I was truly impressed by her hospitality. A special highlight was the surprise birthday cake prepared for my friend. It was a wonderful and thoughtful touch that made her birthday celebration unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great Thai food, top-class service, and a memorable dining experience 🙏
