We booked this hotel with lot of expectation and it did live upto most of them except a few - 1. At the check in - it actually put us off for the rest of our stay. Inspite of paying a full advance for the rooms we were requested for a deposit to use hotel amenities. This came as a shocker from a five star hotel. On our refusal to leave a deposit, the staff agreed to do that with a condition to remove all the items from the room which included bar and snacks. Since we had no other choice than to accept what they did to us. 2. And then when we enter the room, we find a cockroach happily enjoying the fields star service in the room. Except for breakfast we didn’t have any meal or tried the in room dining but ofcourse the roof top bar is worth seeing from the hotel. The upgraded room on the 27th floor was spacious and the housekeeping staff would leave a fresh fragrance everyday which was quite good.

Arrival: We were warmly assisted upon arrival, and our luggage was sent directly to our room. Since we booked through Luxury Escapes, we were escorted to the Executive Lounge on Level 19, where we were offered welcome drinks and canapés — a lovely touch to start our stay. During the Stay: Our room was serviced daily with fresh towels, fruit amenities, and a thoughtful welcome token each night. A big thank-you to the housekeeping team of Banyan Tree for keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. Room: The room was spacious and clean. Although some areas, especially the bathroom, felt a bit dated, everything was well-maintained and comfortable. Breakfast: The continental breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Checkout: Checkout was smooth and efficient. The staff were professional and assisted us with our luggage down to the lobby. Overall: It was an unforgettable and luxurious experience. We will definitely come back to Banyan Tree Hotel

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the Banyan Tree Bangkok and would highly recommend it. The positives far outweighed the minor negatives. We were upgraded from a standard room to a massive suite (Room 2403), which was a fantastic surprise and made our stay feel very special. The bed was very good for sleep as it was the right amount of soft for a side sleeper like myself, and the club package was a great decision, making the stay convenient with easy access to breakfast and drinks. The service was truly incredible; the reception team, in particular, was extremely helpful when I lost my wallet, going to great lengths to help me get it back. We had a small maintenance issue with the bathtub which was quickly fixed, and it took a little while to get the AC temperature right on the first night. Despite the small hiccups, the quality of the room and the outstanding service made this a five-star experience.

Thanks to the handsome Korean staff, Jinho, we were able to finish our Thailand trip perfectly. When we arrived at the hotel for check-in, I suddenly realized that I had lost my passport. I was very worried and didn’t know what to do, but Jinho noticed right away and took action immediately. He contacted the previous hotel we had stayed at and helped me get my passport back safely. I was so relieved and grateful for his quick and caring help. I have stayed at many five stars hotels before, but this was the first time I experienced such thoughtful and detailed service during check-in. He was very kind and professional and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made us feel truly comfortable and welcomed. This is what a real five stars hotel should be like. I will definitely stay at Banyan Tree again next time. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We originally planned to go to another rooftop bar, but it was full — and we’re so glad it was, because that’s how we ended up at Vertigo! 😊 The staff were amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the location is absolutely perfect. Our waiter, Poo, was super friendly and made our evening even better. Big compliments to him and the whole team! 🌆🍸
