From the moment we arrived, the hotel exuded sophistication and comfort in equal measure.special thanks to Mr.Wat for his cheering welcome.The check-in process was seamless, with the staff offering a warm welcome and refreshing drinks. The room was nothing short of stunning. Spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, it featured plush bedding, modern technology, and a breathtaking view from the balcony. Every detail—from the soft lighting to the aromatic bath amenities—was clearly curated with care and luxury in mind,the hotel organized a birthday cake for my wife and surprised us with a beautiful decoration for that special occasion 😍 Dining at the hotel was an experience in it self ,we booked in the vertigo too in door restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it was an excellent evening ,the waitresses are kind and helpful,the food was excellent the atmosphere and everything. We tried the vertigo moon bar sky bar and it was even better,the staff took us a picture and offered it tous in a Nice card . Breakfast at the hotel was undeniably delicious. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared and well-presented.However, the variety was somewhat limited. While everything offered was tasty and satisfying, I would have appreciated a broader selection—especially for a hotel of this caliber. A few more international options or local specialties would have elevated the morning experience even further. From the moment we stepped into the rooftop paradise, we were blown away by the romantic ambience and stunning panoramic views of Bangkok—breathtaking doesn’t even begin to describe it. The ambiance is chic, romantic, and sophisticated—perfect for a special occasion. The soft lighting, skyline backdrop, and elegant decor created an atmosphere that was both intimate and luxurious. The food and cocktails was truly exquisite and exceptional. Each dish was a work of art—bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and prepared with incredible attention to details. Every bite was a delight, from the starters to the dessert. But what truly elevated our evening was the impeccable service. Dew Taii and Jimmy, our waitstaff for the evening, were beyond amazing. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, they made us feel so special—remembering our anniversary and going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. MUST STAY - we traveled from the US to stay in Thailand and absolutely LOVED this property. Everything from our room views, customer service, hotel amenities, rooftop views and bar, and location was spectacular. The hotel staff are incredibly kind and attentive and upgraded our room to a higher floor and a better view on their own. The rooftop has the best views of the city and was an unbelievable place to eat, drink and enjoy the sunset. Our room was incredibly comfortable and the location was great for walking around or taking a quick ride to see the sights. 10/10 and would love to come back someday!

Wow!!! 10/10 experience. We stayed here for a week with the club lounge access. We had the park view and it was so gorgeous. The service at Banyan tree bangkok was incredible from the concierge to reception to club lounge team! I wish I had everyones names to mention on the review. The club lounge perks are amazing, you have free flow beer between certain hours, cocktail hours and snacks throughout. The breakfast was 10/10 as well The room was so clean and well kept and spacious We loved the little gifts everyday!

Service: Impeccable. Our waitress, Film, read the table like a seasoned pro—appearing the second we needed something and vanishing just as quickly so we could enjoy our date. Manager Jim personally stopped by to check on us, sharing genuine enthusiasm for both the menu and our experience. It felt as though the entire staff was invested in giving us a night to remember.
