I had a lovely experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the perfect tone—warm lighting, tasteful decor, and music that added to the atmosphere without overpowering conversation. KARMKUNG Our waitress was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food selection was impressive, with plenty of options to suit a variety of tastes. I ordered the salmon, which unfortunately came out a bit dry. However, the staff handled it with professionalism and care, quickly offering a replacement without hesitation. The second dish was perfect and really showcased the kitchen’s capabilities. Overall, it was a delightful evening. Great service, great vibe, and a team that clearly cares about guest satisfaction. I’d definitely return.

Absolutely stunning rooftop with 360° panoramic views over Bangkok. We came here to enjoy the sunset — and even though the weather turned out cloudy, the scenery was still breathtaking. Truly one of the best rooftop spots in the city! Special thanks to our server Benz for the great service — friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The room was nothing short of stunning. Spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, it featured plush bedding, modern technology, and a breathtaking view from the balcony. Every detail—from the soft lighting to the aromatic bath amenities—was clearly curated with care and luxury in mind,the hotel organized a birthday cake for my wife and surprised us with a beautiful decoration for that special occasion 😍 Dining at the hotel was an experience in it self ,we booked in the vertigo too in door restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it was an excellent evening ,the waitresses are kind and helpful,the food was excellent the atmosphere and everything. We tried the vertigo moon bar sky bar and it was even better,the staff took us a picture and offered it tous in a Nice card . Breakfast at the hotel was undeniably delicious. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared and well-presented.However, the variety was somewhat limited. While everything offered was tasty and satisfying, I would have appreciated a broader selection—especially for a hotel of this caliber. A few more international options or local specialties would have elevated the morning experience even further. We had a two night stay with club lounge access. WHAT A STAY! the staff in the lobby were fantastic on arrival. The ladies in the club lounge were warm and welcoming at check in. Our room was excellent, clean and comfortable. I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday while staying and the staff went above and beyond!!! In the club lounge, Amy and colleagues brought out a cake and sang happy birthday to me. We then went to the roof top bar, Vertigo and Jane and her colleague brought out another cake and once again I got a round of happy birthday. I cannot speak highly enough about the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Thank you so much.

From the moment we stepped out of the elevator and into the sleek, mood‑lit space, every detail felt curated for a perfect evening out. Cuisine: Each plate was a highlight reel of flavors—creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We’re still talking about the melt‑in‑your‑mouth wagyu and the chili‑lime scallops that somehow balanced zing and richness in one bite. Dessert? Let’s just say we were scraping the plate clean. Service: Impeccable. Our waitress, Film, read the table like a seasoned pro—appearing the second we needed something and vanishing just as quickly so we could enjoy our date. Manager Jim personally stopped by to check on us, sharing genuine enthusiasm for both the menu and our experience. It felt as though the entire staff was invested in giving us a night to remember. Ambience & Music: Vertigo Too nails the atmosphere: a stunning panoramic view of Bangkok’s skyline, warm lighting, and a live DJ spinning soulful lounge tracks that set the perfect tone—energetic but never overpowering.
