From the moment we arrived, the hotel exuded sophistication and comfort in equal measure.special thanks to Mr.Wat for his cheering welcome.The check-in process was seamless, with the staff offering a warm welcome and refreshing drinks. The room was nothing short of stunning. Spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, it featured plush bedding, modern technology, and a breathtaking view from the balcony. Every detail—from the soft lighting to the aromatic bath amenities—was clearly curated with care and luxury in mind,the hotel organized a birthday cake for my wife and surprised us with a beautiful decoration for that special occasion 😍 Dining at the hotel was an experience in it self ,we booked in the vertigo too in door restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it was an excellent evening ,the waitresses are kind and helpful,the food was excellent the atmosphere and everything. We tried the vertigo moon bar sky bar and it was even better,the staff took us a picture and offered it tous in a Nice card . Breakfast at the hotel was undeniably delicious. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared and well-presented.However, the variety was somewhat limited. While everything offered was tasty and satisfying, I would have appreciated a broader selection—especially for a hotel of this caliber. A few more international options or local specialties would have elevated the morning experience even further. Absolutely impressed with the experience at this restaurant! Every dish was delicious, especially the lamb steak, which was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, juicy, and aromatic with spices, paired perfectly with the rich sauce. The dessert didn't disappoint either; the chocolate lava cake had a soft, smooth cake texture with an intense, flowing chocolate filling – simply divine! Another highlight was the Cabernet Sauvignon wine recommended by the restaurant; it was rich, smooth, and complemented the meal beautifully. The service from Film, Tai, and Chet was also lovely; they were friendly, attentive, and even surprised us with a cute couple photo. I'm so impressed that I definitely want to come back!

Supreme attention to and indulging of the customer. Top notch service, from our arrival where we had a separate check-in area and welcome, to the departure. Excellent spa experience, fantastic breakfast and rooftop views. They were out of a couple items at their restaurant (Vertigo) during an 8pm reservation, but the stunning views were the experience in itself. Great pool...overall a treat of a stay. I would return here without hesitation.

The whole experience was wonderful. They were so accommodating and our hosts Film & Dew were just incredible. Went above and beyond to show us a great time and all of this with the picturesque view over Bangkok from the 59th floor. Perfect. Will be back again.
