This is our second visit (and our children’s favorite resort in Thailand ). It was even better this time! There was plenty to keep everyone happy . The staff, as always, were delightful. Breakfast was outstanding. You are within easy reach of beautiful beaches and national parks. We had a great tour with Jungle Joe from Khao Lak Jungle Safari. We had a car so had fantastic tapas at MalaMar and Thai food at Jasmine restaurant but also ate in the hotel for 5 nights. A wonderful week! Thank you, Le Meridien!

I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed my stay. Upon arriving i was greeted by 2 staff who were friendly. Check in was fine and the staff also took me to my room. The room was big and clean. The bed and pillow was a little soft for my liking but no complaints. The bathroom was very spacious good lighting but would recommend another rail or 2 to hang towels. I pre booked a romantic dinner on the beach before my arrival. A few emails back and forth I chose the most expensive option out of 3. I chose this option as the set up decorations are the same on there website. With regards to this I recommend le meridien to have a photo of each set up decoration accompanying each package option to make it more clearer for the customer to know exactly what they are receiving. Also during my email communication they said due to bad weather they would move to do this in the beach grill restaurant but have no pictures of the set up. Again with this being a 5 star resort every customer should know what they are receiving with each package. The food was very good but unfortunately I did not receive the live crepe suzette flame presentation as stated in the many email communications Breakfast was ok many options but 2 things I would recommend. Add another table or work area to pour juices from the fridge as this area is too small with people waiting for coffee machine. Also another work table as the cooked food is in front of the order station and everyone just stands there making it very difficult to get food and Unnecessarily congested. Overall I had a good stay and would stay again but I think a few small details would elevate this hotel

Stunning hotel, friendly and helpful staff. We had the fully inclusive package which was brilliant. The food was actually exceptional and above expectations. The room was spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Plenty of bottled water provided in the room. We enjoyed the water sports equipment, pool bar, teen room, Le Scoop ice-cream bar and ping pong. The bicycles for hire were also great! The gym was well equipped and open 24/7.

Such a great stay! Beautiful property, so spacious, airy, and relaxing. Feels like you’re almost alone a lot of the time (we were there in June). The last few days there was big Indian wedding so lots of people everywhere, but it’s a big hotel. Rooms were immaculate, spacious, clean. Bathroom was huge, amazing shower pressure and AMAZING (!!!) shampoo and conditioner (my hair was soooo soft). Breakfast was awesome! Loved the eggs benedict, pancakes, and fried chicken was so good!! Keep in mind the beach has a lot of corals - we didn’t swim especially due to low season but it probably wouldn't have been nice due to the corals and shells. If you have kids that like playing at the beach etc this wouldn’t be the place for you. We had an issue with our room halfway through, and were quickly moved to a different one within minutes of mentioning it to the night manager. She was so kind and helpful. So that absolutely wouldn’t bring our 5 star review down to 4! Restaurants were good, loved the pizzeria. We ate there four times. We didn’t do all inclusive as we don’t drink so it wouldn’t have been worth it. We ate at the hotel every day and spent around 13.000 THB for the entire week (whereas all inclusive would’ve been around 35.000 THB). The location is far away from center, not really any 7/11 or restaurants within walking distance, so keep that in mind. There is a free shuttle to Khao Lak 3-4 times a week. We only used it once though, as we were fine staying at the hotel just relaxing. The games room is awesome too, spent hours playing ping pong, billiards and jenga when it was rainy. Thank you Le Meridien and hopefully will be back again one day!!

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The welcome and accommodation for a platinum member by Peach was the best. We greatly appreciated how he ensured we were going to have wonderful stay. The kids club is also excellent and our children didn’t want to leave. Breakfast buffet was also very diverse, fresh and always very good. We really enjoyed our stay here - thank you!
