I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and welcoming. A special thank-you to the incredible staff who made my stay unforgettable. Fanny and Salma were always friendly and helpful, making sure every detail was perfect. Nam provided excellent service and was always ready to assist with anything I needed. Lift was extremely professional and attentive, and Jenny greeted me with a smile every day and made me feel right at home. Their dedication and kindness truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a positive experience. I will definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at Bandara as a family of four with two young children aged 2 and 4. The views were stunning and the pools superb. We stayed in early december and the resort felt extremely spacious. Sunbeds were always available at all locations. The food in the restaurant was very good. The resort is a quick stroll from the Walking Street in Fishermans Village, however it is not a comfortable walk with a stroller since the street is very busy and the sidewalk not very good. Without a stroller you can walk by the beach instead, which takes just a couple of minutes! Staff was very friendly. We would love to return.

Absolutely incredible hotel. I stayed for two nights in a pool villa and it was the most awesome room I’ve stayed in - massive double cabana, plunge pool, even an outdoor shower and sunken bathtub. Four poster bed, amazing beach and pool area/gardens. The grounds are beautiful and staff super friendly and helpful. Food is great. Amazing location too. I loved it so much I decided to come back and stay for a few nights this week as I didn’t like my other hotel and this place is so special. Cannot recommend enough!

I guess this hotel clearly focuses on families. For them it’s fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it to guests without children. Pros: Very friendly staff, clean and very spacious rooms. Cons: The food was just okay — Asian food outside the hotel is much better. The room towards the pool (and without the loud kids it could have been nice). The gym is poor and mostly suitable for cardio only.

Overall we had a nice stay. Staff were pleasant at all times. My suggestion would be for more staff INTERACTION to make the place more welcoming. Although we are always greeted, it can come off as a bit fake as that is the only interaction. Pool towels should be more readily available. Only two spots to grab/return towels in the whole really long resort. Music should be up a little bit to add a vibe to the resort. Did not have much life. The beach bar has the potential to be a fun and vibrant spot at night but was dead quiet and boring so everyone went to bed. Suggest louder music, extend happy hour, have staff actually interact with guests not just hello and goodbye. Also suggest offering small snacks such as nuts & chips with drinks. We travelled around south east Asia, and Vietnam did this frequently. A nice touch keeping guests awake and spending! Overall a nice clean place with pleasant staff but it lacked a fun & interactive atmosphere.
