We had a wonderful stay at Bandara Resort in Koh Samui. The experience was excellent in every way. The location of the resort is unbeatable: in a peaceful area, yet easily accessible, with stunning views and surrounded by nature. The pools are beautiful and well maintained, offering both relaxing and family-friendly spaces. The beach, just steps away from the hotel, is simply paradise: fine sand, crystal-clear water, and a serene atmosphere. But what truly made our stay special was the outstanding service we received from Cleo. From the very beginning, Cleo was attentive, kind, and professional, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her warmth and dedication made us feel right at home. She is without a doubt a great professional and a true asset to Bandara. Thank you, Cleo, for making our stay even more special!

Super friendly staff - extremely welcoming and the food is amazing! The resort is close to fisherman’s village which is great. Tim was very helpful and offered us a late check out and the executive chef from the beach restaurant came and said hi to everyone dining which was very genuine and authentic. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for authentic Thai hospitality with a family friendly vibe.

Amazing resort with nice villas (we recommend the pool & plunge pool villas) located near Fishermen Village. Everything you need is close by. The Restaurant is at the beach with a great view and offers yummy Thai food. The resort is perfect for a family vacation - delicious kids menu, various pools, beach, kid's club, etc. Very friendly staff and exceptional guest relations service - special thanks to Kitti who makes every special request come true!

We had an incredible experience. Absolutely loved the hotel, the facilities and the wonderful friendly staff. We had our 2 little grandchildren with us and it was perfect for them. Lek is such an asset to the hotel. He helped us many times and the service he provided was exceptional He certainly goes over and above to serve his customers. Pom and Ping at the bar also provided great service and looked after us well. I don't know the name of the lady who cleaned our room but she worked so hard and was so lovely and friendly. The choice of food for breakfast is fantastic and we also went to the restaurant in the evenings - delicious menu and great service. Thai night was fabulous! Lovely swimming pools and grounds. Right on beautiful beach The location is perfect for strolling along the beach to the Fisherman's Village and also for visiting other locations around the island. Thank you for giving us such a lovely experience. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, very polite and helpful. The rooms were well equipped and had comfortable beds. But the best part of the hotel was the restaurant and bar facing the beach. We spent a lot of time there and really enjoyed it. The location is great as well. Just a 5 min walk along the beach to the Fisherman's Village main street.
