The location of the hotel was 5 stars. We were steps away from the Village so it was very convenient to walk to night market, restaurants and shopping. The hotel has multiple pools and great activities for the kids which was a huge plus for our family vacation and you are on the beach. It was an incredible location for all of our activities and needs. The staff was amazing. Kitti helped us book a great excursion and Rex was very helpful for arranging various necessities for the family trip such as paddle boards and Kayaks. My only complaint was the food. The kids didn't want to eat at the breakfast which was shocking to me since they get excited even for an Embassy Suites breakfast. It didn't help that our last hotel a few days before in a different city had an incredible breakfast buffet which they loved. I will say the beach bar and restaurants was a hit with the family. Their food was great.

We had a fantastic time at the Bandara Resort. From the first moment we set our feet there we felt absolutely welcomed. The family room is fantastic for children and there is any sort of amenities in the room to make the little ones happy. The resort is well maintained, immerse in the wild nature and all sort of flowers and beautiful trees. Several swimming pool including one designed for children and all facilities make this resort really comfortable because one can choose to spend time on the beach, on the swimming pool and move to another one anytime. There is always lounges and sunbeds available. There is also kids club, playground and a lot of toys for the kids as well as bar and restaurants to enjoy a drink and some food on the beach or on the swimming pool. Prices are a little more expensive than average inside the resorts but if you just walk out in few minutes you can get anything you need from food to pharmacy and souvenirs. We had a fantastic time and we wish we can come back again to this great resort in Samui.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Bandara Resort. Could not fault one thing! The food, the staff, the pools, the location - PERFECTION. Special mention to Ton, Diamond and Jasmine who made such an effort with our 2 young children. Mint in Shine Spa also deserves a mention. She gave me 2 amazing massages and a facial during our stay and they were the best I ever had. Thank you to everyone who made this a trip of a lifetime!

Bandara Resort and Spa was sensational. The grounds were kept beautiful, the breakfast was great with so many options to choose from. Our whole family absolutely loved our holiday. The only small thing, the mosquitos are extremely bad, the hotel does fog every Wednesday, however they seemed to find their way into the rooms all the time - this is not the hotels fault, but I would suggest guests purchase some fly spray for their rooms. Location was great, so close to Fisherman's Village markets, and some great restaurants. We had an amazing holiday, and cannot wait to return to Koh Samui, and Bandara Resort and Spa.

We had an awesome stay. Resort, staff, facilities were great. Nothing was to much trouble. Only thing would suggest, easier access for wheelchairs. But the staff were very helpful with this too. Helped down steps, front ramp, into van, and even special chair for around the pool.
