It's a very beautiful, idyllic area here. The hotel is close to the beach. The staff are very courteous and friendly, and they explain everything when you ask questions. The room with a balcony offers a view of the sea and the beautiful forest. Shops, Thai massage parlours and restaurants are within walking distance. I'm really enjoying my stay! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, my experience at Bandara Beach Resort was extremely disappointing and did not meet expectations at all. The hotel significantly exaggerates both its sea view and its level of luxury, as the reality is far from what is advertised. Regarding pricing, after a more accurate and complete evaluation, I believe the hotel is worth no more than 40–50% of its current price at most, especially when compared to other hotels in Phuket that offer far better cleanliness, service, and facilities. The property is very small and clearly old. The rooms are cramped, and both the bedrooms and bathrooms are narrow and uncomfortable, making the stay far from relaxing. Upon arrival, there was no bellboy waiting at the entrance. However, after requesting assistance from the reception, one staff member did help us with our luggage. Even so, the level of welcome and preparedness is far below what is normally experienced at other hotels in Phuket. The so-called views mostly overlook old houses and rooftops, which is neither attractive nor suitable for a hotel marketed as a beachfront resort. In addition, there are no suitable or appealing views for photography, which is very disappointing. The beach itself is not clean and full of seaweed, which significantly reduces the enjoyment of sitting by the beach or swimming. The beach seating area is very limited and small. Despite arriving in the afternoon — not during peak morning or sunbathing hours — seating availability was still extremely restricted. Another negative point is that the hotel’s beachfront restaurant and/or café located on the ground floor requires a minimum spend of 1,500 to 2,000 THB to sit at the front-row or second-row tables, which feels unreasonable and inconvenient for hotel guests. Additional issues include: • The air-conditioning unit is located on the small balcony, placed very close to the seating chair, making the balcony uncomfortable and almost unusable. • An unpleasant smell in the elevator. • Spiders were noticed within the hotel premises. • The electrical outlets are very old, which does not match a hotel claiming luxury standards. • The room door requires strong force to close properly, which is inconvenient and unacceptable. The price of a Standard Room was 15,668 THB for two nights, which is completely unjustified considering the overall condition of the hotel and the experience provided. To be fair, the hotel did offer us a complimentary drink and a free dinner at check-in, which is appreciated; however, this gesture does not compensate for the overall experience or the number of issues encountered during the stay. Overall, this hotel fails to deliver on its promises in terms of luxury, views, cleanliness, service, and value for money. I would not recommend it, especially when there are many far better options available in Phuket at similar or lower prices.

2 Adults and one small child. Great place to be. Super salt water pool on the rooftop with superb view over the bay and the sea 3 storey away. Shallow and not busy at all. Breakfast not great! Scrambled eggs can be much better prepared...Personal typically Thai always trying to serve your needs and really kind😉👍 we liked it and would come again. Thanks for the hospitality.

The hotel looks nice, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The area itself is very quiet, which can be pleasant if you are looking for a relaxing stay. However, we were happy that we only stayed for three nights. If your room is located next to the street, it can get very noisy because motorbikes and cars pass by frequently and the engines are quite loud. I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs. On the beach there are no free umbrellas, and in the morning it is already difficult to find a shady spot. The pool area is decent, but even there it can sometimes be hard to find a free sunbed during busy hours. As part of our booking we were offered one hour of free paddleboarding. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a negative experience. When we received the paddleboard, the staff handed us the safety leash only once we were already in the water, so we did not check it beforehand. Later we noticed that the rope was broken. It clearly wasn’t new, which they stated, it was yellowish and worn from long use in the sea. In the end, we had to pay 500 Baht for the damage. When we mentioned the situation at the reception, they immediately offered that we could pay the amount directly there, which made the situation feel questionable. They said they could check again, but we eventually paid the fee. Our advice for future guests: Carefully check any equipment before using it, even if it is offered for free. In our case, the “free” paddleboard ended up costing us money.

A place was lovely. Clean, modern with beautiful pool and location few meters from the beach. Room had everything we needed, spacious. Nicely decorated lobby, great staff. Breakfast was good, great variety and delicious food. The only negative thing was experienced with Flamingo beach club the hotel partnering with. The food was not good and they made unpleasant surprise with extra charges - as per them due to 1 st of Jan - when their menu and online menu had mentioned regular prices. no one was informed about it even the hotel employees
