The rooms are very nice and spacious. I like that the refrigerator was empty so we were able to put our drinks to chill. Check in was at 4pm we got there at 5 pm and the check in line is crazy long took 40 mins to check in. The hallways to get to your room feel very hot & humid.

Location was perfect, right on the strip. Staff was friendly. The room was beautiful with an amazing view. The only thing is the hotel is a bit outdated. The vent from the room was a bit rusty and some paint seemed to be peeling from some of the furnitures. The style is also a bit outdated. The rotating small mirror on the table was dusty on the sides but these were all minor details. Overall, it was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Keep in mind check in is at 4 and unlike other hotels, you really need to be there at 4. You have to pay if you want to check in early even if It's for one hour early. I am used to hotels letting us chek in early for free as long as the room was available but if It's their policy, then that's the way it is so keep that in mind....but there is also free storage so you can leave your luggages and explore until It's time to check in. I would definitely book it again.

The pros: incredible location on the center strip, a smaller sized, but manageable casino that doesn't make you feel overwhelmed, a great selection of restaurants and shops out front. The windows are thick and AC runs nice and cool. The cons: a nice hotel, but not luxury. You're there to sleep there and go out about your day. No in-room coffee and tea maker. The scent used to help disguise the smoke in the casino smells like heavy cologne and is extremely bothersome in parts of the lobby and lobby elevator bank.

We didn’t encounter any issues at all. Check-in was simple. The hotel could use some updating/freshening up. The bed was comfortable, clean and had a hot shower. The location was great! All staff that we encountered were friendly and knowledgable. I would stay here again.

Shady people charged me a late checkout fee and said I left the room at 3pm when I left at 11am. Lmao. Be careful they’ll just charge your card for no reason then you have to file a complaint to have an investigation done. Straight up thieves. Be careful with this company they have really gone downhill. They are going to new lows. Corporate clowns on crack. I’d avoid all caesars properties. You can’t even get through to front desk. They have some barrier in an out of country call center. Watch out if you don’t check out manually and just leave your room, which is how I normally do without issues. They’ll make their own story of when you checked out just to charge your card. Be very very careful
