Booked two rooms three months in advance, requested connecting rooms or adjoining rooms. This was on weeknight stay with no major events scheduled. Forced to use automated check in kiosk even though I questioned weather kiosk would be able to address unique request, was told kiosk could address any issues. Kiosk proceeded to locate my two requested connecting rooms on two different floors. After then standing in line to speak to a human was informed no connecting rooms were available. They did at least locate my two rooms on same floor. One of the two rooms smelled like it was used as a smoking room for maybe a dozen chain smokers in spite being listed as a non smoking room complete with placard warning me of a $500 fine if room was smoked in. Front desk offered to have house keeping spray air freshener as the solution. Second room had zero toilet paper in bathroom, called house keeping to rectify, was told via text it would be taken care of, four hours later after returning to room still had no toilet paper. Second call to house keeping was required. Paid extra for south facing views hoping to have fountain views as well as avoid road noise from Flamingo Rd. View was a rooftop and the parking garage. Did have very comfortable beds. Would never choose Horseshoe location again due to many better options in the same price range.

I stayed here for an event so someone else chose and booked the hotel for me. I read the reviews the night before flying in and found the negative reviews to be true after getting to my room. The room was very dirty. There was old, spent hard candy and chapstick on the floor. The linens were covered in dust. It became very obvious during the day. The cleaning crew and/or their management needs retraining. There is a security checkpoint before the elevators where you are asked to show your room key yet the guard on duty only seemed to check minorities from my observations. Further, the check is a quick visual for whether or not you reach into your pocket. Why bother doing it at all since anyone can make or get a hold of these keys quite easily or feign motion. Other than the location, this hotel has nothing going for it. I wouldn't stay here again. If you want a clean place to lay your head, there are plenty of other options at various price points.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The location of this hotel is pretty central, close and walkable to everything. The room was spacious. The mirror feature with the light in the bathroom is a nice touch for the ladies to get ready. We didn't get a view for our room though, but that wasn't a deal breaker. My only complaint was the smell when you first entered into the building. My nose is quite sensitive, so the smell is a little too strong for me. You get used to it after awhile though. Overall, I would say this hotel is quite good for its value. Definitely recommend.

Rooms are large, but dated. Room cleaning service is good. There are minor issues with the room. Shower door leaks at bottom, so water always escapes and West the outside of the shower. Extra towels on the floor to soak up the water is the solution. Water temperature changes during shower use, it's hot, than warm then back to hot. Mini fridge is convenient, but no accessible control to change temperature. My fridge ran extremely cold almost freezing my medications. No smart TV, and available channels are poor. Beds felt hard, and pillows lumpy. Casino air is ugly, full of cigarette smoke and cheap smelling air freshener. Food is expensive, with Subway being the lowest price option. Check in and out was simple with the Caesars App. The monorail station at the back of the hotel is convenient if you need to get to locations further north on the strip.

We were very happy with our room. We originally booked a room but when I booked it I was told they only had "pet-friendly" rooms available. So I booked it hoping there would be a different room available once we arrived. Thanks to the receptionist at the front desk (Lena)she was so helpful and was able to upgrade our room to an executive suite with the sphere view. It was so nice the view was perfect and the room was great!!. The hotel itself is very nice, lots of places to eat and the arcade was pretty fun. I would book another room there again. 👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
