Location was perfect, right on the strip. Staff was friendly. The room was beautiful with an amazing view. The only thing is the hotel is a bit outdated. The vent from the room was a bit rusty and some paint seemed to be peeling from some of the furnitures. The style is also a bit outdated. The rotating small mirror on the table was dusty on the sides but these were all minor details. Overall, it was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Keep in mind check in is at 4 and unlike other hotels, you really need to be there at 4. You have to pay if you want to check in early even if It's for one hour early. I am used to hotels letting us chek in early for free as long as the room was available but if It's their policy, then that's the way it is so keep that in mind....but there is also free storage so you can leave your luggages and explore until It's time to check in. I would definitely book it again.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. I like that the refrigerator was empty so we were able to put our drinks to chill. Check in was at 4pm we got there at 5 pm and the check in line is crazy long took 40 mins to check in. The hallways to get to your room feel very hot & humid.

Bad business, bad hospitality, and the manager was no help what so ever. I'm a regular at MGM casinos and Las Vegas and this is my first time and last time staying here. First of all I got my room inexpensively on Expedia because they had many rooms available, when I show up at 11:00 a.m. they won't check me in until 4:00 p.m. and if I want to check in they said that they will have to charge me $50. Knowing that they have rooms available, that my room is available and that I have been in Vegas for a week and a half at top tier resorts and have gone out of my way to spend my harder money and try other hotel for the first time. I asked to speak to a manager, he spoke down to me, he raised his voice, and was a little bit narcissistic. Telling me that all hotels do this when that's a flat out lie and not true. MGM will go out of their way and check me in at 10:00 a.m. if they have a room available. The reason why I reaching out and mentioning this because this is corrupt business. You don't want to check me in until 4:00 because they want me to go out and about and spend my money in their hotel, And they will only check me in if I give them $50. The pool is not open and available, my room smells like chemicals and I was forced to spend the $50. Manager would not help me, he said there was nothing they can do he said it's business protocol. I highly recommend that nobody stays this hotel, it's a bad business, they're not here for you, they're here for your money. Shame on this hotel. I was tired, I needed to rest and this was going to be my first time and a new beginning but now it's going to be the first time staying here and my last time same here. Bad business I do have to go out of my way and thank Lucy, at the front desk. She was very kind she was very courteous she was a very great help and she was able to explain everything properly and professional. She deserves a raise 🙌

We went to the speakeasy inside the cabinet lounge! It was amazing! They made a drink customized to how we were feeling that night! I don't like alcohol and I finished my 2 drinks before my husband! The bartender shared some secrets about our drinks as well! 10/10 must do!

We didn’t encounter any issues at all. Check-in was simple. The hotel could use some updating/freshening up. The bed was comfortable, clean and had a hot shower. The location was great! All staff that we encountered were friendly and knowledgable. I would stay here again.
