Thank you Bali Tropic. We had the most relaxing and enjoyable time. We got the all inclusive and it was fantastic value. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. We had Chicka as our main pool bar man and he was awesome. He was very friendly and interested in your story and made the best cocktails ever. We can't wait to come back next year.

This place is an absolute gem! The place is well kept, fruit trees everywhere. Staff are amazing, helpful and very courteous. We booked the double room and it is amazing! Huge squeaky clean bedroom with king bed. The decors and style of architecture is so Balinese and beautiful. Hot tub is a good size. Rooms are soundproofed and barely heard anything coming from outside. Quiet place to relax, sit by the huts on the beach or jump in the pool with a bar. The amenities are amazing! They have a decent gym, pool activities, bikes for rent, spa, arcade, clinic, restaurant on site, breakfast buffet, kids playroom, scuba lessons and water sports. Overall, this place is perfect, cannot fault anything. Very highly recommended and worth the money! We will definitely be back.

Great resort with nice pool area on the beach. Rooms are very large and in Balinese style. All staff are genuinely friendly and helpful and seemingly loving there work. Buffet breakfast is fantastic - with huge variety. It is older and shows its age in some places - but if you're looking for value for money and a nice relaxing, unpretentious place to stay this is it. If you're nit-picky maybe not.

Our experience in this hotel was perfect.
We really liked the location of the hotel and its typical tropical charm.
we spent ten exceptional days. the employees are all very nice, helpful and polite.
but an employee named "chika" stood out and made our stay even better. he is attentive to detail, he is interested in customers, their first names, activities carried out during the day etc. He is a model employee that we have rarely seen in France

Old, smelly and well below average
Just checked out (early) from this hotel after a short and unpleasant stay-
General:
This is in no way a 5 star hotel. It is 2 star, maybe 2.5 at best. It’s very old and worn out in every way. Most things are noticeably damaged-chipped-faded. The room towels are practically disintegrating they are so worn out.
Service:
Very slow check in. We spent nearly an hour waiting and they didn’t provide updates. Then they gave us the wrong room type and said we’d have to wait another hour for the right room to he cleaned.
They took our bags and didn’t let us know where they were. Later they only brought half of them so had to go and find the others. Clearly no organised approach to luggage storage or handling here.
Room and facilities:
Electrical issues in the room. The lights would cut out / blow fuse and they’d need to be reset.
Room was very musty and smelled of mould. There is minimal soundproofing, we constantly heard the guests above us walking heavily and loudly throughout the night.
Pool like everything seems very old and isn’t in good condition. There is an incredibly strong chlorine smell to the point that it is unpleasant to even stand next to it, let alone swim in it.
Only one good thing I would note is that the restaurant staff were lovely. Service from other teams (front desk and porters) was poor but I can only say good things about the restaurant team. Very sweet and attentive.
