This place is an absolute gem! The place is well kept, fruit trees everywhere. Staff are amazing, helpful and very courteous. We booked the double room and it is amazing! Huge squeaky clean bedroom with king bed. The decors and style of architecture is so Balinese and beautiful. Hot tub is a good size. Rooms are soundproofed and barely heard anything coming from outside. Quiet place to relax, sit by the huts on the beach or jump in the pool with a bar. The amenities are amazing! They have a decent gym, pool activities, bikes for rent, spa, arcade, clinic, restaurant on site, breakfast buffet, kids playroom, scuba lessons and water sports. Overall, this place is perfect, cannot fault anything. Very highly recommended and worth the money! We will definitely be back.

Great resort with nice pool area on the beach. Rooms are very large and in Balinese style. All staff are genuinely friendly and helpful and seemingly loving there work. Buffet breakfast is fantastic - with huge variety. It is older and shows its age in some places - but if you're looking for value for money and a nice relaxing, unpretentious place to stay this is it. If you're nit-picky maybe not.

We really liked the location of the hotel and its typical tropical charm.
we spent ten exceptional days. the employees are all very nice, helpful and polite.
but an employee named "chika" stood out and made our stay even better. he is attentive to detail, he is interested in customers, their first names, activities carried out during the day etc. He is a model employee that we have rarely seen in France

While I appreciate the captivating Balinese architecture and the delightful tropical ambiance, I observed a misalignment between the pricing and the overall value provided. The facilities and services, in my opinion, fall short of justifying the current price point.
One specific area that could benefit from improvement is the breakfast buffet. The quality of the food, ranging from eggs to pastries, did not meet the expected standard given the premium associated with the resort. Enhancing the culinary offerings could significantly elevate the overall guest experience

I’ve stayed with my family at this property for 10 days. There is very pleasant environment where you can experience the true Balinese culture and architecture. Hotel staff is very attentive and very positive. Hotel has really good breakfast, nice swimming pool, inner restaurants and cafes with many interesting performances, you will enjoy a lot. I would highly recommend the spa at the hotel where you can get many kinds of massages, facial care procedures, etc. Trust me, you will enjoy it very much.
What they need to fix are:
1.a very poor internet connection at the property
2. better to bring your own towel in the swimming pool, coz sometimes they provide the towel looks dirty.
