We had a wonderful stay at Bali Rani Hotel and would happily stay again. The hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and feels much quieter and more personal than some of the larger resorts in Kuta. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always friendly, attentive, welcoming and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. The pool was a huge hit with our children and became one of the highlights of our trip. The location is excellent, close to everything while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. It’s great to see the hotel gradually renovating rooms and updating the property. The renovated rooms look fantastic and are a wonderful improvement while still maintaining the charm of the hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making our family feel so welcome. Your kindness and hospitality helped make our Bali holiday truly special. We look forward to returning in the future. Special shoutout to Dianna for making our honeymoon suite lovely and Gusti the Gardner was so pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at Bali Rani Hotel. The location is perfect — close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the airport, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made my daughters birthday memorable with cake and decorations .Was nice and sweet of them The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing after a day exploring Bali. Breakfast had a great variety of food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and authentic. Excellent value for money and a great choice for anyone visiting Bali. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The most perfect location, wonderful people and a fabulous stay. The rooms are large and clean, possibly a little tired but nothing that hinders your stay. We had an issue with our shower, for some reason it just didn't get warm but the water in the sink was fine. We asked at reception who sent someone up to try and fix the problem... Nothing changed but they did try to and in all honesty, the cooler water was refreshing as it was so humid outside the room. The breakfast was interesting, food was great, freshly made and always replenished no matter if you arrived five mins before closing time. The reception staff, security and room attendants were just outstanding. So friendly, welcoming and just filled our hearts with joy when ever we interacted with them. The restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't great but staff were again lovely. We spend Christmas and New year here and I can honestly say, we've been very lucky and travelled around the world over this festive period for many years, both my husband and I agreed this has been the friendliest and almost spiritual holiday we've ever had. Just one thing, the hair dryer is in the bathroom, I would have preferred it in the main room. Thank you so much Bali Rani, thank you Bali.

We had a great time at this hotel! All the staff was super friendly and the service from members like Indha and Suji was excellent :) Its in a wonderful location giving easy access to important places like souvenir shopping and local stores. Really was very enjoyable and will definitely recommend to visitors of Bali 🫶

Very Disappointing Experience We stayed at Bali Rani Hotel during our honeymoon, and the experience was honestly very disappointing. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but in reality it feels like a basic 3-star. Rooms, service, and facilities did not meet the expectations. The biggest issue was the spa inside the hotel. We booked a Foot Spa, which normally includes soaking, scrubbing, and proper spa treatment. But they only gave a simple foot massage, nothing else. When we questioned them, the staff spoke in their local language in front of us and refused to accept their mistake. We felt cheated and disrespected, especially because the price was high for what they gave. This ruined our experience and left a very bad impression. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for couples or honeymooners. There are much better options in Kuta for the same price or less. Very disappointing.
