We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. Jfree helped me plan everything from Melbourne — I truly couldn’t have done it without him. His organisation and attention to detail made the celebration absolutely perfect. Padmi from the outdoor bar was magnificent — her customer service was outstanding, and she made us feel so welcome every day. All the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. The live entertainment hosted by Jfree was incredible and added so much fun to our nights. Overall, a fantastic resort with amazing people who really care about their guests. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa has been nothing short of incredible, and it is without a doubt one of the most family-friendly and welcoming resorts we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. Every single team member went above and beyond, always smiling, always kind, and always ready to help. The warmth and hospitality here is unmatched it doesn’t feel like a resort, it feels like a home away from home. Travelling with children can sometimes be challenging, but Bali Mandira made it effortless. The staff were unbelievably attentive and loving toward our kids always greeting them, engaging with them, and making them feel so special. It meant the world to us as parents to see our children so happy and comfortable throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautiful. The grounds are lush and immaculately maintained, the pools are perfect for both adults and kids, and the beachfront location is unbeatable. Being able to walk straight onto the beach, enjoy sunsets, and relax by the pool with ocean views was a dream. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared every day. Housekeeping did an amazing job, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Everything felt easy, calm, and well organised. The food and drinks were fantastic, with plenty of options for both adults and children. Breakfast was always a highlight, and the restaurants and bars offered a great variety throughout the day. A very special mention must go to some truly outstanding staff members who made our stay even more memorable: • Lestari, Widaya and Wiwin (our absolute favourite person ever) in Food & Beverage — your kindness, care, and attention never went unnoticed • Adi at Azul Beach Club — thank you for the amazing service and warm hospitality • Uncle Jefferey and Thomas the singer in Entertainment — you brought so much joy and energy to our nights • Gede, Ayu, and Adi in Customer Service — thank you for always being so helpful, patient, and genuinely caring • Alissa, Claudia, and Marcela in the Kids Club — thank you for looking after our children with so much love, patience, and fun. Knowing our kids were happy and safe made our holiday even more special. What truly sets Bali Mandira apart is the people. The kindness, patience, and genuine care shown to our family is something we will never forget. You can tell the staff take pride in what they do, and it reflects in every interaction. We are leaving with full hearts, incredible memories, and the absolute certainty that we will be back. Thank you, Bali Mandira, for such a beautiful stay and for making our family feel so welcome. A Magical Wedding Week at Bali Mandira – Exceptional Service From an Exceptional Team We celebrated our wedding week at Bali Mandira, and the entire experience was nothing short of incredible. From check-in to check-out, from breakfast to lunch, every moment was handled with care, warmth, and professionalism. We had around 30 guests staying at the resort, including older family members and guests who needed a little extra assistance, and the staff made sure every single person felt supported, comfortable, and looked after. Nothing was ever too difficult. On behalf of my husband Caleb and I, as well as all of our family who joined us this week, we want to extend our deepest gratitude. Dear Arif, your kindness, attention to detail, and constant check-ins truly made our stay unforgettable. You went out of your way to ensure our older guests were comfortable and attended to, and it meant so much to us. A huge thank you to the reception team – Ariffith, Adi, Dira, Ayu, and Tri – for always serving with a smile and helping our group navigate everything with ease. Your patience and organisation made the week seamless. We also want to acknowledge our amazing housekeeping team, especially Aditya, Arik, and their crew, who kept our rooms spotless and always greeted us with such warmth. Their care was felt every day. For many of our family members, this was their first time in Bali, and their experience was so special because of the beautiful hospitality shown by the entire Bali Mandira team. Very nice hotel. We stayed here the week before Christmas and really enjoyed ourselves. Our grandchildren loved the kids club, pool and water slides. We loved that the hotel staff (especially the wonderful Sri) went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We will absolutely be back next year.

I have 2 young children. The hotel is fabulous for them. I stayed from 12-15 Nov 25. From the sands to the pool and water slides. The restaurant in the hotel is very accommodating too. My child has food allergy. The restaurant and staff Celagi make special food arrangement for my son. The chief service staff and all the other staff were fantastic. Excellent service rendered throughout our stay in Mandira. Housekeeping kept the room (510) in super clean condition. Fantastic job by the staff here in Mandira. I will bring my family back here again.
