A Magical Wedding Week at Bali Mandira – Exceptional Service From an Exceptional Team We celebrated our wedding week at Bali Mandira, and the entire experience was nothing short of incredible. From check-in to check-out, from breakfast to lunch, every moment was handled with care, warmth, and professionalism. We had around 30 guests staying at the resort, including older family members and guests who needed a little extra assistance, and the staff made sure every single person felt supported, comfortable, and looked after. Nothing was ever too difficult. On behalf of my husband Caleb and I, as well as all of our family who joined us this week, we want to extend our deepest gratitude. Dear Arif, your kindness, attention to detail, and constant check-ins truly made our stay unforgettable. You went out of your way to ensure our older guests were comfortable and attended to, and it meant so much to us. A huge thank you to the reception team – Ariffith, Adi, Dira, Ayu, and Tri – for always serving with a smile and helping our group navigate everything with ease. Your patience and organisation made the week seamless. We also want to acknowledge our amazing housekeeping team, especially Aditya, Arik, and their crew, who kept our rooms spotless and always greeted us with such warmth. Their care was felt every day. For many of our family members, this was their first time in Bali, and their experience was so special because of the beautiful hospitality shown by the entire Bali Mandira team. The food was amazing, the resort was spotless, and the atmosphere was perfect – but it is the staff who make this place truly exceptional. We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. Jfree helped me plan everything from Melbourne — I truly couldn’t have done it without him. His organisation and attention to detail made the celebration absolutely perfect. Padmi from the outdoor bar was magnificent — her customer service was outstanding, and she made us feel so welcome every day. All the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. The live entertainment hosted by Jfree was incredible and added so much fun to our nights. Overall, a fantastic resort with amazing people who really care about their guests. Highly recommend!

I stayed recently with my group in your fantastic hotel (deluxe cottages) during 4 nights. From the large and delicious morning brekafast to the magnificent Glow Spa, everything has been a superb experience. Tri from reception has been really kind and she taught us a super yoga lesson in the morning by the pool. at 07:00 in the morning. If you want to be in Legian, Bali Mandira is your place to feel like at home away from home. Matur Suksma

We had another wonderful stay at the Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa. Having visited before, we’ve always found the staff to be pleasant and very helpful, and this visit was no different. From the moment we arrived, Ayu gave us a warm welcome, and throughout our stay the entire team was attentive and friendly. Perfect and enjoyable stay! Fantastic kids club, pool, great location near shops and restaurants, lovely, welcoming staff and very comfortable rooms with a beautiful shower. Buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had! We will be back and highly recommend to others.
