If you choose to go all-inclusive at Bali Mandira Beach Resort and Spa, the package generally consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, refreshments, soft drinks, beer, spirits, etc are served from 11:00-22:00 (except during meal times).

The hotel went above and beyond for my birthday and organized a complimentary cake & bouquet of flowers. The rooms had ample space with the right amount of amenities. Replaced bottles of water daily as well as housekeeping of the room. The breakfast was mediocre for a 4/5 star hotel. The location is great for a short walk to local shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs. Also located right across the road from Kuta Beach, where there was a pedestrian person at all times of the day 💯. For safety, the guards would check all vehicles at the boom gate with a handheld mirror checking for dangerous attachments before letting them in 💯. The hotel is very family oriented and kid friendly. The hotel has a large slide in the pool for kids of all ages (young & young at heart 🥰)

Fantastic hotel, great location and in beautiful grounds.Staff all very friendly, ate breakfast in main restaurant and food in Club Azul. All good and pretty good value. Adult only pool perfect, other pools lovely too. Beach not as lovely as expected, a lot of rubbish. Room really good, was afraid it would be claustrophobic as no balcony but not so. Very clean and well equipped. Everything closed at 11pm.

This hotel and resort boasts an amiable staff and excellent facilities. There's a spacious pool on the ground floor with a bar, as well as a smaller adult pool upstairs with available cabanas. Towels are provided, and the deluxe ground room features a bathroom with both a shower and a bath. While the rooms appear a bit dated and have some issues with plug points, the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The cocktail prices are reasonable, and the resort is conveniently located across the road from the beach, offering a beautiful view marred only by the presence of plastic litter. Money changers are within walking distance, and there's an inexpensive laundry service outside the hotel. With numerous dining options in the area, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

I needed a place with decent internet for a job interview. I went around and asked different places and they said the internet with them was good so I booked. Could barley do the interview with sound, no video. When I arrived there was no power in my room, they fixed it in 20 min so not the biggest issue, but why not check the room before guests arrive. The pool was nice and the location really depends what you're looking for but it's nice and quiet.

We stayed 9 nights at Bali Mandira in December '23. Our first room had an overwhelming mould smell coming from the air conditioning system. So we asked for a different room. At 11pm we were finally given a new room one floor up that had a strong lemongrass smell, which was masking the same strong mould smell as the first room. Otherwise the hotel was great! The staff were nice, the pool was awesome and the breakfast was next level! Not sure if we'd stay again, definitely not in that part of the resort. Maybe in one of the individual villas that don't share a central air conditioning.
