The most beautiful and clean hotel! Great views and stunning rooms, originally booked a mountain view but got a sea view which was a plus! Friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast can be a bit samey but still good, can be slightly busy between 8-9. I would 100% stay here again, perfect location with some fantastic restaurants in walking distance and a mall nearby! 🌞

Enjoying a wonderful stay here for the first time. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Inside and outside pools very well kept. Breakfast has everything, it’s extensive for every taste. It’s a 2 mile walk into Funchal centre but the hotel offers shuttle buses and the local buses are frequent and easy to use, €1.95 per person per trip. Highly recommend. Lovely view of the sea at breakfast.

Generally a really nice hotel, pool is a little to shallow but doesn't stop you having a swim. Good entertainment and nice food and drink, some of the bar staff are rude and could do with some intervention from the hotel manager in particular Pedro is extremely rude. But all in a great experience

I highly recommend this hotel. When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready as we were early checking in but it didn't take long and while we waited we had a lovely welcome drink. The staff are absolutely amazing. Very friendly and are available for whatever you need. The waiting staff are so helpful and friendly, always on hand if you need anything. The bar staff are friendly and chatty even though they were busy. The room we had was a sea view room and it was lovely. Waking up and seeing the sea every day was amazing. The room was spacious and so clean. It was cleaned every day to a high standard with a towel and bed linen change if you wanted it. Pool towels were supplied which is always a bonus. We had bed and breakfast and there was always plenty of choice no matter what time you had breakfast. We also had the buffet one evening, so much choice and great value for money. 30 euros each, drinks extra, we would usually pay that at any good restaurant anyway so we're glad we tried it. The entertainment was fabulous and watched it most nights. Used the shuttle bus a couple of times to Funchal town which is free but you do have to book. We usually walked back which took about half an hour. Pool area is so clean and plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas and stunning view.Plenty of restaurants nearby. We would definitely return to this hotel and stay again.

The location is a bit far from center but absolutely fine. They also providing a free shuttle bus. The breakfast service is of a big variety and good quality and lovely terrace views. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and beds are comfortable. Parking at the hotel garage is 10 euro per day. Usually they would charge you 3.50 euro per day to use the in room safe , which is very odd and the only negative point of the entire stay. However they waived this fee after complaining about it. Otherwise very nice attentive staff. Can recommend this as a 4 star hotel.
