This hotel was good previously, but since the refurbishment - it is really excellent. As it is now adults only, the atmosphere was relaxing with a laid back vibe. The rooms are fantastic, restaurants and food phenomenal and the customer service everywhere was first class. The speciality steak restaurant really is top notch, great food and outstanding service. Evening and day time entertainment were the right level for the hotel and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it!

Just returned after 2 weeks all inclusive stay in the Club. Following comparisons relate to stays in other premium brand hotels (e.g. RIU, Melia, etc) as well as a stay in the Fuerteventura Secrets Bahia Real hotel in Corralejo last year. Dislikes/improvements needed: Price - Club additional price at £500/per person/week is overpriced for additional benefits. Most of the Club bedrooms are West facing which means the sun only reaches balconies in late afternoon/eve. If you are looking to sunbathe on the room balcony look to book Room 14304 which is the only Club room that benefits from a terrace exposed to the sun from mid-day onwards. Facilities - big disappointment was the lack of any spa facilities e.g. hot tubs, saunas or even massage facilities. Some of these may be available at the sister Costa Adeje hotel down the road, but at the time of our visit this was being refurbished with an expected completion date of December 2026. Services - we had to go looking for details of fitness classes/entertainment details. Would have been better to have access to these from the room TV menus. Also disappointed with minibar reprovisioning - some days only given 1 teabag for 2 people! Lack of any turn down service which we felt should be provided to guests staying in the Club rooms. Food - Generally the food was good, but lacked variety from day to day, particularly noticeable for 2 week stay. Noise - Construction noise (jack hammers, beeping from construction vehicles) from refurbishment of Costa Adeje hotel and on one day there was an all day 'rave' from the adjacent travellors site. Pros/likes: Hotel - One of the main attractions was the newly refurbished status. Everything was clean, fresh and worked with no signs of usual wear and tear. Service - generally all the staff were highly attentive to our needs special mention to reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff. The only time we felt unattended on a number of occasions was in the Teide bar where waiting for coffee service on the terrace took too long. Food - generally good range, but lacked variety from day to day. Our best meal/evening by far was a meal in the Gofio a-la-carte restaurant. Club facilities - enjoyed the exclusive pool and sunbeds/Bali beds. Food in the exclusive lounge area could be improved - sandwiches where uninspiring! Other facilities - newly refurbished tennis court (no net at the time of our stay). We also enjoyed using the 9 hole mini-golf at the rear of the club although this is in need of some refurbishment. Car parking - we paid 3 Euros per day to park our rental car in the hotel. Overall felt the hotel is good but didn't meet our expectations of a 'luxury' hotel particularly when compared to our stay in the Bahia hotel in Fuerteventura. Overall rating of 7/10. Comments on Tenerife: we used a rental car to explore the island. Found the island to be very busy in comparison with Lanzarote and Fuerteventura e.g. hard to find any public parking either in towns or in mountains/Teide national park. Similar story when walking around Costa Adeje just a general feel of over-crowding.

We had a short stay at this resort, but loved every part of our experience. The property has been recently renovated, and the rooms, facilities, gym, and buffet area were all spotless and beautifully designed. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this resort and would happily return.

We visited this hotel between may 29th - 6th June, as a family of 3, for 7 nights. We had 2 rooms, both all inclusive junior suites and travelled with Jet2. From start to finish, we couldn't rate this hotel and the staff highly enough. The rooms were decorated to a high standard with modern furnishings. The beds were super king size (if not larger) and very very comfy. We received daily house keeping which was very easy to postpone if we needed extra time in the room. With our board basis, we received 1 fully stocked minibar on arrival (6 soft drinks, 2 bottles of water, a bottle of milk and 2 beers) - the water and milk was restocked daily. The restaurants on site are amazing. We mostly ate at 'badana', the buffet style restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but we did have lunch at 'Gofio' on a couple of occasions which was table service and was lovely too. There was plenty of variety and the food was always super fresh with meats and pasta being cooked to order. Because we arrived when it was still low season, we had plenty of options for sunbeds around the pool and we could change our towels as and when needed. The pool area is beautiful and kept immaculately clean. There is also a sunbed area facing the sea which is super chilled and feels a little bit more private if you don't want to be near the pool. We would move to this area late afternoon. There is also a bar that serves drinks until 6pm with a great selection on alcoholics and non alcoholic options. Last but definitely not least, the entertainment at the hotel was by far the best addition to our holiday. Sidney, Erica and their team did a wonderful job at keeping us smiling throughout the day with their many activities. Unlike other hotels we have visited in the past, we did not feel pressured into taking part, but we very quickly made friends with other guests and enjoyed a bit of friendly competition 😅 All activities (except from the pool related ones such as aqua aerobics and paddle board yoga) took pace away from the pool which meant we could enjoy cheering each other on without disruptingother guests who preferred to relax by the pool. We received various prizes for winning games which became a bit of a talking point for those taking part 🤭 We found that everyone from reception staff, housekeeping, food and beverage, entertainment could not be more helpful. Everyone was so happy and friendly which made our experience so much more enjoyable.

We spent 3 nights (3.5 days) at this resort. The hotel looked great but there was several points I wanted to make. We were staying half board - my wife is pregnant and we don’t normally eat 3 meals a day so felt that all inclusive wasn’t right for this break. -No access to free drinking water (500ml bottle put in fridge after 2 days of staying) -Shop extortionate prices (€24.99 for sun cream) -Waiters interrupt you when eating dinner/talking etc to scan wrist band. There was a charge to room for anything bought during your stay with a really slow process which included scanning your wristband. -Odd layout of hotel. You have to walk through restaurant seating to get to toilets. No nearby toilets or showers near pool? I thought that was odd. -We asked if we could have our room for two hours extra on checkout day. Was advised there was a charge. We did ask for the charge to be waived (€20) and were told it was not possible. Fair enough. Later in the day, Woman in front of us was offered 2 free hours extra stay. She literally asked for the exact same as I did earlier in the day to the same member of staff. Overall, we had a genuinely nice stay. Food was good, amenities were great, friendly guests, relatively friendly staff (mainly the female staff were friendly oddly). We did feel we were treated differently to the all inclusive guests though after talking to several other guests. We won’t rush back to this particular hotel.
