Fantastic resort with lots going on for all ages.
Animation team fantastic and service from all great. Big plus was buffet being open until 10pm so we got some food after arriving.
Rooms are a little dated but about to be refurbished. We had a small leak in our aircon which was fixed by the time we came back from dinner. We have a family suite which is a great size. Bed really big and comfortable.
Need to be early to get a sun bed which isnt great but just need to be up and get your bed bagged.
Overall would recommend for families.

Pros::::
-Great family hotel, rooms are great. The Sea Balcony view is worth it also.
-Location is handy, close to Costa Adeje , Los Americas etc.
-Parking was decent, 3 euro per day for secure parking or free parking options beside the hotel that are open.
-Room service is great, fresh water bottles, they do a nice setup with kids teddies on the beds.
-Some of the events are OK, the live music in the hotel is average but the tribute bands in the main square between the hotels are fantastic.
- The pool activities are fun, the staff are amazing who do the fun activities, super friendly and engaging.
A La Carte is OK, not great but not bad
Cons::::
-Food is meh, not good quality food. Was quite disappointed with the buffet food. Mainly enjoyed the deserts as the main courses were disappointing. Kids felt the same also.
-The hotel doesn't do anything about the way tourists claim all the pool chairs at 7:30am but pool only opens at 10am so for hours the chairs are empty and have towels "claiming " them. It's such bad practice, hotel staff should be removing towels before pool is open. If you want to enjoy the pool, you need to queue at 7:30am and run to the chairs.
-Lack of arcades. There isn't enough for kids to enjoy.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend paying all inclusive anymore at this hotel. Just breakfast and eating elsewhere would be OK.

This is our 3rd time staying at this resort. Although a little further out we love it and find it is great for families.
The food, quality and friendly service from all staff is superb.
The entertainment programme for both adults and children is brilliant !
If youre looking for the perfect family holiday then this is for you. .

Lovely hotel, best we could find in the price range. The food and drink was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. It was my brother and sister in law's anniversary and they went the extra mile for them at no extra charge. I'd be happy to return and would definitely recommend. The only thing that was slightly poor was that they didn't change the sheets even once, I know I wouldn't change my bed sheets at home everyday. But when you're in that kind of heat, and coming back for a siesta covered in sunscreen, you'd expect a hotel to change them at least once during the 10 days we were there. Minor gripe.
