Lovely hotel with large, clean rooms. The food in the main restaurant is good and varied. You have to book the "special restaurants" as soon as you can via the app in order to guarantee a slot. The pool areas are nice and we've not had an issue finding a lounger. Staff are friendly and overall it's a great place to stay with kids

First time at Bahia Principe Tenerife, family of five with a wee boy. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here, the hotel itself has such an authentic look and the layout of it with pools, gardens etc makes it very scenic. The food was delicious, best all inclusive food ever with theme nights at the buffet and for those midnight munchies, there is a snack bar that runs through the night, perfect for those checking in late. Vast selection of drinks and cocktails. The staff are exceptional very friendly and helpful. The maids clean the room everyday, making sure we are kept hydrated with a daily bottle of water in the fridge. The entertainment was absolutely phenomenal, so many different shows, discos and music for all ages, not forgetting the activities round the pool to keep you fit and entertained by the fabulous Omar and his team. We will definitely be back!

The food selection is diverse and rarely repeated, providing plenty of variety. The ambiance is very relaxing, and the free car park is conveniently located close to the hotel. If A-la-carte options are available, you can choose to dine at the themed restaurant of the sister hotel located near the seaside to experience a different atmosphere.

Just got back from a great holiday here. We had a first class welcome with drinks offered and music played as we arrived. After we checked in, our suitcases were taken to the room for us while we relaxed. The hotel is amazing, from the incredible architecture, to the stunning gardens and immaculate grounds. All the staff we met were friendly and hard working. The food was probably the best part with an incredible amount of choice - even the fussiest eaters will be fine here. There's also 4 speciality restaurants (we went to 3) and a few snack bars around the resort. I had a standard room, which was spotless and huge considering. The bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned every day and a large bottle of water was left for guests daily. I was on the third floor and the view from my balcony showed all over the resort with the sea in the distance. Had an amazing stay and hope to return again in the future.

Have really enjoyed our stay. The staff have been great. My son has loved going to the Kids Club and the entertainment staff have been absolutely fantastic. They make the effort to involve everyone and to make your stay memorable. Omar is hilarious and so good with the kids, my son absolutely loves him!
