Stayed here in March 25. Really good hotel. Great food, really nice a la carts, great snack bar. Shows every night. Kids loved the mini discos. Great atmosphere in the lobby too, loads up and dancing and having a great time. Massive bed in the room, really comfortable. Brilliant pools, loads of seating. Autistic daughter is very comfortable here. Love the hacienda, reminds us of your Mexico resort. Only notes for improvement.. it’s a bit slippery around the pool. Umbrellas could do with a bit more weight, 2 umbrellas flew into me whilst pushing baby niece. But would stay here again, had a really great time.

Quinten Quaegebeur

Amazing price-quality resort. You’ll have all the comforts you’d expect here at a very reasonable price. Its location allows for nice trips to nearby hotspots such as Los Gigantes, Playa de Las America and so on. It’s also a great starting point if you’d like to bike from sea level to the top of El Teide. Service is impeccable with waitresses as Conchi that are super friendly and make sure you feel at home. Another aspect that makes it great is the level of cleanliness, each morning you’ll see an army of cleaning and gardening personnel arriving to make sure everything is in perfect state. As far as resorts go, the garden also stands out and is tended to very carefully with an amazing view from all places in the hotel. Food-wise, there are options for everyone at the buffet. The food is not super high-quality but it is very good and there are always a lot of available options. If you’re looking for adventures, there is an agency in the resort that offers most of what you’d want to do in Tenerife. We went paragliding, pick-up from the hotel and landing back at the hotel as well.

This is our third stay in the last year and it’s safe to say we love this place! This hotel is filled with authentic Spanish charm! The staff are incredible with our little girl, which we really appreciate and the animation team make sure there is always something to do for her! The rooms are slightly dated but they are spotlessly clean and always kept to a high standard by the cleaning team! The food is a really good standard and we always find something to satisfy every member of the family! Overall a fantastic hotel, we’re gutted it will be closed for refurbishment next year but will definitely be back when it reopens!

This was a great hotel! Free child place (up to the age of 12) and all inclusive. I had a cocktail every day I was there. 😋 Mocktails are also available. Whilst we were there, a lot of the workers were on strike so the service wasn't great. We didn't have any room service for a few days and because of the strike, one of the buffets was shut for 2 days, the only available buffet was mobbed! All round a great hotel. Definitely coming here again but could be better.

Been coming to this hotel for the last 11 years and absolutely love the place , everything from food entertainment rooms staff cleaners pools weather all 10/10. Every year gets better and better plus met some great friends along the way . Many more to come . There is something for everyone here . I have never ever had any bad experiences during my stays which can be Upto 3/4 times every year .
