Just got back from 5 days here! We are so happy we booked this place. We came for a mini honeymoon and were so impressed with the hotel. The cleanest place we have been, the food was fantastic and lots of variety, staff were incredibly friendly and made every effort to make sure the trip was enjoyable. We will 100% return with our children for a longer holiday, although not much around the hotel everything was only 15 minutes away by car and for us we think that’s perfect. The sister hotel was being renovated whilst we were here and couldn’t even hear the work going on. We would give it more stars if we could. Not a bad thing to say about our visit!

Fantastic Stay – Already Planning to Return! We had an amazing few days at Bahia Principe Sunlight Costa Adeje. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome – friendly smiles, helpful advice, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was spotless, in a quiet area, and had a lovely view of mountains and sea. The food was excellent with plenty of choice each day, and everything was fresh and well presented. We especially enjoyed the Asia restaurant and the breakfasts on the terrace. The pool area were spotlessly clean there were always plenty of sunbeds available. Entertainment in the evenings was great both on the terrace and in the main square especially the Queen tribute. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s ideal for couples, families, or anyone wanting a relaxing break with great service. We’re looking forward to coming back next week!

I think this is my seventh trip now we absolutely love it here my son is happy. I’m happy . The food could be better, but we’re big foodies so it would always be hard to please us. The hotel is in need of improvements however it will be shut all next year for these to be done for a relaxing comfortable holiday. I couldn’t recommend this place more

This is a really nice place to stay! The hotel is super clean, which is always a plus. The animation team is awesome, and they make every day fun. Erica is fantastic—she really knows how to get everyone involved and having a great time! The kids club is one of the best we’ve seen; the kids had a blast. The only downside is that some parts of the hotel feel a bit outdated, and the bathrooms could definitely use a refresh. But overall, it's a great spot for a family vacation or just to relax. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely Incredible Stay – Can’t Wait to Return! I usually love trying new places and have never gone back to the same hotel twice… until now. This hotel completely changed that for me – I will definitely be returning! Everything from the service to the food to the atmosphere was simply amazing. Highly, highly recommend! ✨ Service: From the moment we arrived, the welcome was so warm and genuine. The reception team gave us a clear run-through of the hotel and directions to our room. Before arriving, I had emailed with a special request for a certain block and floor, and they happily arranged this without any fuss – such a thoughtful touch! We did get a little lost finding our room at first, but it didn’t take long, and honestly every staff member we encountered after that was just fantastic – friendly, professional, and always ready to help. No rudeness, no language issues, just consistently great service that really made us feel at home. ✨ Rooms & Cleanliness: Yes, the rooms are a little dated, but we knew this before booking – and with a refurbishment underway, I’m excited to see how they’ll look when we return. What really stood out was how immaculate everything was. Our room was spotless every single day, beds made perfectly, fresh towels whenever needed, and even a chilled bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge daily. Around the hotel, the attention to cleanliness was just as impressive – hallways, communal areas, and poolside were cleaned constantly. It honestly felt like the whole place sparkled. ✨ Gardens & Appearance: One of the things I absolutely loved was how the hotel looked from the outside. It has the charm of a warm Spanish village, with beautiful buildings surrounded by palm trees and exotic plants. The greenery everywhere gave the whole place such a tropical, relaxing vibe. The gardens were immaculately kept – not a weed in sight, everything perfectly manicured. It honestly felt like walking through a little paradise every day. A truly beautiful hotel inside and out. ✨ Dining: This was a real highlight! The hotel has 4 à la cartes, and we tried three: Mexican, Asian, and Italian. Each was amazing in its own way – my favourite was the Italian while my partner loved the Mexican. The food was delicious across the board. We didn’t get to try the steakhouse/grill, but we did go to the Indian restaurant on site (which is privately run) – and wow… it was next-level! Better than many Indian restaurants back home. Incredible food and the staff were just as wonderful. The main buffet restaurant had loads of fresh options, but my absolute favourite spot was the bar at the infinity pool. For an all-inclusive, this was hands down the best food I’ve ever had – freshly cooked, hot, and full of flavour. I loved ordering from the little menu there rather than picking from a buffet. My top picks were the roast chicken, spaghetti bolognese, and the chicken sandwich. So good! ✨ Pools: The pool areas were buzzing but never overcrowded – we always managed to get a sunbed, though umbrellas were a little trickier on one or two days. The pools themselves were beautifully designed – I’m not a fan of just one big square pool, so I loved the quirky shapes. And that infinity pool… the sea views from there were absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect place to relax and take it all in. ✨ Entertainment: Evenings were always fun. There was bingo or a quiz most nights, followed by a live show. We didn’t actually realise entertainment was happening until halfway through our trip, but once we caught on, we really enjoyed it! The shows we saw were entertaining and a nice way to end the night. Daytime entertainment by the pool was also great – funny and lively without being pushy, which was perfect for me since I like to watch rather than join in. Overall: An outstanding hotel with friendly staff, spotless rooms, gorgeous gardens, and fantastic food. For the first time ever, I’m planning to return to the same hotel – that’s how special it was!
