We had a bad experience at this hotel . The room wasn’t that we was expected… I took some pictures , light at the entrance was broken, the curtains very old whit holes , we had problems in the bath whit the drain , we had 3 singles beds in the room , like in the hospital 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. The breakfast? Every morning eggs , milk, croissants… dinner was better but not like was expected … is not a 4stars hotel . The view is wonderful and the advantage that they have a lift that takes you to the beach. The internet is not working as well , we’ve been travelling whit a baby and a toddler, we arrived late at the hotel , we asked for some dinner and they just told us that we can’t eat there and we have to go out ,to find a restaurant around the hotel whit two kids at 11-12 o’clock? but we paid for dinner as well , we didn’t had kettle , was very important to clean the baby bottles and prepare milk … thanks but we will NEVER visit this hotel again. Is not a family hotel, no pool for kids , a play area , but missing toys … The staff was friendly, just a bad experience at the pool , my husband ask for a strong mojito and told him that will cost double money… for what ? Sure , was expected to pay more but not double…. Avoid this hotel!!!!

I must say that I spent a wonderful 4 nights at the Bahia Principe Sunlight Coral Playa Hotel. The view from the balcony and the pool was absolutely stunning. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Quick and easy check in, wonderful view when you pick the sea side view. The hotel itself seems old but the rooms and facilities seemed well matinee and the rooms modernized. I can see myself coming back. Service was mostly friendly, if not expéditive sometimes at reception. Breakfast was good but dinner buffet wasn’t the best I’ve seen in this type of hotels. Overall a 4.5/5 experience all things considered

In the room from 3th floor was mold. Mold is harmful not only because it can cause allergies, but also because it can cause or trigger other, more serious conditions. Among them are: Asthma or exacerbation of asthma in the case of those who are sick. After one night I want to move to another room and to benefit from a mold-free room, I had to pay a difference of 70-80 euros. On the last night I had to ask the reception several times to intervene to stop the party of some tourists staying on a higher floor. Breakfast was acceptable and the cleaning service was good.

Nice view, big rooms and clean (every day). Lots to choose for breakfast, and very good. Although we only had breakfast we went ti dinner a couple of times, were we found plenty of good food. Perhaps the best thing about this hotel is the personel, wich is very kind and helpful and always with a smile. I strongly recomend. P.S. Keep in mind this is Megaluf and not a quiet place at night time (but we were with our 7 yrs old daughter and was ok).
