Quick and easy check in, wonderful view when you pick the sea side view. The hotel itself seems old but the rooms and facilities seemed well matinee and the rooms modernized. I can see myself coming back.
Service was mostly friendly, if not expéditive sometimes at reception. Breakfast was good but dinner buffet wasn’t the best I’ve seen in this type of hotels. Overall a 4.5/5 experience all things considered

The rooms were basic for the amount I paid for 12 nights!
I had to change rooms due to a flood in the bathroom and unfortunately the managers weren't pleasant about this!
I did however get an upgrade to the room I ordered in the first place but because I spoke English as the main language I think this was a disadvantage to your team. The flooding in the next bathroom was also huge issue every time I showered & the decor was very basic for that amount especially as I wasn't all inclusive!
The safe wasn't working in either rooms too!
The cleaning was fabulous I must say thank you to the lovely lady who cleaned and made sure I had fresh towels and clean bedding every day so thank you!
The breakfast service was bland. Not many continental breakfast options. For £1300 I expected great food and even the pancakes were cold and kind of spongy instead of soft and crispy and the machines for drinks and all we're just like the machines across mainland Spain, Portugal, Madeira & Italy so nothing different.
The fruit was canned once again, not a fan of canned fruit.
The only good thing was throughout the day all guests received a few fresh fruits on a stick. That's the only thing I can complement.
The swimming pool was lovely however the cleaning or maintenance was not great!
I had to take rubbish out of the water every time whilst the life guard was just looking into space or going off somewhere else nowhere to be seen & he was extremely bored of his job.
The location was good walking out to the beach every day and evening rather than taking the downhill walk which wasn't pleasant being annoyed by other foreigners to try their shops! Overall, the hotel is peaceful even though you're in Magalluf and not noisy at all attracting a wide range of people from couples, singles, families. Target audience: mid 20s-early 40s.
I won't be coming back here again based on the feedback provided.

Nice view, big rooms and clean (every day). Lots to choose for breakfast, and very good. Although we only had breakfast we went ti dinner a couple of times, were we found plenty of good food.
Perhaps the best thing about this hotel is the personel, wich is very kind and helpful and always with a smile.
I strongly recomend.
P.S.
Keep in mind this is Megaluf and not a quiet place at night time (but we were with our 7 yrs old daughter and was ok).

We spent four nights at Bahia Principe Sunlight Coral Playa as a couple, and unfortunately, our expectations were far from met despite the 4-star rating.
**Building Condition and Check-in:**
The first impression of the building was absolutely disastrous. From the outside, the hotel looks in dire need of renovation. The check-in process was very unfriendly, and we received no information about our stay, which made the start of our holiday quite unpleasant.
**Dining:**
We booked half-board, but the food was a complete disappointment. Although the breakfast was varied, the quality was very poor. The cold cuts section was particularly unappetizing, and it was disturbing to see ants everywhere.
We made the mistake of ordering lunch at the pool restaurant. The pasta carbonara was extremely unappetizing, not only was it a ready-made meal, but it was also inedible and caused severe bloating, just like every dinner there.
The dinner buffet was simply inedible. The meat was cold, there were only bland boiled vegetables, and the salad bar consisted of low-quality products. Only the pre-made desserts and the fruit were somewhat acceptable, but overall, the food was very unhealthy.
**Location and Guest Demographic:**
The location in Magaluf attracts a typical guest demographic that doesn't have high demands. However, this is no justification for the hotel to be solely profit-oriented and not provide services commensurate with the money spent.
**Value for Money:**
It is outrageous to charge €20 per day for parking. This further contributes to the impression that the hotel is cutting costs everywhere to maximize profit without offering guests corresponding value.
**Conclusion:**
Our stay at Bahia Principe Sunlight Coral Playa was a major disappointment. The condition of the building, the unfriendly check-in service, the poor-quality food, and the excessive additional costs made it impossible for us to enjoy our holiday. We cannot recommend this hotel and hope to see fundamental improvements in the future.

It is better to stay away from this hotel. The rooms quality are very average, beds are connected using two single beds, very poor noice canceling.
The final and the funniest part, that official breakfast is from 8 AM, reception told us that 30 mins before the 8 AM we may get sandwiches or similar type of food (because we were having an early morning trip). Once we arrived, everything was ready, but the manager closed the area of breakfast in front of our eyes, mentioning that it's not thermal ready. :) Serano meat or anything similar is not ready to eat and we need to wait 20mins. And by the way they are not providing "lunch boxes".
In general, it's better to look for an alternative hotel in Mallorca, the service and quality are really unaxpectable
