Great for family vacation with the water slides, splash pad and various pools. The people that worked there were so friendly and helpful. The drive from the Cancun airport was long, about an hour and fifteen minutes. We felt very safe during the entire experience. The rooms were basic and had some small problems like broken pieces and seals, but were overall nice and very spacious with great views. We were in a 2 bedroom villa and it was perfect. The food was good, the buffet could feel overwhelming at times so the food truck areas and reserved dinners were a nice break. Anything that is not included is extremely expensive, so try not to forget anything. Beautiful property and beach and fantastic staff made our experience lovely and unforgettable.

Resort is massive- well maintained for the most part. Lots of wildlife. Be ready to walk to everything, but there are transportation carts as well. Decent selection of food- a la cartes were semi difficult to book. Hands down, the best part of our trip was the entertainment staff! We enjoyed the selection of activities and the effort they took to get to know us and make us feel included. If you’re looking for a good time, the main pool is where it’s at. Domenico is the best!

I have to say this might be one of my best vacations ever. The resort was a 5 star +, the food was amazing, there was something for everyone. The entertainment staff was fun and super friendly. The nightly shows were so good. The staff was so helpful and friendly. My family will be coming back for sure. I recommend if you are looking for a great time plus a great resort this is the place to come. Carts can take you everywhere within the resort. You are very close to the city Tulum and excursions. Starting May 2024 Air Canada will be flying directly to Tulum. That's a game changer for the right reasons. It will be way closer to get to the resort. Tulum has everything you could want. Very friendly and safe. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+

Everything about the resort was great! entertainment was great! Our family loved this trip. The food could use some improvement at the buffets. Our bartender Sammy was the best bartender we’ve ever had on any vacation shout out to Sammy!!! We love you!

Super fun getaway from the cold weather. Ocean was perfect temp and loved walking everywhere as opposed to driving everywhere. The rooms were a little hot at night, but if you take a cold shower before bed it felt good. The food was decent, some of it I didn't care for but that's what you get with a buffet. The nicer restaurants had to have a reservation and we could only get a couple that weren't at the top of our list so that bummed us out. Drinks were very well made, and the service was excellent, very attentive. I loved how close we were to the beach as well, within a quarter mile walk. Luis was the activities person on the resort and he was awesome, always had something fun for all the guests to do if they chose to participate. I had an excellent time!
