Was there for a week in October, had an absolutely amazing time. It's a big resort, learn to get around and where the things are. Lots of activities that happen, kids club & entertainment team does an absolutely wonderful job with the events. Look for the schedule on their app. Being a vegetarian I found the options at the buffet were plentiful. We ate lots. We had the option to go to coba as well but didn't feel the need to go. I was able to get 2 bookings at a la carte, you have to keep checking sometimes it shows fully booked but check daily is my recommendation and you'll definitely get something. Beach was clean, they do a great job keeping the areas clean. I was also able to come across the eco bahia team who conserves & manages the ecological side of things, especially with the endangered turtles. We even got to see a baby sea turtle. Went to the hacienda (shopping area) which is in the resort, found some lovely souvenirs.

Citlali is awesome from the entertainment team. Friendly and always up for a laughs. Great with kids families and single alike. Enrique at the pool bar prioritise Mexicans over other nationality tourist which is very disappointing as a service from everyone else is impeccable was more disappointing is when you find out that he has said the same people twice while you’ve been waiting he speaks to that group in Spanish, and then I’ll look at you. That’s my only grip with this hotel The hotel is fantastic. The weather is awesome. Food is impeccable. All in all, I would definitely come back here again to the tulum Especially after day trips to all the other resorts in the chain the atmosphere here is much better so much so that the residence from the other hotels tend to come here more

It was a pleasure to be back at Bahia Tulum. The staffs are amazing, kind, friendly, respectful and they are always ready to help. Bahia Tulum is our home away from home, even though it is 1 hour and 20 mins from Cancun Airport, the drive is worth it. The Teen Club staff member Carlos is so personable and sweet. Please let your kiddos visit the club, I promise they will have the very best time with the staffs. My son did not want to leave because he felt so at home. The rooms are clean, property is well kept, food is amazing, freshly cooked and well seasoned. Their attention to detail is on point. A huge shout out to all the Privilege Club members for taking care of us.. ZU you are the best!! 10 out 10 all across the board. See you soon.

We had a fantastic stay, hotel right on the beach, facilities were great, and easy access to amazing tours. All staff, from housekeeping to gardeners, to front office, to bar, were all friendly and happy. In particular, Arabela, who worked in the Central bar , was absolutely amazing. Seeing her happy, friendly face and her amazing service made our stay! Also a shout out the lady who makes fresh smoothies in the buffet for breakfast, she was lovely and smiley! The a la carte options that were free as part of our stay made it extra special, even though the buffet had so much choice and would cater for anybodies tastes. The resort and grounds were always so clean and gardens immaculate. Would definitely stay here again, the whole family really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was huge with a wide variety of activities and food, You have 3 reservations for a le cart resturaunt but we only managed to get two booked in due to them being full. We did do the Mexican and the Japanese at cobra and both were delish! Plenty of pools and lounges which is ideal! Both the teen club and the kids club were amazing, normally my children don’t like to attend them but they were just fantastic and played a huge part in giving them a great experience. Shout out to all of the staff especially the children’s clubs
