THIS HOTEL IS THE BEST FOR FAMILIES (and couples) I would recommend coming here. Me and my and 3 kids one 8 one 13 one and one 14 .Family room came with a double bed ,single bed and couch bed. It had TWO bathrooms one of them was the size of my living room at home with two sinks a bath AND shower and mirrors and toilet .The other bathroom was a normal size with everything you need like sink shower etc. The staff were super nice and came to clean our rooms every day. The pools had pools for adults/teenagers and kids. They had entertainment for the kids like games music. Breakfast started at somewhere near 7am and the lunch started at 1pm and dinner at 6pm . Food was fantastic for every meal. There are kid shows that my 8 year old went to there The adults shows You have to book dates but truly they are amazing. Out of 5 it’s a 5 it’s really good and I don’t lie. Don’t be scared come and enjoy .

Stayed here as a couple and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only small criticism would be the lack of evening entertainment for adults. The karaoke, quiz, and bingo sessions were fun but quite short at only around 30 minutes each. The live shows, while impressive and performed well, didn’t seem to have a clear storyline—or if they did, it wasn’t easy to follow. Also, being limited to just two shows during a week’s stay did restrict the evening options a little. On a positive note, the lobby bar was fantastic! Tyrese was absolutely amazing—so attentive and friendly throughout our stay. He really was our star! The Italian restaurant was another highlight—delicious food and excellent service. Giuseppe’s positive, bubbly personality made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few tweaks that could make it perfect!

We had an amazing stay. The staff were all incredible from the reception, house keepers, waiting staff and especially the entertainment. The only issue we had was that our room adjoined with a very noisy family who were up until 1-2am everyday which wasn't great with young kids. The hotel tried their best to move us but a room wasn't available. Overall amazing experience

My stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked this resort specifically because it was advertised as adults-only, but upon arrival, it was full of children. My room was directly next to a children’s walkway and play area, with a basketball court behind my wall and a kids’ clubhouse right in front of my window—completely ruining the peaceful environment I paid for. During my stay, I was assaulted when someone threw food from a balcony into my room. There were also cockroaches, and my air conditioning didn’t work, leaving me with only a fan. The pool lights near my room never worked until checkout, and despite being “all-inclusive,” basic drinks like soda weren’t included. To make matters worse, I experienced discrimination and rudeness from hotel staff, which made me feel extremely unwelcome. Being so far from home, I had no choice but to stay, but it was distressing from start to finish. For the cost (over $400 a night), I expected quality, respect, and comfort—none of which were provided. I would strongly advise travelers, especially those seeking a relaxing adults-only experience, to avoid this property.

Amazing all inclusive family holiday. The hotel is fantastic, clean and well maintained. The staff can't do enough for you. The facilities were amazing. Our only minor gripe was the food. It wasn't bad at all but the hot food was never really hot, even if you got there first in line at opening time. Also, the additional restaurants weren't really worth it. They just served the same as the main restaurant unless you paid a massive amount more for different stuff.
