Only now got to review this hotel. My family went there mid April. It's honestly great to send the extra for the 5 star experience. The rooms are large and clean with massive beds. What we loved were things like. The daily refilled mini bar with beer and soft drinks. That the room keys are attached to the wrist bands.( No having to worry of miss placing it) That you can request a jug of coffee at breakfast table. Proper pastries and wide options of food on everything. Eggs done 5 different ways, seperate kid options. Also at dinner they had a option of a proper cake instead of just the lil sponge square type. Honestly the best carrot cake I ever had. The pools have a lot of seating. And a lot of activities happening. Down by the pool is a burger place, for a quick lunch along with salads and fruits. And alcoholic slushies by the adult section. Loved that towels weren't a hassle. Easy to pickup and and swap and give back. In the evening highly, highly recommend going to the shows. Actually very cool and impressive! The sport bar and lobby bar were great! Another big plus was that All inclusive they will make you essential any cocktail at the bar from scratch! You get couple of free restaurant visits at the hotel. Make sure to book that ASAP. The staff was great. From lobby to pool and bars and room service. Thank you for having us!

Great hotel, with large rooms. It's not a complete all inclusive as there are some products (some ice creams and premium brand alcohol) which needs to be paid for! However generally speaking a very good hotel, lots to do for kids. The kids club staff were fantastic with my daughter and she loved her time at the hotel. The evening shows were amazing and I would recommend watching as many of them as you can! Definitely a hotel centred around kids and kids entertainment but also has some quieter areas for adults with adults only sections in the buffet dining room as well as around the pool. The food was OK but for a European all inclusive - some decent choice. 4.5 stars is what I would have given it simply for the food but there are no options for that and it's definitely better than 4 stars! Will definitely book again soon!

Great Service! Kids club is amazing! Paula is amazing and we loved Bingo! Great location and the castle stay fun! Especially loved the shows and the silent disco! There was a hiccup with breakfast, but Tamara and the management team worked hard to make everything right! They went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing time and I am so thankful for them and the service! Would recommend for families as there are so many activities for all ages! Great Vacation!!

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in 70years of travel. The hotel and all amenities are spotless and constantly being cleaned. The all-inclusive buffet is outstanding with an extremely high quality, quantity and variety of fresh food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The on-site restaurants give a ‘going out’ experience. For babies, toddlers, children and teenagers you couldn’t do better. Every basin has a little step, the nappy change rooms are spotless, there is a nursing room if needed, though with so many babies here most are fed wherever they are, which is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and with balconies and the bed……..SO comfortable. I couldn’t praise this hotel more highly. Best holiday ever. Thank you to the very friendly and welcoming and helpful staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our three children—2-year-old twins and a 5-year-old. The service, entertainment, and variety of food were exceptional. Our room was fantastic, featuring a separate sleeping area for the kids, and we were provided with two travel cribs without any hassle. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
