Absolutely loved our stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and really well designed - comfy beds, and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The food was fantastic with loads of variety & there was always something for everyone, even picky eaters! What really stood out though was the service. Every member of staff we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they really care about guests having a great experience. We’d go back in a heartbeat - highly recommend for families.

Overall a magnificent hotel for children. There was so much activities for kids and very well run. The shows were incredible and well worth going to see. The food was really good, the drinks were great but a little annoying that the spirits and better drinks were near the infinity pool at the end of the resort. So sometimes a trek to go there. One massive annoyance is the sunbeds, people up at 6am to put towels down and then not show up either for hours or at all. As there are so many pools, I think people reserved beds and didn't bother to use them. I think the hotel needs to address this because if you come with a big family, you'll never be able to sit together. One other thing, the restaurants on site said you must dress smart, but no one did. We dressed in evening wear, nice dresses, boys wore trousers and shirts, other people looked like they were going down the pub. So either enforce it or don't bother saying it. We stayed in a different hotel in Tenerife and they sent people away to change.

Stunning Facilities, Disappointing Food and Service This hotel has excellent facilities — the pool is spotless and the rooms were modern and very clean. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Although the restaurants look fantastic, they were mostly empty. Staff explained this was because the hotel doesn’t employ enough people to run them properly. Service was slow, and several of our group became unwell after eating there. Staff were friendly and tried to help when we raised concerns, but ideally there shouldn’t have been issues to begin with — especially as we had a much better experience last year. With better staffing and attention to food quality, this could be a great hotel. Right now, it’s falling short.

Fantastic holiday at an amazing resort. Spotlessly clean, good quality food with excellent choice every day and very good facilities for kids and adults of any age. The best thing about this place, however, is the staff. Every single member of the team we encountered was friendly and helpful and helped create a positive, happy environment for the duration of our stay. Will definitely be back

The at this hotel are such a good size, the biggest we’ve seen before. The AC doesn’t work very well but this seems to be depending on your room. The hotel couldn’t do enough for kids. There’s so many activities for them to do. The location is very pretty along the water for walking but isn’t much around. Aslong as you aren’t looking to go out most evening the location is perfect also being super close to the airport.
