We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and this was already our second visit. The first time we stayed here was back in 2020, so we had a good reference point for comparison. Overall, our experience was once again very positive. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping is done daily, and the minibar is refilled every day, which is very convenient. Everything feels well organized and taken care of. Food is varied, and the buffet changes daily, so there is always something new to try. Compared to 2020, the selection has become slightly smaller, but the quality of the food remains good, and there is still plenty to choose from. We would also like to mention the à la carte restaurants. We visited three of them — the Asian, Italian, and steak restaurants. The Asian restaurant was not really to our taste, but we truly enjoyed both the steak and the Italian restaurants. In the Italian restaurant, our child even had the chance to make their own pizza, which was a very fun and memorable experience for kids. The hotel is excellent for families with children. Our child absolutely loved the water slides and spent a lot of time there. There are many activities for kids, including animation, a children’s disco, various games and competitions, and a kids’ club. Children are really well entertained here. We attended three different shows during our stay, and they were of a very high standard, with great performances, costumes, and overall organization. Most of the staff are very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which truly adds to the comfort of the stay. There were a few exceptions, but overall the service left a very positive impression. One small note for future guests: some rooms have twin beds, while others have a king-size bed. We didn’t pay attention to this detail when booking and were assigned a room with twin beds. The hotel kindly offered us the option to move to a room with a king-size bed after a few days, but it was not very convenient for us to repack and unpack our luggage again, so we decided to stay in the twin-bed room. We would recommend paying attention to this when booking and stating your bed preference in advance. Overall, our impressions are extremely positive. We can confidently recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.

If there's a hotel that keeps children in mind, this one is it. Nursing rooms where they're needed, nappy bins in locations throughout, children activities and pools all over the place. For parents, it's a safe haven for them too as the hotel is very well attended and clean. The food is really good too from both the buffet as well as the a la carte restaurants. Would I go again? I've already looked at booking for next year!

Great family resort. Really well maintained grounds and rooms. Loads of staff around maintaining the property. The food is good but the highlights are the facilities, view and proximity to airport and Siam park/ shopping etc. the only feedback would be the extremely long check in process. I do have to say that the app is brilliant.

Fantastic all round! We spent 5 days here and absolutely loved every minute of it. The food was incredible and a really good variety with some great seafood options! Breakfasts and Lunches were again brilliant. The live shows were a highlight of the holiday! A really professional and well run performance. We had 1 show included with our stay but enjoyed it so much we paid the extra €20 each for a different show the next night. The rooms big, bright and immaculate. Plenty for kids to do and keep them entertained. All the staff were friendly and professional. The adults only area with infinity pool and bar was excellent and well placed. Can't wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife. The castle and evening shows create a magical atmosphere for kids, and the pools and splash area are perfect for families. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food had plenty of choice. It can get busy at dinner time, but overall it’s a fantastic family-friendly resort.
